Straight up opinion, please. Do you think Petar will post A/F's today or tomorrow?
New, I think Petars antics last night and that awful picture have probably negated any large bounce to .20. "IF" the financials show anywhere near what he's promised, the thing could recover somewhat but there has been a ton of trust lost here and most of it will continue to exit.
Don't fool yourself about erosion of confidence. Petar can slap those things on the web site at 9:29AM and all will be forgiven. Like a new born baby, he will be our hero and the idol of the Penny Community worldwide. Just show us profit and some new deals and this thing will fulfill every dream on this board.
Sure, I'll bet you some SLJB stock!
He'll make the deadline. He promised he would... twice.
I had thought of that, too. Sure would fill out Wessals position nicely, albeit, at the risk of legal action.
That's cruel, Hilltopper! LOL
After two days of emotional roller coaster, I have been filled with an eerie sense of calming serenity and I haven't a clue as to why.
That's good, Gas! I forgot about that exchange. Han, could you explain just why the stock is "finished" if it doesn't close above 10 cents? We're all dying to know....
Petar still thinks and acts like the President of a private company. He can't grasp why shareholders would be so interested in peering at the figures with a magnifying glass? Well, could it have something to do with the fact that almost all pinkies never execute their business plan? That they are shorted to extinction because many probably deserve it? They delay the filings and release of audited financials? They are vague or downright secretive about their dealings? Oh, there's plenty of reasons investors crawl up the business end of a bull to see what the steak looks like because often, the butcher's word just ain't good enough for them.
Release the financials and all Petar's aggravation with penny players goes away.
OT. Boy would I LOVE that!!!!!! He was our biatch and we can't seem to get over on ol' Tressel.
It's called the "One Game Season."
Nothing else before it matters in the least when these boys get after it!
Go Blue
There is no reason the A/F's should be delayed any longer because of "translation" discrepancies or differences in accounting practices from region to region. No, this date, this timing, says EVERYTHING about Petar and how he views our place in the future of Sulja. The haggling back and forth was done last week but he set a drop dead date of the 15th for a specific reason. Was it to bleed the fence sitters and try their metal? A last opportunity for Wessal to complete their position? A deal with the shorts on negotiated "cover?" We'll soon see.
I still belive the entire chain of events was planned in NYC with Gottbetter a long time ago. And we simply CANNOT discount the influence of our Mid East partners. He may talk about building the next Home Depot but we already have a few of them, all doing nicely. This whole deal is about building and securing a supply chain for the growth addicted Arabian Penninsula. We aren't just in Dubai. But rather, this relationship in the future will supply projects in Egypt, Pakistan, Abu Dabai and Saudia Arabia. It may be a step at a time as Petar cautions us, but I totally believe the steps are moving forward and will accelerate as we grow.
A true classic!!!!
No problemo. We're all a little wound. Really, next time in Ontario, the Molson's on me. I'll be able to afford it.
Lighten up, Digg. I already apologized but quit crying in your Molson already.
We're all very sorry, Mr. Diggler. But Thursday you aren't going to have to worry about it or keep doing all that exhaustive research.
Hey, wasn't Mark Wahlberg's name in "Boogie Nights"... Dirk Diggler? Too much. LOL. You go girl, keep 'em honest.
That's Classic! I can't wait to get all these yahoos off our board. Geez, what a patchwork quilt of goofballs and losers living in their parents' basements lately.
If it was so important to close above .10, wouldn't Petar be doing something about it?
Help me here if I have any of this correct. Since I have four children all invested here, their input has been valuable. Cyberkey could be a portal for games distributers to send their games (Rental or Purchase) to consumers and be protected from copying. Or could the physical games themselves, at some future date, just be purchased as Cyberkeys? The game would be distributed on the key and the kids could carry them from house to house much like the dvd application now.
Rocket, good luck to us all here as I hold both, but you're being awful hard on a stock I've held since .0175 and about to release audited financials. Let's not bury them until Thursday, OK?
You know what L.U.C.K. stands for?

Heck, I'd be happy just to go fishing with you for a couple days down on the flats!
I can't quit thinking about something. Why did Petar and Company spend so much time and money getting advice from Gotbetter? Could we be on the cusp of seeing what all that effort was about? Could they have hatched this master plan right then and all the pieces of the puzzle have been quietly falling into place all along? I have always trusted Petar's utter disdain for penny players and the activity of this thread today reinforces that trust. Boneheads being born, literally by virgin birth, to save us from squandering our kids inheritances. Vitriole so thick you could cut it with a knife. Gawd, I LOVE the penny stocks. No guts... No Glory. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it! See you on the other side, Sulja Heads and good luck to us all!
I wouldn't give up on SLJB. I own both, about equally and still feel great about them.
Hey Blubber, just wanted to thank you so very much for being born just a week ago and spending all your posts for the sole purpose of saving us from ourselves in Sulja. Your commitment and sacrifice of family time is deeply appreciated.
I'll give you that. It's been hard to discern true facts with all the CEO shuffling. And Petar is about as easy as a Rubics cube to figure out. Well, only one more day to worry, maybe two, and then we'll have a bunch more pieces to this Sulja puzzle.
Don't you feel the lack of anticipation is because of the long delay getting the A/F's out? I think we'll see some capitulation to the close and even more tomorrow AM. By then only the true believers and Wessal will be here and we'll finally see just what the heck we've all been throwing our money at all these months. Long and strong.
Yes, like Egypt! We haven't heard much about this but I believe it will be in the A/F's. What else is in there that Petar has been "vague" about? All good, folks. Soon we'll see.
I don't feel one bit different having digested this news. For one, Petar is NOT a warm, fuzzy guy and probably went sideways with the reporter early on, wishing he hadn't granted the interview in the first place. If you read through his PR's and blog entries, the guy plays his cards pretty close. Way back during the merger, he was even then telling the weak kness to get out of the stock. It was Steve Sulja who was the cheerleader, not Petar. He's a calculating businessman and wouldn't likely charm this reporter or share effusive details this close to AF release. Everyone needs to take a chill pill. Although I probably wouldn't make a big effort to try and have a drink with him, I do trust that he is working in all of our best interests and the numbers will be very close to what they submitted. Even if half of what we believe to be true is true, the company is worth well more than 60M. To float a conspiracy theory this late in the game is so last summer. To this end, I won't bother you all anymore this weekend, nor will I irritate my ulcer reading the tomes of questions and conjecture that will appear on this thread for the next three days. GLTUA
Having traded these gut wrenching pennies for a couple years now, experienced countless posts deriding MM's,shorts, hedge funds and daytraders, read voluminous PR's from CEO's requesting NOBO or OBO lists, I've come to a very simple realization. The only thing that knocks these people and all their antics out of the game is to execute a profitable business plan. Daily PR's extolling huge contracts doesn't do it. Promising audited financials doesn't do it. Threatening SEC action doesn't do it. Folks, we're dealing with a sophisticated, multi-layed machine here and they do not go for a bluff. What fabulous poker players they'd be. Build your business, get profitable, prove it with audited financials... then get out of this cesspool they call Pinkieland.

But by the 15th, you're going to be a "Ramblin' Man!"
It's a river, Sand... doesn't matter where we jumped in as long as it keeps flowing. And this one appears to be flowing toward the Persian Gulf!
I started buying LFWK on February 14, 2006. It feels like I'm about to experience the birth of something...
I can just feel the tingle. Those who have sat on the sidelines are now debating, "What if Petar releases the A/F's early Monday?"
Here's a good start for you:

Read what these folks have to say, do some research and then trust your gut.
I do also hold CKYS. Think both are good long term winners. GLTUA
I like your Friday talk. Petar does love Friday PR's and since he's already bought time until Wednesday, wouldn't late Friday... say 3:30PM be a kick?
