I totally understand what your point is trying to say. One big thing you have to remember is we most likely didn't have to invest in millions of dollars of equipment. They have a world class grape farm. What hinders most start up wineries in United States or Canada is the three to five years they need just to harvest the crop to get it to the standards they need t produce and age the wine. All we need I am assuming is cardboard, bottles and of course raw materials which are factored into the retail price. I love reading downdraft's calculations. I think we will see great sales figures and maybe a very small profit numbers released from Q4 last year.
This product was launched a year ago and we have come a long way since then.
Buyers at really large companies buy on their time frame. Not ours. Have you ever tried to close a large sale and you think it's in the bag next week? Sometimes takes months. He thought it was going to happen quicker than it has taken which yes is a mistake to make that public. But it is happening and when we get the PR stating they took 2100 case (hopefully more) just like winebow it will result in more revenue.
If this is so bad why are you wasting your time even posting?
Correction your Brut and Zero sugar numbers. You reversed them.
Brut 138
Zero sugar 276
We were out of zero sugar for over two weeks which was really concerning to me. I expressed that to Ryan and he had a conversation with Rich who stated "February's demand was so high it finally caught up with them". The wholesaler got replenished Friday and Gerard's got their shipment yesterday. Hopefully many more stores got stock as well.
We are now able to buy more zero sugar again through Gerard's. 276 bottles now back in stock finally. I wonder how long those will last? My estimate is not even a week.

Once it hits the LCBO I will post the link in real time just how much stock is in the province. I bet it will be a lot more than the 620 cases in Tenn. keep it up shareholders buy at stores and share with friends. This is going to be a life changer in a good way for many on this board.
Wow do those bottle ever stand out. Eye level as well even better placement. Thanks for sharing this post.
A better approached would be to ask one of the retail locations what they pay per case from their distributor. Someone has to have a relationship with a retailer who will reveal that information. The distributor will make a couple dollars per case as well. I think we would profit about $4.50 per bottle or $27 per case. I spent 15 years with coca-cola and AB InBev so my number of $4.50 isnt arbitrary.
30,000 cases if we can get that high per month would be profits of $810k. 30,000 would be attainable with 5000 stores but I am not sure we are at that level yet.
Every couple of days I add 500 units to each brand. It will show you how many bottles are available. If they didnt count anything into direct shipments that number could actually be higher. I ordered a case over the phone and spoke to Amanda in early January. Joe assisted me because I am Canadian and could not create a profile. Shipped the case to Florida 6 bottles cost me $152. . She told me they had 800 back orders in Nov after the CBS TV feature and that's when I decided to go all in on this stock. Great things happening I know how hard it is for the things Rich is accomplishing. Too many State regulations, distribution bad weather delaying shipments etc to deal with when you operate a fast moving consumer goods company selling alcohol.
This is the store that links through the Bellissimaprosecco.com website. In one month they sold through tracking of internet sales 265 units. Zero Sugar has been sold out for over a week. If this little store can generate those sales numbers the other 616 listed on the map should easily be 20+ cases for the month of February each. From what we know of we should be generating a minimum 12,000 cases sold this month.
Sales were 68 Brut, 70 Rose and 127 Zero Sugar.

Well I spent 15 years working for coca-cola and AB InBev and I can tell you the contracts and the distribution we are seeing from a start up is mind boggling. This is growing daily and yes I agree it sucks we don't see and update to a map leading to many people doubting sales. I ordered 6 bottles to my parents in Florida through the Bellissimaprosecco.com Gerard's link and they loved it. 12 retirees many women who LOVE wine will by when it hits Cape Canaveral. Maybe I should send another case so my dad can set up on the launch pad. 11 more days until the next launch.
T trades are just the MM buying to fill previous orders. Happens almost daily with every OTC stock. Take a look around its not dilution. If you want to read the whole definition link is below.
"After months of due diligence, there are a few poorly publicized uses for a T Trade. The most important factor here is that the only requirement of market makers by FINRA is that they must report all trades in a day. They are not required to do so when the actual trade occurs."

What choice did he have In order to move foward? Obviously the past has been a failure. What he has done the past year has secured a major celebrity to personally endorse not only one but three brands of a hot Prosecco segment of wines. Rich has been granted distribution deals with some of the biggest wholesalers in the United States and the biggest SINGLE wine purchaser in the world LCBO in Ontario. Start ups would only dream of deals such as those. We are starting to see strong sales and revenues will come. The shares though high are not outrageous like some other similar companies.
Time will tell this will be at its peak in 18-24 months IMO.
I am assuming 4AM and 7AM but you would have to be on an Eastern zone channel to see it Live. They are on the today show which is on NBC.
As you wrote earlier today this is becoming an obsession. I will experience my first FOMO Wednesday morning as I am sitting through presentations. FOMO means fear of missing out for those my age and older. Teens and their phones these days. I am starting to get it. Maybe I can walk over to the LCBO head office and ask when the product will hit the stores.
She has now been added to the 7AM show with Matt Lauer on TOday as well as the 10AM show with Kathie Lee and Hoda. I am at meetings in Toronto all day and cannot access anything this is going to sting. Hopefully during one of those two episodes they will toast. My guess would be the latter.

Programming guide for The Today Show has Christie and her two daughters scheduled for Wed 15th 10AM Eastern time. I don't know how to load a picture from my iPad.
Finewineonline.com
They sold out of the zero sugar last week. They ship to most states. I am a Canadian and I shipped a case to my parents in Florida for their friends to try and give me feedback. They are meeting with friends Thursday.
I cannot even imagine how much these brands could one day be worth. Bethenny Frankel from Real Housewives of New York sold her Skinny Girl wines to Beam for a reported $100 Million. Seriously?? Christie has the ability to take this globally in a short period of time. Trust me large companies will know about this brand very soon if they already don't have it on their radar.

Nice to see shorties come on over. You are welcome and thanks for making us all work harder and stronger to prove you wrong. This group is amazing and we will all enjoy the ride of our lives.
Just a quick sales update at finewineonline.com. SOLD OUT of zero sugar. That's 127 bottles in 9 days. 30 from this morning. I have been adding really high number everyday and tracking the stock remaining.
I don't think they need another PR. Just let things happen naturally. How many times do we have to hear it coming, it's coming. When the largest players all have it we will find it. I don't think we hear news until next week when Christie is on some sort of National TV program. Fill the pipeline and then make a major announcement would be a better strategy.
When it hits Bevmo we will all find it with a brand search. I hope it shows store level inventory. I haven't checked Gerard's since Monday but last week they sold 20 cases online from the numbers I recorded. Biggest seller was Zero Sugar with 59 units.
Billboards? She might have an ad adjacent to the spread in SI. Imagine that.
The o/s went from 300 to 800 million because it was approved by all the parties who had an interest. They knew what they had built in the pipeline for the upcoming year and all the pieces are starting to come together just as they had planned. They will not need to issue anymore shares because the revenue stream from the massive distributors (2100) cases in one order alone from Winebow will start to stream in.
Yes they had a terrible history. The past is the past. So has the Donald. How many bankruptcies does he have? Still seems to get plenty of new business world wide. I too had my doubts but Rich has found a gem with Christie. Hardest working and most beautiful 63 year old I know.
I have thought a lot about the BS dilution comments. You are correct that some .000's taking some profits and to be honest I probably would have as well. There is no way that this stock has over 50 people holding over 10 million shares each. A few people might have 20-30 as they have mentioned but that is an exception. Most are probably holding under 400,000 as they including myself were late to the party.
The group of 50 if it is even that high know the potential and are holding the majority tight. Don't be fooled by all the BS on this board. There was a bunch of 100,000 share sells yesterday and only two 300,000 sells at the end of the day.
That will get people talking and her on more shows. Another nice find. Keep up the good work.
The only news we need is someone in Cali taking a picture of the brands stacked in a store or tons of inventory showing up online within the Bevmo site. People are overreacting thinking we need news everyday. Slow down people it takes time to get across the nation.
That's why the upside to this could be so big. I have never heard of Rich Decicco or Iconic Brands. The name Christie Brinkley caught my attention. I inquired about Canadian distribution rights through the Bellissimaprosecco.com contact us page and within hours I got a personal e-mail from Rich saying they have a broker chosen in Canada and had already presented to the LCBO in Dec. That was my uh ha moment. I had many years in the alcohol industry working with the LCBO and for an American CEO to write me that shows he knows his stuff.
Once we get into 3000+ stores with Christie Brinkley point of sale material near the stock piles this will fly.
I don't have the picture of the one posts but the bottles were selling for $16.98 that someone posted. I bought and shipped to Florida 6 bottles two of each flavour from finewineonline.com (Gerard's). In a week they have sold 69 bottles of the zero sugar assuming that inventory was not reloaded on their site that I missed. I am happy with those sales and they are selling for $19.99. Discounts applied with more purchases.
I came across this board in late Decemeber and bought in January 3rd. By reading through enough posts even in late Decmeber people already speculated about Bevmo, and the additional states from an earlier PR. I believe that we didn't see a spike Friday because that wasn't actually news to those who have been around long enough. When people outside this board (300ish in Dec. now over 700) find out about this opportunity they will buy in. When they can visit a local store and have a drink with their friends of a penny stock they own more and more people will buy in even at $0.10-.25 cents.
I hope we still have the relationships with the distributors around the globe. If we could do something like this company did things could really turn this sinking ship around.
http://rockymountainhighbrands.com/brands/
My guess is she didn't pay a thing to be on national TV. She benefits just as much as we do with increased sales. She knows the potential of this global brand and has already many hours invested with board meetings trips to the winery etc. When CBS calls to do a story on her you think they actually have to pay for that spot? Don't think so.
For a company that size (Winebow) to generate a Purchase order of 2100 cases the test run must have been pretty substantial. You don't order 100-200 cases and then turn around and order 2,100. I am thinking they must have already sold through at least 500.
Great news building this amazing foundation. 30 years for Rich and key contacts throughout the United States and Canada will bring positive revenues sooner than later.
http://www.binnys.com/all/Bellissima
Even better they are carrying all three brands right out of the gate.
One client ordering 2100 cases because of the initial response. On premise customers already this is huge. Make you way up to Canada PLEASE.
YA Bevmo will need a lot more than that.
Happy B-Day CB.
Just ran the numbers that I posted on Sunday assuming they didn't get anymore in vs my Monday (zero had 127) post we have sold 62 bottles. 33 zero sugar, 22 Rose and 7 brut. This is great news for us to hit 30,000 in Jan we needed the 616 stores listed to sell 48 cases each in the month. From the Stew Leonard's display pic and these numbers it is going to be close.
Well it proves that the digital re targeting from another one of the subsidiaries works. It's following people around because they clicked the website link on the Facebook offers. Only 30,884 likes in about two weeks. That is actually pretty damn good. It's not that hard to contract out production for the product to a small independent and actually produce some sales. Most beverage companies if not operating at full capacity welcome the invitation to contract bill orders.
Hate to prove you guys wrong but this could actually turn around. Yes lots of work to do. Financials, debt, and share structure but it could happen.
I think if we can get to 4000+ stores the 300k cases is attainable. Great calculation I also spent 15 years in alcohol and beverage sales. I had a profit of $4.50 per bottle based on the $16.98 retail price that someone posted yesterday. From reading some of your posts you are still in the industry, how many cases are some of your clients brining in to start? Any point of sale that connects Christie at store level with shoppers out there as well?
The Michigan stores should be getting next week to achieve that Feb 15th deadline.
Joe, is the person who helped me send a case to my parents in Florida. I am a Canadian and I couldn't set up a profile so he had a rep call me about the order which I processed. That's who told me they sold out in the fall with the 800 orders on backorder. Selling well isn't quantifiable. Ask him more then 500 cases or under as a gauge.
That's why I keep looking for stock levels on websites. We have too many Debbie downers on here who think this cannot hit the 30,000 cases per month target. The rollout was timed perfectly for those three events I am sure they will be at some parties in Houston for the Super Bowl pumping this even more. I worked in the alcohol business for 15 years, 30,000 cases is a joke with these major distributors coming on board.
When people on this board see it in a store ask the store manager how many cases they are selling each week.
I am guessing $3.25 million Q1 revs. $4.25(profit per bottle) x 120,000 cases sold in three months. Let's see how close I get. Hope they make more than $4.25 per bottle.
Good news is Gerards. (Finewineonline.com) has more stock of Zero sugar then they did yesterday 127 bottles vs 121 yesterday. Also sold 2 bottles of Rose unless they got more in of that as well.
Once sales are reported all charts will be thrown out the window for a couple days. We have been patiently waiting for news. Hoping Feb 1 something comes thought the wire.
Looks like it is selling well at Specs in Texas online as well. Only 7 bottles remaining of Zero Sugar. Not sure what starting inventories were.
I did the same with Gerard's. I tried to add 500 of all three brands and this is the current inventory.
Brut 231
Rose 105
Zero Sugar 121.
And remember this is one that had 800 back orders in the fall. That order would only cost me $7819. Chump change for us if this hits dollar land lol. Thank would be one hell of an investors party. Just not at the comfort INn as someone mentioned earlier. I am thinking Vail.
