I dont think the majority of folks here are "so naive", or fail to see why you are so smug. As outlined the company has made great strides in accomplishing company re-organization, and diversifying into vertical subsciption based financial models.

Its clear to see from the prs this component of the company is going to be doubling and tripling over the coming months and years. With some operations posting profit margins as high as 50% it is only a matter of time before a healthy cash flow will have an impact on company near term goals.

As the companies high profit margin business seems to be the most rapid expansion of all company operations in terms of new revenue growth, I kinda like my take on it that success is just a matter of biding my time and quietly accumulating.

In the meantime,its my way of thinking that the company could do a lot worse than quiety remove a lot of shares off the market while so cheap.

In pinkyland its all a crap shoot, but Im gonna sit in on this one for a while yet.

Bell Buckle Store is now bllb headquarters - in other words the company headquarters is a broom closet in back of the country store. New CFO address and number same as store - no Simmons name anywhere.

Perhaps Bell Buckle was sold and someone forgot to tell us about it? No idea whats going on. Need someone to drive to country store and corner CFO, who might double as the store clerk.

The fact that Doug is in discussion with several majors contradicts rvgds monopoly on engine production, and appear Doug is also handling installation centers? This should be Peters job or rvgd's responsibility....

Doug said no gov. assistance. His plans/relationship have to be re-examined, and have probly been changed already. He cannot comment on this, but why not ask Peter and find out...

Read the SEC complaints. Peter used Carnes and the other company like an ATM machine for a period of several months. Carnes immediately sent shares to market. He denied selling stock into the market when asked, but neglected to tell anyone he was selling to Carnes et al.

He knew exactly what was happening because of irate investors phoning and asking what was going on.

Hi. Its certainly good to know you are holding for a long time with that amount of shares.

Im trying to free up some cash right now for my "little" business venture, but have plans to drop a little more in the sshs stock.
I need to average down some.

Havent been posting here much but follow along every few days, and have expanded my time line to hold. Had many a pinkie wipe me out of the total investment, thousands of $$ turning into pennies.

Strangely enough I feel pretty comfortable here. Not worried all that much with all the good things happening with the company.

Patience is all thats needed, and think I have enough of that for the time being.

We have an opportunity to use public perception in their own community. From all accounts they are community minded, or are they? Are there people in town who have invested in the company or just us?

Our options seem limited so why not use what available means to get the information we are entitled to? We can also use the Bell Buckle newspaper or Shelbyville newspaper to run an open letter or series of questions for the Simmons family as an escalation if no results are obtained.

Simmons family in for a surprise perhaps. Just registered with town of bell buckle community announcements, and local newspaper for a press release. Dont have a lot of money but shelbyville classifieds might be next. Perhaps someone else take the next step?

NO money for car show means no money for he franchise stuff either. Why should Doug have to babysit the franchise biz while Peter is out there with hat in hand?

If he's handling contacts for the franchises, means he's just one step closer to pulling the rvgd plug. You might get a few motors but the franchise was the potential money maker. The car(s) nothing but a drain on resources and a huge debt that must be fed. How are those monthly loan payments coming? with all the products rvgd is selling, no prob right?

If Doug and Pistols Petes (rvgd)relationship(contract/agreement) is based on performance, then I'd have to say you are in deep doo - doo. Geez Barbarian, thats some serious accumulation. Hell I have only 150K shares LOL.

My trading activities help finance my full time hobby as an innovator, and hoping sshs will help finance a my 'crossbow" venture. I plan to offer "ballista performance enhancements" for crossbows essentially a bolt on kit that converts a limb powered crossbow to torsion in-swinging design.

The "broke" inventor thing is true (at least in my case anyway). If and when sshs breaks out - hopefully January or Feb. I will have enough $$ to work on the other crossbow brands.

Thats the distinction I failed to make before purchasing this stock, who the big players here are (control pps). In effect its like trying to beat the MM's. Cant be done.

Smilin holds a nice core position dont know how much, but has reported a 2M flip one day so it must be considerable. Barbarian is a multi million share holder as well, and there must be a few others on this board who collectively control at least 20% of float.

Both he and Liable make a good team and one thats hard to beat, for us little guyz. Right now the only chance is if a catylyst was introduced that caused pps to continue upward movement so once they flipped trading shares they would have to chase.

The belief promoted here is that with any gain this Ribotsky would dump into it. While that may well be true, Ribotsky is not the one to worry about right now.

We can only hope Smilin makes so much damn money he doesnt need anymore and goes away. Smilin would be quickly replaced by another perhaps traderdon. It doesnt matter much right now.If it isnt smilin selling it would be someone else who's tired of this flippin crap and looking for an exit after taking profit.

The good thing is, sshs getting a little lovin here and there on a few new boards. If ya get folks like Mrs Smith who if takes a fancy will buy 5-10M at a whack. You dont need a whole lot of them to take care of float.

Key to my success here is patience, and not being too greedy. Theres always someone else with a finger on the trigger...

Since Im not planning on selling till after new year sometime, whatever happens with pps between now and then dont have much effect on my plans.

Boardmarks are needed. Many many little investors to soak up the milions of shares these big boys flip away. If a nice momo group wades in here each soaking up millions of shares it would be the proverbial "to da moon!" stuff and where I look for an exit myself.

bllb -You are a buy and hold investor,and we could use you on the sshs board. Under 100M float. Large flippers keeping pps in toilet. approx. 35-40M revs. Why not pick up 10M for a 3-6 month hold...

Aside from that we were only making fun of ourselves for screwing up, and now having to pay the price. Wouldnt be so bad if we werent outta bullets and could load up at these basement prices.

I fully expect to walk away from this one a happy camper with a multi-bagger in a very short while.

According to recent pr read the new subscription based services (vid monitering, background and credit checks etc)carry a profit margin in excess of 30 percent.

Rumour has it financials MAY be voluntarily released January. The pr's seem to indicate the company wants a much higher higher pps.
sshs flying under the radar for now but as the pps seeks a truer valuation I expect that to change rapidly(and make some nice coin).

Fat chance of that. Aside from having possible dilution here and there from a convertible CD, we have a group of what I consider large stakeholders that will build and hold a LARGE core position in the millions while also having a large portion of "flipping" stock.

If no dilution occurs on a run up like today, you can bet your boots the run will be killed off from profit taking. Sure sucks for little guys like me, but hey nobody asked me to dive in the water with the sharks LOL.

So far Smilin B seems to be the kings of flips here, but imagine he's in competition to see who sells first. Consequently I cant see this moving up anytime soon unless the MMs perform their magic.

Although I hate it, I cant blame Smilin B one little iota. The name of the game here is making money, and so far from what I can tell, he's one of few here being successful. Sucks for sure, but ya gotta admire the heavy coin he making doing it.

Crap. I am stuck in sshs for a good while methinks. I took a nice profit from rvgd and turned it into crap - again.LOL.

I continued to purchase sshs instead of diversifying at that time into SGCP which although one of my fav. did NOT do. ARGHHH!!

I left my trading system, tried to jump on a momobandwagon with a low floater (which I usually avoid like the plague).

I did everything 100% wrong and now have to pay the price, namely waiting for huge buying interest and catalyst. Might be a week month or year.

Some good did come out my trading tho. I took some profits and re-roofed both front and back porches, and probly the only smart thing I've done over the past month and a half haha.

Right now, sshs is a flippers paradise, but unfortunately I also suck at the quick flip. I do better with longer term holds because I generally buy too high and sell to low. One has to wonder how I make a profit, but here I am after 15 years of it.

Divvy shares are very seldom freetrading but restricted for a period of time. Seeing as some dilution is ocurring anyway, a few extra free shares in my account that would sit there for some time wouldnt hurt my feelings any.

If you simplify trading its just a matter of guessing if the price goes up or down over a certain time period. YOu know what? Eventually it does...dilution or any other stuff is rendered a mute point LOL.

Im betting that within a few weeks to a few months I can sell my shares for more than I bought them for. Thats it.

Perhaps so but the pr's point to rapid expansion of revenues in monthly billings by responding to the needs of existing clients and expanding the range of services offered.

The new video facilty expansion makes way to increase live monitoring by a factor of 10. They now offer services meeting Homeland Security criteria, protecting vital infrastructure. Residential monitering offers a whole new market to penetrate.

Things could look a lot worse for stinky pink. The current share structure in not bad considering revenues. A little time and patience is all that is needed.

The marketcap is ridiculously low while revenue potential and contracts continually increase. I think we will see some nice pps moves over the coming weeks.
