Must be some code when he speaks that the funds pick up on and head for the door.....there has been a lot of pumping lately to no avail....not good. JMO
So where is the best price on unflavored tablets?
Let me temper your remark with the following that I have mentioned before:
Fred Couples estimated net worth is over 105 million, doesn't need to "hawk" a product, especially a relatively new product from an unknown company.
Read his bio and learn that he has had severe (almost career ending) back problems from the early 90's and like most with this affliction has taken some pretty extreme measures for cure. So like most who have experienced the benefits of the product almost find it "unbelievable", so it is easy to understand his association with it and his willingness to support it's success.
And most importantly those that have met him and have followed his career know he is the real deal and an honorable guy. JMO
If he were to win sales would double. Be interesting to see if he keeps this up someone will interview him and surely ask about his back....wonder what he will say? For those that don't know it he is known to have chronic back problems for years and it almost ended his career more than once.
For those that think he is just another paid athlete, his net worth is listed at over 105 million....don't think he would be hawking something he didn't use and believe in.
Soooo.....did it reach a dollar today?

I'll be back when the stock breaks $1...
Later!
And whatever you do, don't stop believing!
I think it might be time to buy a few.....you're working way too hard.
$80 a month vs:
http://thesandtrap.com/t/56022/how-fred-couples-vijay-and-hank-kuehne-go-rid-of-their-back-pain
The company could not have chosen a better spokesperson to advocate for the product. Anyone who has followed golf knows about Freddy's chronic back problems and how it almost ended his career. For him to even try the product is certainly a plus....too bad the company has baggage from the past.
As far as the stock is concerned it is way to early to determine an outcome, but recent events don't bode well for the near term.
BTW, I'm through the "sample" and bought my first bottle from GNC Monday....had to make them go to the "back" for the 300 count bottle....not good....company should have taken them back and replaced them. JMO
Take this with a grain of salt, but it's true. Last weekend while watching the Honda saw BoomBoom hawking a product to relieve back pain. Many years ago I use to take my son and a few of his friends to the Shell Houston Open on Fridays. Freddy always had time for the kids hawking autographs and stuff, a really nice guy. He was a UH alum so a real crowd favorite I actually think he won the SHO once.
Anyway, always followed his career which would include his chronic back problems, last thing I read was last year he went to Germany for some really weird treatment. Cutting this short, ordered the anatabloc sample on Sunday got a phone call Tues saying it was being sent and got it yesterday in the mail (hard to believe), true story. Read the BS and took 2 at about 3:00 yesterday and 2 around 10 last night. I am 65 and for the last 7 or 8 years have had lower back pain, some really bad, but every morning have had to stretch and suffer the indignity of "old man's" slow start (those in this bracket know what I'm talking about). Woke up at 4 this morning (I day trade) and nothing....could'nt believe it and you know what I mean relatively speaking nothing....unbelievable I know, but true.
Will be doing some DD on STSI and if OK will probably buy, does anyone know if Couples has any equity in this. Even if I don't buy will check back in a couple of months and give an update (honestly don't think I've ever posted this long). LOL GLTA
"Even the World Wars and the breakup of the Soviet Union, a major buyer of Nokia’s networking gear, didn’t stop the former maker of rubber boots and toilet paper from returning cash to investors"
I'm afraid Nokia's future is going back to toilet paper....at least the stock certificates, that is. Apple and the Asians have turned them into crapp.
Personally I like the idea that there is some noise fixin' to come from the company....look at the vol.
Curious.....maybe there is some news coming soon. Watch volume right now they ran some stops and nothing more....but a lot of people do have a lot of profit in this thing. :)
I can assure you this company has no intention of paying a special dividend by year end.
Five months later and the question is the same....too much debt for me.
So what exactly is the Winstron deal announced this summer?
I think someone posted a gazillion....give or take.
" By the end of 2012, we plan to demonstrate that our catalyst will deliver more output at a lower cost and will be an attractive drop-in replacement for existing steam reforming plants. The financial rewards are enormous. The current global hydrogen market exceeds $150 billion/year with methanol at more than $20 billion annually. The 2,000 existing steam reforming plants in the world usually replace their catalysts every 3-5 years. Many of these catalysts replacements cost as much as $5-$10MM.”"
What does this describe?
1. Big carrot at the end of a 11 month pole.
2. Humungeous matket size, 150/20 billion.
3. "Our share" 5-10 million.
4. No details.
Yep, " If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck and walks like a duck, it's a duck"
"They brought this on themselves because they knew or should have known the rules before starting any business, especially a controversial one. Poke the Lion anyone?"
Isn't that what happened to the MMJ community when being able to get a prescription became a joke? MJ out of vending machines and "scripts" for an eyelash in the eye kind of destroyed the "medical" in MMJ.
Those are "paperwork" solutions that can be remedied in hours or if it required recertification from a state entity days, but a quarter? Were they ever able to reestablish a banking relationship, that might be important.
Just curious....what this means
" These challenges came primarily from the banking and the financial institution's guidelines on the regulation of businesses within the cannabis and hemp industry. "
How does regulation keep you from making a deposit?
FWIW and future reference when a processes success is reliant on a "proprietary catalyst"......run, nice van though (although pretty dorkey by CA standards). This one was too easy and obvious...now the only question left is who was the companies plant on the board....sometimes they are obvious, or not.
I doubt it would be taken seriously, it's a data study and one sentence basically negates most of it:
" However, Rees and Anderson cautioned that legalization of medical marijuana may result in fewer traffic deaths because it's typically used in private, while alcohol is often consumed at bars and restaurants."
Herb Greenberg on CNBC reported it crossed the wires that it funded. No dog in this hunt, but it would have destroyed all China stocks if anything funny happened. JMO
"walked down"?, pull the 6 month chart above, looks like a giant slalom course.
You have to admit they have done a masterful job of holding this up and probably raking off a couple of grand a day, beats working I guess. JMO
Interesting until you Google Charles J. Larson.....for someone so accomplished
That was an attempt at humor, Stan Lee, comic book creator. It's amazing how when confronted with this doc people are still excited. Remember the guy that had inside info and KNEW this was going ot fly and, BTW while here pumped SFIO? Well look at what happened to that.....birds of a feather.....LOL
Unaudited is the least of the problem, just perusing them, thought they were created by Stan Lee.
Many years ago I used to trade this company until it faded and volume dried up. Also after calling the company and talking with the CFO (actually more like an accountant) to find out exactly what intellectual property was vested in the company, she couldn't answer. Anyone have any idea about exactly what of Stan's assets are in POWN? What happened to the Disney deal?tia
Are you saying they are going to have audited financials next week?
Be careful and remember:
"If the pump don't make it jump it's time to dump"
GLTY
ddm you appear to be a fairly nice guy so I'll impart a gem of wisdom regarding pennies:
"If the pump don't make it jump it's time to dump"
I don't play pennies anymore unless they are listed because with the internet it's too easy to reveal the fraud. Lower volumes put you at the hands of the mm's and we know who they support, it's just no fun anymore, another way of putting it is "the jig is up". This one is not even close. JMO GLTY
I think this company needs to upgrade its "pump"....very weak.
You have to appreciate the creativity of the pump....against all odds. LOL

Re: None Post # of 5269
Take this for what it is worth but I have confirmed MJNA will be a full reporting company come the first or second week of July"
The word CONFIRMED says that you have information that could only be provided by people INSIDE the company.
2nd post:

Re: neophyte184 post# 5266 Post # of 5269
I can promise you I am correct. I only own two penny stocks and they are MJNA as well as SFIO. I got turned onto MJNA by a very close friend and I can tell you changes are being made and big things are about to happen. SFIO is another one that will be taking off as I personally have things in the works that if they transpire will be huge. I believe action speaks louder than words so please keep a cloes eye on these two companies."
What part of PROMISE do you not understand? As for the claim of "pumping", let the reader decide. In neither post are the words, "I feel very strongly" used, ergo, you are either an insider spreading information not available to the public and obviously a pumper in regards to the other stock. JMO
Interesting, your promise is that they will be a "full reporting" company by mid July, that would include audited financials. This would give transparency of not only the financial condition of the company, but more importantly corporate governance.
This "promise" would mean that you are an insider dispersing information that, in itself, could trigger a SEC investigation, and to cap it off, you pump another non-reporting company.
Very interesting.
Why waiting a year for filing financials:
November 1st 2010: Medical Marijuana (MJNA) has no financial reports available for investors to review, though a consultant working with the company says unaudited financial statements for the quarter ending Sept. 30 should be available within a couple of weeks, and audited financial statements should be available in 60 or 90 days.
This is from the heading above, a year without filings is thin air and this will be as well.
Ya think? If you stop hitting yourself in the head and throw the hammer away the pain will go away, eventually. Most people don't understand why filings are so important, there are names, addresses, phone numbers, and lots of good stuff, but most importantly a signature. There's a reason for that. Right now you've got thin air at .10 a share. No bash just fact, think about it.
I almost forgot, that dude in the picture at the top is the CFO and that bucket he's holding is the pot you're going to be left holding to pizz in if you don't take control and think. (just kidding)
Sorry, most understand the concept of following a "thread", it was a response.....no wonder you are stuck here.
You're right and wrong about the SEC and Justice Department, right that it takes years, but wrong that they don't care.
I made a lot of money on this one because their "offices" were about 1/2 hour from my house and on my way to work. When they closed the offices and moved, they moved to an adress in a less desireable subdivison near my home on Lake Conroe. Really weird but true, these guys had a board meeting and 5 people wouldn't make a complete set of teeth.
http://www.justice.gov/usao/txs/releases/March%202011/110308%20Ellerman%20et%20al.htm
Google John Rivera and read about his saga. An old college roommate called me after he got involved after the Natchez dog and pony show with and a couple of phone calls got him out with a minimual loss, crazy how easy to debunk that one but Rivera had this dumb persona and so many got screwed because of a "story". His running buddy died in a Fla jail.
So don't say they don't care about frauds, but this one has P&D written all over it and when it's over people will say, "yeah I knew the founding CEO was a convicted felon, but he was not supposed to be involved. lol
Hope you guys make millions, but don't hold your breath or buy that Mercedes, just yet.
Until they take the next step and become a reporting company they are just a trading vehicle, most penny players don't realize that. Lots of people stuck in the hight teens and low 20's here will lose interest and sell on bounces. JMO
