The Company previously shipped one industrial generator set to China. Panel controls will be assembled once they arrive in China. Shipment to other countries and territories will be shipped thereafter.

However, due to late delivery of certain parts, the scheduled shipment of these gen sets had to be delayed. We expect to be able to effect delivery this month.”
