Funniest thing is that RAD is also 1/10th the mkt cap of knightscope.
Market is so irrational sometimes
I mean the guys done reviews on almost every single CRM possible and hasn't even completed a review on ours. I don't think it's that special unless it comes out very good. (When it comes out. Who knows when that'll be)
I bet he only communicates with 1000 of them at the very max. Just because someone's friends with a bunch of people on LinkedIn doesn't mean anything
Again... this guy doesn't deserve the company making a news release.
Just fluff to keep the share price up and investors interested.
Can't even find him online.
What a fluff PR...
Because people pumping a stock on twitter really matters
Gotta love clear cases of manipulation
I'm really curious what you're going to say when the 10Q addresses the SS and it's 120mil or lower
Yeah you're right. Steves life's work on AI/robotics and hard earned money invested in the company is all a scam. Him and GP are in on it together trying to screw us over so that they can make a ton of money and run
The partnerships with companies like Romeo power and Microsoft are all fake. SEC should be taking steve away very soon
You're right. That trucking app sucked. RAD is very impressive though
Yeah at a minimum.
That'd put us around the same value as knightscope but we have bigger partnerships, larger demand, tradeable shares, much lower costs, and higher margins.
I mean 80mil is 10x in currently share price at minimum and that's an extremely conservative valuation.
Once major contracts become public the share price is going way beyond that.
Yeah I guess we'll take an 8mil valuation on a company that's poised to be the market leader in a brand new explosive industry.
Once those announcements come we'll never be at this valuation again.
Yep exactly. I've been following the board since June and it's funny how they all come out of nowhere once the stock shoots up and can be manipulated and traded for easy profits...
Appreciate your input. Gets really frustrating trying to keep the board clean at all times
Continuing to add more at these levels. Market cap is still criminally undervalued in comparison to the competition.
Thanks for the cheapies
If anything the company has been extremely friendly to shareholders.
Where else can you invest in a company with a 5mil market cap that's poised to be the market leader in an explosive industry such as robotic security? The market for security robots is going to be absolutely huge.

https://www.technavio.com/report/global-surveillance-robots-market?utm_source=discount&utm_medium=bw&utm_campaign=businesswire
Technavio did a report on the major players in the market and highlighted smp robotics as one of them. Costs 1k for the report
Like I said, 5m mkt cap is a joke. Compared to the valuation of knightscope that's around 90mil mkt cap. RAD is giving you a chance to 18x returns on your investment while knightscope investors are even. You can't even trade knightscope shares.
RAD could be screwing over shareholders but they've maintained a very healthy ss so that investors have a chance for large profits.
I'm very happy with how they've structured the company. It's only a matter of time before the contracts come in and the market takes notice
So predictable...
Yep. The $$$ that they got paid for their POCs should definitely help as well
RAD wasn't even a part of OMVS in their last 10Q
No you're just exaggerating as much as possible. Just because notes exist doesn't mean that every single one is hitting the market and there's going to be 1 billion shares. That's completely untrue and founded on nothing.
Same goes for the company having zero in revenue. Not true
Yeah this is all completely untrue and exaggerated
You threw that much money in because you believed in the company, product, and industry for the long term.
My advice would be to not sell before giving the company time to grow their business. Building a new industry leader does not happen over night and you probably only got in at that price a month or two ago.
Unless you really need the money.
Thanks for thoroughly restating that bux. Almost worth a sticky in itself with everyone asking questions and being concerned with the TA gag. Doesn't help that there's barely any info about the process online
Hey bux out of curiosity why do you believe that the TA is still gagged?
lol knightscope has a market cap of 110mil after their round closes. They're offering shares that cannot be traded until they go public or get bought out.
RAD has a market cap of about 7mil. Produces bots that are much cheaper and have higher profit margins. Bots that also serve a much more practical use. (Critical infrastructure vs malls/arenas)
Which would you rather invest in?
Based on what? That's only 5.5k
And you're basing that point off the fact that the TA is doing his legal duty.
Got it
And if you call the company's IR they'll tell you there isn't massive dilution as you claim.
What's your point?
So because you're watching and see more sells than buys that means that there's tons of dilution going on?
I guess every time a stock goes down it's dilution in your mind
Where's your proof of dilution that you yell about everyday?
Nowhere did he mention that RAD could have prevented this.... all he said was that they have a solution that could help.
Screenshot the 200M shares or "it didn't happen"
You have no proof
Could you post a pic of the email?
"Founded in 2016, RAD is a privately funded, high-tech start-up that is an exclusive technology partner of SMP Robotics, based in San Francisco. RAD works with SMP to handle production, do custom orders for customers and provide the security packages for the robots. SMP Robotics specializes in development and serial production of Autonomous Unmanned Ground Vehicles."
"Exclusive technology partner". Does custom orders and provides the security packages for the robots. Sounds a lot to me like RAD handles the tech and SMP builds the robot
Post some proof to that claim
Lol $500 worth of volume isn't moving up but whatever makes you guys feel better
Not going through yet that is. (Not saying that it won't because I believe it will eventually)
Wonder how the market react to the acquisition not going through
Surprised this one hasn't had more eyes on it yet
Probably the fact that this isn't getting resolved until the end of Dec and even then it's still a coin flip
Let's see some buying pressure then. .0235 is dirt cheap
