That describes every PR from these guys EOM
AVWI won't see a penny from SIVC.
Should be a happy holiday for AVWI holders EOM
Bought again yesterday. I have no idea whether the RM will go through. The market doesn't seem to think so, but it could be that the pps is being manipulated to let people in at bargain basement prices. But wait, that would be illegal, so I guess that's not it LOL
hey guys, thanks for the feedback. I share your pain and dissatisfaction. I am trying to avoid bashing, though. There is the possibility that a couple of RMs could close and SIVC could rocket. Based on Bickel's prior peformance, I'm not optimistic - but it COULD happen. I guess we'll find out in the next month or two.
Schei - how do you know what the o/s is? SIVC does not file quarterlies and the transfer agent does not tell the public what the float is. So, please tell us how you know it is not large. Thanks.
Iglatend and Jerseyboy - can I ask why you are on this board daily if you hate this company and only have bad things to say about it? If you're way down on your investment, this is not the way to get your money back. If you are out of SIVC, why are you here? Just doing your civic duty of saving people from themselves? I guess if everyone else is a pumper and this is never going to rise, why waste your time here bashing it daily?
What's going on with this one? Are we toast? Sure looks like it.
Why is the stock dropping like a rock unless the market believes this RTO is toast?
120m shares traded and no movement. Unreal.
SIVC now at .004 and AVWI down 40% since last week. Something tells me this deal is dead.
hey Scoob, I've had the same question for some time about the other RTO's. What the heck is happening with them? Nothing, apparently. Remember, when they did Fushi, they also had at least one other in process, but it died and of course the never uttered a peep about that. I'm also wondering if and when they will ever start reporting again. You have to believe they are diluting the crap out of us daily...
Bollies are really tightening here. Look for a move one way or the other soon. Some well-timed good news on this RTO cuold send us higher.
tboonepickins - I think after the r/m this would be worth much more than a dime per share - dollars not cents - but of course that would depend on whether the share structure is fundamentally changed. What do you expect in that regard?
Yeah, the SEC might step in LOL that's a good one.
While I do agree with the doubters, I also think you have to look at the performance of SIVC's only previous reverse merger client, FSIN, which has been outstanding. If AVWI is anywhere near as good, it's a great investment under 2 cents.
By the way, anyone know when the deal is supposed to close?
igor - yes
Crazy
Heading back to .0001 once again? You have to wonder what the dilution is like these days. But you also have to think that if they do close 1 or 2 of these RTO's we should get some positive momo. I'm sticking it out for the next bounce.
hey scoob - have we heard anything about the other RTO's lately? Not sure if they are still progressing or not. What's your take?
apparently not today
Hate to admit it, but I'm buying here again too. Looking for a spike when one or more of these deals closes.
PR out. Wow, this is unbelieveable. They found yet another company to throw shares at in order to "tell the S3 story". Good grief. How about just stop the dilution, demonstrate competence and deliver results for shareholders for a change? The word will get around. Idiots.
MOBL halted? AMTD bid/ask .016/.083 and no volume in a while
As I said before, the best (only?) thing we have going for us is that Jay and Jerry have a ton of MOBL stock. For them to make money, we have to make money. Don't forget, according to Gordon Gecko, "Greed is good!"
What is the business plan? Now there's a good question.
To me, this deal with Gobility suggests some kind of joining of the two companies eventually. My guess is that Gobility acquires Kite, gets some funding, goes public and gets more funding, then it buys MOBL. Either before or after MOBL gets bought, Davel is sold.
Either way MOBL is probably worth about the same amount (what that amount is I don't know). Without Davel it is worth some multiple of its cash on hand. With Davel, it is probably worth more based on the revenue it can bring in, but less because Davel is losing money. So it is a wash.
It all boils down to this - what is the point of MOBL having a bunch of cash and no debt if it has no businesses other than the dying Davel? Jay and Jerry are up to their eyeballs in MOBL stock. Admittedly, they are very rich and don't need the money (unlike us) but one thing we can be sure of is that they are greedy. They want to find a way to salvage their MOBL stock. That is really the only thing we have going for us at this point.
It looks like our future rests heavily on the performance of Gobility after it acquires our MOBL stock. All just speculation of course, but if that is not what is happening here, it's hard to understand why Jay would want a company that has cash on hand but only a pay phone business.
GLTA.
If Sullivan does for Gobility what he's done for MOBL they may be in trouble.
This may very well be a "platform" for the Kite IPO, and MOBL may end up with a ton of cash and no debt if they are able to consummate these latest deals and get rid of Davel. However, there is no guarantee in any of this that MOBL shareholders will benefit at all. Until I see how Jay plans to share the wealth (if there is any) all I see is a fire sale and a doomed PPS. If I trusted him still I might see it different, but I don't. Total BS that they haven't PR'd this thing. That in and of itself tells me it's bad news.
Yeah, Tobin seems to think that the ProGames-WNED merger actually happened. Totally uninformed. I can't believe anyone subscribes to that garbage.
And just to be clear - 6 to 10 cents won't get me anywhere near break-even. But it is better than .001, which is where we were headed on Friday. Longer term upside is higher than that if Davel is dumped and we go pure-play muni wifi. A great day for MOBL longs, no doubt about it.
Wadi - I already have a half million shares. I think that is enough exposure on this stock. Just glad that apparently now they will not be worthless. GLTU.
Cornell has no reason to blow up the deal - they get CASH instead of BK. It's a no-brainer.
I would be happy with 6-10 cents short term. The great thing is no more dilution and makes MOBL a pure play in muni wireless. Should be much easier to find partners or figure out a way to unlock the potential here. If they can get rid of Davel or cash in on that court settlement, we could see much higer PPS and new strategic partners. This one had to be done. Now things get much more interesting.
Well, at least some people are betting that tomorrow will bring good news - or at least not bad news. Not much volume, though. I guess we will find out soon enough.
Most likely...
We'll soon see a PR that involves the words "capitalization restucturing" or something to that effect.
God I hope not.
Looks like Jay is not going to deliver - again.
Hope I have to eat those words.
Good question.
Snow - good post. Yes, hard to understand how they can burn so much cash if SINO is not growing and they just announced the new RTO clients in the last quarter. However, a key positive is that SINO is definitely profitable, so if Redwood can start contributing to instead of draining from the bottom line, things could get pretty rosy pretty quick. If they do get 8m dollars in stock positions if/when these RTO's close, that will cover a bunch of quarters with losses like last one. This would give them time to make Redwood cash flow positive and profitable if they can bring a steady stream of companies into the pipeline. If so, watch out above.
Sloth - I think the intent and/or motive is pretty clear. Bickel does not regard the stock as an investment for himself. He has little stake in it. The shares (and shareholders) are just an ATM for him. Need more money? Well, let's just increase the A/S and print more. Oops, A/S too high? Let's RS and dilute again. People disappointed in my performance? Let's just stop reporting. Quite a shell game. Only when there is no new crop of suckers to buy the stock (which it looks like is where we're now at) then SIVC either goes belly up or he may actually be forced to do something to benefit shareholders. The shame is that he could have made a fortune off this stock if he was focused on its value instead of the various brands of malfeasance he has practiced to bilk shareholders. This has to be the worst managed company in the history of the world, except perhaps the other companies Bickel is grinding into dust. I'm just waiting for a new crop of suckers. But perhaps I'm a bit jaded LOL.
at least nobody's selling LOL $55 worth of trades off this blockbuster newsletter...
Newsletter now up on S3 website.
A/S is 500 million. O/S is 165 million. Preferred shares not yet converted. No specifics on getting listed. They "expect" to be a fully reporting company again. They already sold some FSIN and shareholders did not benefit at all. But hey, the future looks bright indeed. Same old BS with no execution.
Thanks for nothing Jimmy boy.
