I suspect that it means the respective stock will move down a tier, to the Pinks; just my guess.
A slice from 3:00 or 9:00, please.
Here's a BIG BIG BIGGG what if: http://www.greencarreports.com/news/1090854_volkswagen-to-triple-battery-capacity-with-lithium-air-technology
...given that GAIA has worked with VW and they're located in Germany. It would be great if that's the case and would definitely explain the positive price movement; just continued wishful thinking on my part.
Palti, just ignore my (sp)'s. I was being a smart-alec pointing out mio (where I assume you meant mil) and loosing for losing.
(sp) is for spelling.
Think about your post Paleti: "Holding 7mio (sp) shares for more than 3 years and loosing (sp) 80% of my investment. I don't see the reason why some are still posting on this board." With that sentiment, I would have expected you to have been long-gone at least 2 years ago. Is there a glimmer of hope within you that LYJN will come full circle? You are stil here. GLTU.

No comments on my part. I don't want to bash.
You're absolutely right as far as ihub influence goes. I still say though that once real DD has been conducted on this company, the sp direction will change course. Is there any favorable info regarding the company that you might share, other than momentum? Tia.
See integral's post #1812. Do not confuse Lithium Technology Corp (LTHU) with Lithium Technologies. They are two totally different entities. Those of you who are ahead right now, you better move on. As soon as the DD is updated for the newcomers, the sp movement will probably change direction quickly; unless there has been some insider movement, which I doubt. And of course, this could be a P&D action. Buyers BEWARE! I've been here since 5/06. I entered @ .03 per share, saw it rise as high as 0.155 (Sept. '07), figuring I should hold for the company to reach its full potential. Terrible mistake! ...and here we are today. No NEWS! I suspect a P&D, just as you've called integral. Be that as it may, GLTA.
The bottom line, investing in OTCs and Pinks should be short termed. For example: of a dozen placements I've made through the years in penny-land, I've had returns of 3-400% of about 8 of them but stayed put thinking the company(ies) would become big players within their respective arenas; 10-baggers in a couple of them. Now many of those same companies (including XSNX) are sub-penny or near [if only I woulda, coulda, shoulda]. Those of you who got in at .004 or below and are still here, you'd be wise to take out your initial placement out while you're ahead and play with your free shares; and if XSNX announces the name of their customer/s and show some money's being made, that would be a good time to add to your position. Of course though, it is your money. All imho and glta.
Your target will put many here in the upper 1% community. That link from '06 that I posted brings to mind some recent releases regarding marketing and licensing. We'll see if it gels this time.
Thanks, SolarGuy1977, for sharing your insight in this realm of the market. My presence here is from pure speculation; not knowing or understanding the functionality of the market's players. I was originally mesmerized by XSunX's pitch for power producing glass so I made a pure speculative play here; and the idea of PowerGlass still intrigues me. I followed their press releases for some time and when they announced that they started their marketing phase in '06, I decided that it's a ground-floor opportunity. At the time, the pps was in the >1.00 range. If you're in the green get out now, or at least take out your initial investment. Here's an article from '06 that came out after I started buying shares here, and it's applicable today: http://pennysleuth.com/new-coverage-will-power-glass-succeed/ FWIW, GLTALs and newcomers too.
Hi holter. Do you mean .0095 or are you reflecting your confidence in the movement of the pps? Regards.
SolaerGuy1977, your sentiments parallel my own, except 0.10 will not even come close to satisfying my ROI; however that price will create a sizable comfort zone most of the newest players here. GLTA!
I assume "the United States' premier emergency response organization" to be the Red Cross, perhaps?
The motion has been properly moved and seconded... All in favor, raise your hand; those who opposed have the same right. The ayes have it. Tom, "issue a PR and inform the investors of all the contracts and who you have singed contracts with".
Keeps us happy, or, Makes us happy?! (The longs, that is...)
Finally, a bona fide mention of Dr. Tuttle, plus a listing of his compensation. I admit it, that I had my doubts of his input.
Orwellian times are before us and there's no going back, imho. WSGI is a component of these times. Domestic spying has always been a part of our lives and will continue, despite Snowden's treasonous act. I can't imagine anyone invested here to have "Big Brother" issues. My point is that an investment here or a wish for failure of the company will not change the status quo of the eyes that are watching us. Therefore, an opportunity has presented itself to reap the rewards of a newcomer to the foray of Orwellian tools. I'm still appreciating the direction that WSGI is moving and hoping, that, that ultimate success comes to fruition. Thank you dd/info posters for all of your contributions. GLTALs.
TJG..., have you left the building?
The news is exciting, albeit the shroud of secrecy continues... Let it be know that I have re-set my place setting. I am prepared to "eat crow".
doglover1, please don't let your "typo" dissuade you from posting here or offering your opinion. A broad cross-section of interested parties rounds out this discussion board and adds more variety to the topics at hand. There didn't seem to be any malice in your comments toward the company. I saw your dissatisfaction with the time factor in relation to sp movement. Despite the presence of those hardcore supporters of the company here (myself included), many of us are willing to just wait it out; and add when the time is right. Best regards to you.
I CAN'T WAIT!!! Should those crow suppers come to fruition, there will be a lot of happy people around, patting Tom on the back. So if Tom provide the cake, then all that OhMy' has to do is just show up, unless he wants to bring the libations. Although TheHunter2013 didn't confirm, I asked if he would bag the crow for us.
Hey... the Crow Supper was my idea, and I'm being left out.
Will, Happy New Year to you as well. Thanks for the reply. Despite my personal doubts along with the latest XSNX release, I respect your take on the present status of the company; and wish all a Happy New Year and the best of luck with this venture.
Hi Will37. I hope that all has been well for your holiday season. I wish that I was able to reflect your enthusiasm for the so-called marketing campaign, let alone the company itself. Your positive disposition befuddles me; with all due respect. I guess it's good that the company leaves encouraging perceptions on at least some of its investors. What would be you reasoning why the company won't share details of the marketing campaign nor names of the customers?
Any reply will be appreciated. Regards.
lottabucks, you said: "Anything else we say about the company without substantiated information is foundless speculation"; well anything that Tom says about sales without mention of the customer is a foundless rumor as well. So what's a rumor?
Per Google: "an unverified account or explanation of events circulating from person to person and pertaining to an object, event, or issue in public concern". But most theories agree that rumor involves some kind of a statement whose veracity is not quickly or ever confirmed. In addition, some scholars have identified rumor as a subset of propaganda, the latter another notoriously difficult concept to define.
So that's what our CEO is doing; spreading rumors until proven otherwise.
Every article that I have perused has the exact same verbiage. I've typed in XsunX (Ventura, CA; Southern CA; San Diego; etc, ...) and have read through dozens of articles searching for a single mention of a customer that XSNX has signed up and have come up with "zero" positive results. I even ran across a Middle East - North Africa Financial Network article. I was starting to get excited, then read the same-old / same-old. Will37, please share your opinion with us, as to why you are ok with Tom D. not revealing the names of the entities that we are supposedly doing business with. I had started to set my table for a CROW dinner but have now decided to put the dishes away. Best regards All.
SolarGuy, I don't think that you're being unfair, at all. The half-hearted Investors' Newsletters have always been filled with innuendo and allusions, imho. Never anything concrete. A case-in-point is the most recent release that's inferring that sales have been made. If sales have actually occurred, we deserve to know to whom. I'm with you 100% on the critical opinions directed at our CEO; outright cynical on my part. GLTU and all.
ohmy', I'm just wondering, has any regular citizen, corp. exec, or anyone on this board perused XsunX's supposed southern CA marketing campaign? Why won't any of these significant developments be shared with the company's investors, other than a mention of it through a newsletter? I don't see any added cost to disseminate that info to the investors. It could have been distributed to us through a web link accompanying the newslettter. Simple soultions to quiet down the stockholders.
SolarGuy, only after the buyers' names are revealed, or perhaps the marketing campign is shared with the shreholders, will I start to take out the dishes to prepare my table for a feeding of crow. Don't get me wrong; the latest PR's are indeed encouraging. By the way, has anyone seen an example of the marketing campain? Any Californians here?
Thnnks Rocketman320 for sharing. Your post gives an abundance of insight drawn from your experience. At this point in time, I can only hope that I am indeed wrong and have wrongfully judged TomD. But given the time that has passed, he has made no impression on the common stockholder/s that offers reassurance for the respective positions that we are holding. GLTU and all that have a position here.
Rocketman320, is there any way for the present CEO to be removed when he controls more than 63% of the common share vote? There is no COB nor has there ever been that I am aware of, which makes the so-called Board of Directors hard to take serious, imho. Also your earlier mention of Dr. Tuttle (not you but TomD), imo, is a fallacy/lure to draw in lazy speculators failing to perform proper DD. I'm still open to being proven wrong.
How soon (or long) before the 8-K to certify a real transaction? I am ready to eat crow, if it comes to that.
OOPSY!!! I guess that I'm worse than Tom in increasing the (un)authorized share count. I added an extra one-trillion, nine hundred ninety-eight billion shares! How's that for dilution? Shame on me!
Will, given the months that have passed by, we don't seem to be advancing whatsoever since the announcement of those alleged LOI's. It was late March when the LOI's were announced and it was in August that the company announced that they are expanding marketing and sales efforts. Not that I'm involved in the industry, but I would think some one here on this board would have run across some semblance of XSNX's 'Marketing and Sales' efforts. We've seen nothing. Although Tom holds 14,493,000 shares directly (per 10Q of 8/12/13), >63% of common shares votes through his Series A Preferred stock gives him too much authority. He can make decisions with total impunity, without say from the stockholders; which he has done... the 2,000,000,000,000 common share authorization. There's no need for a COB with the Bd. of Dir., cause he'd have the power to fire him if they didn't get along. Sheesh, I wish that I was able to express my thoughts in a more compact manner. Thanks, I appreciate your dialogue. GLTA.
Will37, fwiw, LOI's are as worthy as a promise made by Tom D. I have seen too many of them come and go for so-called promising, next-big-thing, developing enterprises. As a matter of fact, the names associated with those supposed Letters of Intent with XSNX still haven't been shared with the investors; and that newsletter was released back in early spring, if my memory serves me right. At least some of the LOI's that I've seen in the past named its potential clients. Another concern here, that I've gathered from posts throughout the internet, is that there are no records where TomD has invested any of his own money for a single share of this company; yet he owns more than 63% of it at this time with the outstanding authorized share count. The only encouragement that I'd consider is to be served a plate of "crow". Oh, what does the "Letter of Intent" via Google show? I couldn't find anything alluding to what you've posted. Instead, I ran across some info of a different nature that has not been shared with the stockholders; an interesting read: http://www.lawinsider.com/contracts/3HaxtWYtYpf0dONkvmxZXM/xsunx-inc/new-york/2013-11-12
What it says is that XSNX is behind on paying back funds form 2009: $456,920.66. There is a lot of legal jargon and phrases that becomes quite confusing (please correct me if I read it wrong). I've wondered where was Tom was getting the money to pay for all of those MoneyTV promos he's been releasing over the years. Be that as it may, gltu. We're gonna need it (no, we NEED it)!
Thanks Rocketman320. It would be great to see any kind of positive comments regarding the company or Tom Djokovich. I really don't find any pleasure in being so pessimistic towards an investment that I am holding; but our CEO leaves me and many others here no choice. I am a realist. One has to be when his/her finances are dependent on the actions of the company. Thanks again and glta.
Rocketman320, can you please share with us where you read: industry news report on CIGS where Jokey was commended for his consistency -
Respectfully,
Q-reus
I don't mean to be a butinsky, but a few posts back I replied to an earlier post by you and ended with a request for a reply: "With all due respect, please elaborate on the FL statute reflecting companies traditionally listed on the major exchanges and how that ruling applies to Pink Sheet stocks. Of course the definition says "file with the SEC". Perhaps there's a provision for Pink Sheets. If there is, please share. Regards."
The only Pink Sheet prosecutions that I've been able to find for the state of FL had involved fraud; not non-reporting. But, maybe you know otherwise.
Wildfalls, too many profit sucking subsidiaries? Isn't it through the subsidiaries that is owned by WSGI that the company is receiving revenues at all? Without those ancillary companies, we'd be nowhere right now (imho). We actually have gov't entities (and maybe private too) that have bought and are at least showing interest in WSGI's offerings; and those adoptees are our direct link. Perhaps the company's marketing efforts might need a boost but I believe it made perfect sense to bring the subsidiaries into the picture. All imho. GLTU&ALs.
