Comical. He's 75. If what you're saying was true he would have shut down the show years ago. He's really living high on the hog working 12 hours a day.
He didn't reply Mogman. That spoke volumes.
Right. His house is mortgaged to the gills and he works every day. He's 75 and literally doesn't take vacations. Personal enrichment seems quite relevant here.
True it did. But those who believe will invest. Others won't. No harm no foul.
Titan I can do this all day. You're arguments don't hold water. Obviously a small company like Coates has to raise money. Of course they're going to be a printing press for shares. They do whatever is necessary to succeed. Who cares? How do you think these companies operate? Please enlighten us with your uncanny wisdom.
Haha. Hopefully it happens. First rounds on you kid.
Yes, you can.
I assume we're still getting diluted? A little surprised there was no absolutely movement today
Curious as to why you believe that long term
Doubtful being that they just pledged not to do further convertible loans deals on June 17th but sure anything is possible.
The only purpose of the filing on March 2, 2015, made by the Company was to keep all options open and enable the Company to declare a reverse stock split at some indefinite point in the future, if, and only if, the board of directors determines that the market and other conditions for the Company have improved to the point that the reverse stock split is more likely to achieve the intended objectives for such a reverse stock split.
In other words, they would do this to get listed on the Nasdaq. A stock is considered a penny stock if it is under $5.
It's definitely an interesting thought. Although he has another 10 billion or so shares to authorize. He could do that with the flick of a pen if he was trying to barter a deal.
I believe we are about to get significant news.
No news....
These are obviously not vanishing orders.
1) Coates never fulfilled the order because the product was non-working/flawed. Period.
2) That was a forward thinking power plant project. They never received a deposit, did they? Case closed. The estimated value is totally irrelevant.
3) Letter of commitment means nothing. Firm orders and more forward thinking PRs.
4) License agreement- relies on a working product.
I guess we'll see who is right in the next 2 weeks.
I'm a little unclear on how this type of large purchase works. My understanding is that there are in the ballpark of 1.7 billion shares outstanding out of 12 billion authorized. Of that there is a float of roughly 1.15 billion shares.
So that being said, does anyone know if he purchased the 200 million out of the float or are there now 1.9 billion shares outstanding, diluting the share value by roughly 11%?
That is a damn good reason. Thank you.
Any reason in particular you are saying that?
The reality is that no one would dare to sell their position right now. Everyone know that a Goliath PR could come out any day now.
The Chinese delegates just left. They looked enthusiastic.
Yes, I'd like to hear this one as well.
Titan, I'll actually meet you half way. Coates International is floundering like that piece of spaghetti between your legs (it's okay, everyone here knows).
My question to you based on your exemplary analysis of this nano-penny stock is the following: if you continue to "lol" everything. Why are you still here? You have to admit that posting relentlessly against a stock priced at .0005 is pretty absurd. Congratulations, you saved someone from blowing $100.
P.S. Could it be possible that you and Hulk have a thing?
I agree with you wholeheartedly. We need a legitimate, serious PR asap that speaks results.
That is classic!! Best PR of the year
I thought they had the parts which finally gave them the ability to ship last month.
No, not those.
I'm referring to the following PR:
Friday - January 15, 2016
COATES INTERNATIONAL, LTD. FURTHER UPDATE TO LAST PRESS RELEASE – FIRST PRODUCT DELIVERY WILL BE TO CHINA OF TWO 150 KW INDUSTRIAL NATURAL GAS GEN SETS IN APPROXIMATELY LATE JANUARY 2016
Wall Township, NJ – (Marketwired – January 15, 2015) For Immediate Release: Coates International, Ltd. (OTC PINK: COTE) (the “Company”) has already received full payment for two industrial electric power CSRV natural gas generator sets. The Company previously shipped one industrial generator set to China. Panel controls will be assembled once they arrive in China. Shipment to other countries and territories will be shipped thereafter.
Coates International, Ltd. President and CEO, Mr. George J. Coates, comments: “These industrial generators should have shipped out in November 2015. However, due to late delivery of certain parts, the scheduled shipment of these gen sets had to be delayed. We expect to be able to effect delivery this month.”
Shouldn't we have had some news by now on the two units shipped out?

Walt, it's not so old PR's like this that have me really suspicious about the management in place. How does something like this fall through the cracks with no resolution or update?
Sorry Joe. No activity noted, just a couple of nice Rolls in the parking lot in mint condition.
Hi Joe, obviously I don't know what the SP will do but I'm hopeful that we'll have some potentially significant news regarding Perkowski's success in China. Take it a step further, if they happen to be in a divulging mood, they would update everyone on Cummins progress and the UAE sales as well (whether alive or dead). It would be nice to get some traction.
My guess is as good as yours though.
I bet you the SP is at minimum doubled by the end of next week.
Walt, on second glance, my sentiments have drastically changed regarding your post this morning which I pasted below:
1. Coates is still waiting for parts from US suppliers that were promised to be delivered in November. This is "forcing us to go to China".
2. Mr. Perkowski did not leave for China until yesterday, 1-7-16.
3. Press releases are issued for the accredited investors.
4. Coates can not control the stock price.
5. At this time they are not concerned about the SP.
6. Many deals are in play at this time. "Most of the information we simply cannot let out yet."
First and foremost, the most pressing issue for me is that THIS information is the type that should be provided in the press releases; cohesive and collated. This is actually USEFUL information that clarifies, not confuses. That being said, the elementary school tactics used in past news releases over many years is concerning at best.
My advice to George & Co: Just speak to us man! No more games. Honesty and transparency go a hell of a lot further than smoke and mirrors. As every reasonable stock owner knows, the reality is that over the years there are going to be good news & bad news. If you think your strategy is working, consider the following: you've released 10 + years of positive, forward looking, earth shattering news. In other words, effectively nothing negative has ever happened to your company & technology which is extraordinary. Yet the stock is now trading at under a third of a cent. I'm not you, and I'll never be as bright and innovative, but I might consider changing my approach.
Secondly, PLEASE....Coates can control the stock price within reasonable parameters by conducting a sale & shipping a tangible product. That's how a successful business operates. The follow up to past news releases has been abhorrent at best. I can certainly understand why people are skeptical as they rightfully should be. They have never had a successful business transaction as far as the limitations of my research online will allow.
Thirdly, to say you are not concerned about share price is downright insulting and ultimately incriminating. I along with many others on this board have an absolute visceral belief in your company & its technology which is a rare thing in the stock market. I mean the way I see it, you'd have to hold some belief or you'd put your hard earned money elsewhere. There are too many solid blue chip stocks out there with impeccable track records. And with all due respect George, we're supposed to be on the same team here. I may not be "accredited" investor you're most concerned about but I happen to be the guy who walked in the door to support your vision when your accredited fellow walked out.
The point is that you have nothing to lose by telling us what is actually going on behind the scenes. The stock literally cannot go lower than it is now. Frankly, I actually loved yesterday's information about the technology and it's potential application on air quality. Fascinating to say the least, but this type of FYI should be the icing on the heels of much more significant news.
I'm staying very long here and I'm excited for what the next 90 days bring to all those on board.
God bless.
Thank you for this.
Hulk, my main man....
First of all, that's literally the most ignorant interpretation I've seen on this board in quite a while, brother.
Secondly, you are not a man of your word. Therefore, if you lack basic integrity around your "promise" not to return for a year, then your observations and takeaways do not deserve further consideration.
Do you think today's PR sets the table for the announcement on Perkowski's China deal tomorrow or Monday? Would love to get some feedback.
Even preliminary discussions with Merrill are extremely encouraging. This was a very important PR as far as I'm concerned. Certainly it has provided some reassurance & a confidence boost at a time when most of us were simply starving for any update.
Maybe George read my message haha.
It's rather frustrating that a PR hasn't been released in 40 days. Even if there is little to no substance in the update, a simple reinforcement or positive outlook would be nice. Anything for crying out loud.
Everyone has been in the dark for well over a month and looking out my window I can confidently state their parking lot has been empty almost day in and day out.
Again, I would like to reassure you that I'm not skeptical but certainly concerned as to what is taking place behind closed doors.
After 20 years of R & D, the testing results better be positive or they are going to lose a lot of investors.
Amen Walt, you are a good man.
