Will37, fwiw, LOI's are as worthy as a promise made by Tom D. I have seen too many of them come and go for so-called promising, next-big-thing, developing enterprises. As a matter of fact, the names associated with those supposed Letters of Intent with XSNX still haven't been shared with the investors; and that newsletter was released back in early spring, if my memory serves me right. At least some of the LOI's that I've seen in the past named its potential clients. Another concern here, that I've gathered from posts throughout the internet, is that there are no records where TomD has invested any of his own money for a single share of this company; yet he owns more than 63% of it at this time with the outstanding authorized share count. The only encouragement that I'd consider is to be served a plate of "crow". Oh, what does the "Letter of Intent" via Google show? I couldn't find anything alluding to what you've posted. Instead, I ran across some info of a different nature that has not been shared with the stockholders; an interesting read: http://www.lawinsider.com/contracts/3HaxtWYtYpf0dONkvmxZXM/xsunx-inc/new-york/2013-11-12
What it says is that XSNX is behind on paying back funds form 2009: $456,920.66. There is a lot of legal jargon and phrases that becomes quite confusing (please correct me if I read it wrong). I've wondered where was Tom was getting the money to pay for all of those MoneyTV promos he's been releasing over the years. Be that as it may, gltu. We're gonna need it (no, we NEED it)!
