Walt, on second glance, my sentiments have drastically changed regarding your post this morning which I pasted below:

1. Coates is still waiting for parts from US suppliers that were promised to be delivered in November. This is "forcing us to go to China".

2. Mr. Perkowski did not leave for China until yesterday, 1-7-16.

3. Press releases are issued for the accredited investors.

4. Coates can not control the stock price.

5. At this time they are not concerned about the SP.

6. Many deals are in play at this time. "Most of the information we simply cannot let out yet."

First and foremost, the most pressing issue for me is that THIS information is the type that should be provided in the press releases; cohesive and collated. This is actually USEFUL information that clarifies, not confuses. That being said, the elementary school tactics used in past news releases over many years is concerning at best.

My advice to George & Co: Just speak to us man! No more games. Honesty and transparency go a hell of a lot further than smoke and mirrors. As every reasonable stock owner knows, the reality is that over the years there are going to be good news & bad news. If you think your strategy is working, consider the following: you've released 10 + years of positive, forward looking, earth shattering news. In other words, effectively nothing negative has ever happened to your company & technology which is extraordinary. Yet the stock is now trading at under a third of a cent. I'm not you, and I'll never be as bright and innovative, but I might consider changing my approach.

Secondly, PLEASE....Coates can control the stock price within reasonable parameters by conducting a sale & shipping a tangible product. That's how a successful business operates. The follow up to past news releases has been abhorrent at best. I can certainly understand why people are skeptical as they rightfully should be. They have never had a successful business transaction as far as the limitations of my research online will allow.

Thirdly, to say you are not concerned about share price is downright insulting and ultimately incriminating. I along with many others on this board have an absolute visceral belief in your company & its technology which is a rare thing in the stock market. I mean the way I see it, you'd have to hold some belief or you'd put your hard earned money elsewhere. There are too many solid blue chip stocks out there with impeccable track records. And with all due respect George, we're supposed to be on the same team here. I may not be "accredited" investor you're most concerned about but I happen to be the guy who walked in the door to support your vision when your accredited fellow walked out.

The point is that you have nothing to lose by telling us what is actually going on behind the scenes. The stock literally cannot go lower than it is now. Frankly, I actually loved yesterday's information about the technology and it's potential application on air quality. Fascinating to say the least, but this type of FYI should be the icing on the heels of much more significant news.

I'm staying very long here and I'm excited for what the next 90 days bring to all those on board.

God bless.
