I suggest someone register at the second link and start a Bell Buckle Holdings Company Investor Blog.

Run properly we can then ask the Simmons family to answer some straightforward questions, and post what our findings have uncovered.

The company has made claims of what we invested in but tax records still shows these holdings to be in family name and not the holding company?

Have they bought or sold shares?

etc. etc.

We have an opportunity to use public perception in their own community. From all accounts they are community minded, or are they? Are there people in town who have invested in the company or just us?

Our options seem limited so why not use what available means to get the information we are entitled to? We can also use the Bell Buckle newspaper or Shelbyville newspaper to run an open letter or series of questions for the Simmons family as an escalation if no results are obtained.
