Agreed. I've been watching NTEK for many years though never understood
why the drastic plummet in the P.P.S. Now there is noise from
both investors and management about a reverse split at any time.
I'd rather not place my money at risk on more reverse split
companies..I'd wait til after the split to invest.

Agreed 200% I've been watching and investing in Wanderport for
the past couple of years. The business is solid, so far. You,
investors here have to remember, Wanderport was the most successful
selling booth at the 420 rally.
I kick myself a little that I didn't sell last year at 0.01¢ before it started its decline to 0.001, though, the spikes in P.P.S. the past couple weeks has been catching my attention again.
I'm thinking of adding to my position here and I believe we could
see a return spike to 0.01¢ again quite soon.

It looks like there are 3 MMs well above 0.03¢. There's a huge gap
from where we are now.

Ok, so? Maybe they're just on the retail side and buying since
they're no longer converting notes.

I'm holding long here because it's the cleanest reverse merger
(For pinks)I've seen yet.
I was in one other play that went from 0.0076 to 0.37¢ in 3 days
on reverse merger..and on negative revs.
I have no doubts this will hit 0.50¢ in Q1 2017 easily.

Though, it's very possible TALK could see an E$$I type run
here (0.007 to 0.60¢ in 6 weeks)

I'm guessing that Revs. might churn out a dime or 2 P.P.S.

But don't note holders get a 50% discount? It could be that
my math is off some though when you throw in a 50% discount I get
around 1 million + or- 50,000 shares.
Which still, is very little. More than twice that was converted
just today.
Will the P.P.S. have a big breakout Thursday?

He/she is a C.E.O. ...they sell STUFF. They'll sell you your
shirt if you let them.
The big Q is: Are they selling you the high quality INTEL, or
the old outsourced version?
If we do get a PR on what CDs stand or paid up fully, then it may
be of good substance without any fluff or hype.

0.04¢ the next couple of weeks would make me quite ecstatic.

Anything higher would be as fine as platinum.

Though, when it gets to that 0.04¢ level id only sell if it
didn't hold within a 20 - 30% gain/loss. otherwise I'm switching
investment strategy back to my Advanced Medical play.

When I read through the filings I only saw about $30 -40k in
C.D.s But, if you're right that we have about $200k in convertible
notes, it would take 4 - 6 months to get my money back here.

I'm not too great on reading charts or understanding them but
even more I've learned to not trust people who say they know how
to read them. Though I do see what's happening with the R.S.I.
here. Just watching the R.S.I. we went well onto the high 80s
yesterday and the day before on P.P.S. drop then spiked to the
0.001 pivot point on R.S.I. cool down today. Quite nice for a
leg up past 0.0015+
R.S.I. tells the real truth. Leg up happening sometime this week.

with a 0.03¢ or more P.P.S. valuation at time of sale.
Everyone wins. The buying company gets a discount versus an I.P.O.
rollout (sayy..40% ) that's immediately tradeable/executable and
investors holding for long term get a growing, profitable
company on the books... and what about company dividends?

Could be some extra cherries on that cake!!!! Yum!

It looks like LVGI is going through a merger of some sort and VHMC
seems to fit the bill.
All the signs are there....outrageous volume this past week on LVGI

I see this happen with mergers and reverse mergers all the time
in pinkieland where company updates go cold for a long period
then out of the blue things start rocking!!
