Ah, wait a minute. As I recall, M. Lynch is poised and ready to become Bob's equal in Rush Beverages and Gray's Brewery, acquisition of which is made possible by Lynch's coming into the picture. Still, combining the two would seem to be a natural synergy.
But, hey, let's cross the road before we get to the other side.
RUMOR had it recently that Fred Gray wanted to wait until AFTER the fiscal brewery's year ended to close the deal. RUMOR had that his fiscal year ends August 31, 2006. So, I'm agreeing with your assessment of September 5 or, hopefully, not much later.
Jronpar:
Is it more fun composing limericks or taste-testing the competition? You didn't relate how your energy levels were afected. Anyway, sounds like a lot of thought went into your test. Did you read Wine Spectator to get some of those descriptions?
Shooter5:
Great read, and a good idea for RSHN exhibitors to brush up on Japanese customs. Why don't you send it to Bob? We don't want 10 posters to send the same email.
What's a platinum cross? I read discussions of same on another board this morning.
IMO Christie's is on the team for building sales and product awareness.
So...you're not patient?
Honey and milk are the only two foods known to man to be predigested by the provider.
There once was a man from Chicago
Who couldn't make his car go
So he bought stock in ewater
and now he don't botha
Cause he just plays golf in Key Largo
Keynesian is the same author as Rainman AND DMBurgess. It is becoming more than obvious. Same tactics. Same bitter, mean replies. Innuendo. Same Canadian word style, same educational (alledged) background. Same escalating bluster.
This poster has been banned under other alias'. IMHO. Could even be he's Papa Midnight on SI, too.
AK-FFFonly demands proof. He ignores anyone elses calls upon him to prove the basis for his/her rants.
Something about a customs problem, ey?
Does flaflyersfan have an agenda here? This is his post to Checkmate from RB. Is he trying to deceive newbies and underinformeds into thinking that shareholders will not, in fact, share in the profits of their own company? Does this guy know better? I think so. What do you think?

checkmate28, refusing to see the obvious;
65% of the profits from Rush Beverage Company (Corr) go to RSHN (a one-man Nevada Corporation).
You, me, or any other shareholder gets 0% of the profits from anything RSHN, Rush Beverage, eWater, real-time allicin, and Herbal Rush do.
Stop trying to think that business will matter or convince anyone else it might. 1.3 Billion shares of stock were easier to move than 5.3 Billion. Buyers of RSHN stock vs. Sellers of RSHN stock and nobody really knows who holds it and how much.
Here's a question you can answer; point out any public document that says RSHN or Rush Beverage Company is working with Gray's Brewery.
I hope you can provide some as it seems that was a rumor that has a life of its own now.
Good luck.
Projections, Keynesian, projections. Economists do them all the time.
I think Arizona Teas are nationwide. Get it?
Not that I care, really, but if the POS works and the Firefox doesn't, why is the one that actually works the POS?
Buy on the hype, sell on the DD. You are a genius.
How huge con your paper loss be at 1,000,000 shares? Did you buy in at .009 or what?
Sell! Cut your losses and run! Save your self from...yourself.
As long as this remains a Pinkie management can tell it or not tell it as they see fit. If they perceive that the investing public is getting restless and clamoring for love they will try to quiet them by putting out something that will give hope for the future. As Checkmate pointed out, Corr has a history of eventually coming through on what he says he's trying to do. Eventually.
He is not necessarily in control of the timing of the events, but is in control of keeping things moving in the right directon, which he seems to be doing. He seems to be going in many directions, with personnel assisting on several fronts. When he tries to announce something as being close, he is interpreting, and is only going by what someone is telling him, i.e. the brewery deal is imminent or the web site is to be ready soon.
This is a small, under-capitalized company with a work ethic that seems to be the opposite of JPGetty's interpretation (no news means everyone is sleeping at their desks). They seemingly keep their noses to the grindstone, even if they don't detail their every move.
Rome wasn't built in a day, but when it was built it was magnificent.
Wow! Now you have to do it every day! Yeah, GO RUSH!
Yeah, 9,000 stores. These stores have to learn about new products from someone. KEHE wants to increase sales, we want KEHE's stores to buy our stuff. The chicken can't cross the road until it hatches.
This show is an opportunity for RSHN to impress KEHE, which is a distributor. We want them to carry our stuff. No need to notify anyone else, except maybe those who want to know that the company is doing its best to get themselves noticed by the actual players in the industry.
Hang in there, Slingblade. I disagree with your assessment of the marriage. It will flourish in time.
Your original faith in the company allowed you to put up Rushnation, and you contributed greatly to the knowlege base of all interested parties. Don't let the time delays frustrate you to the point of disassociating yourself with the company. I firmly believe your original faith will be rewarded.
The Gray family is probably having ongoing discussions about how best to protect the profits they will be getting. The Lynch deal is probably idling in neutral, waiting for the brewery to close.
And, yes, we need to get buff for the photos we'll be in in Hawaii, or where ever we end up for the celebration.
Yeah, I guess you should sell your shares and move into something a little more stable. May I recommend War Bonds? Then maybe we can be spared the repetitious presentation of your monotonous one liner.
Not that it helps soothe any of the savage beasts, but Corr probably doesn't have any actual control over the brewery and Lynch deals. So, he is probably just as anxious as we are to get this out of the way so the company can start moving into the growth phase.
Yeah, and why is that little kid's picture there? Can you give hime a Rush Cola? Maybe that will make him smile.
madtony
I was being sarcastic! I think Bob is working really hard to get this thing to tne next level.
No he's probably sitting at home, drinking his Rush Cola and reading Ihub to learn how to run a company. I bet he's really learning a lot.
OT
Madtony: The heat wave was a little longer than three days: Sacto set a record for 100+ degree days at eleven. And that's assuming today doesn't hit the century mark. If you are in Natomas you are in it. Maybe you have had the luxury of drinking E-Water to make it all seem so cool!
Do you mean is this the second triple bottom or is this the second time you asked if there would be A triple bottom? LOL
Aren't triple bottoms supposed to be kind of like a slingshot once the upward trend establishes itself?
Honesty, yes. Timeliness. Maybe not so much...
Found this link on BKMP board. The info following is what showed up for RSHN
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/OTCE_Short_Interest.asp
RUSHNET INC (RSHN) OTC Type: Other-OTC
Short Interest for July 2006
Short
Interest Percent
Change Average Daily

Cover
1,304,455 100.00 17,692,754 1.00
The 1,304,455 is the short interest. The 17,692,100 is average daily volume, I think for July.
All you have to do is call the company and ask them. They have a track record of honesty. Instead you choose innuendo and fear-mongering. To what end?
Good questions. I thought Corr said the next PR would be chalk full of news relating to several aspects of the business. Could be this is something to keep us from .001's.
From SI board today; poster rushlong:
I spoke to Alex Cornado at HQ today and asked about the brewery deal. I reminded him that Mr. Corr said it should be completed by now and they were working to get it done by July 10th. He assured me that its real close and will hopefully happen next week.
When the brewery finally closes they will install some kind of pasturiser that they need for the Apple Rush and other fruit drinks they have in mind. I'm thinking it is really close. Once the brewery closes and Corr and Lynch own it they will start the renovations needed to make the Apple Rush happen, and the ball should then start rolling.
Rollin', rollin' rollin' (get a new)
Rawhide (wallet)to keep all your money in.
Joy and pain.
Kind of like RSHN pps, eh?
I thought you were not into literal.
LOL
Happy Trading!
oy vay
Does anyone actually remember what Corr said? He said the Gray family wanted to alter and extend the repayment schedule to improve the Gray family's tax consequences.
This is done at the hands, timing and behest of lawyers and accountants. Maybe one of them went on vacation. Maybe the Grays went on vacation.
Maybe they want to keep us in the dark because we keep taking what they say and mangling it.
Corr doesn't know when the process will be completed, only that is is nearly done, that the parties understand what changes need to be made and the parties that need to make the changes are working on it and should be done soon.
Quit taking everything so literally. They will tell us when the deal is done because it is a momentous occasion, and will play well with the investment public.
So your arms are tired. Just hang a little longer.
Be careful. Plastic bottles should not be used more than a couple of times because of health concerns.
Charts are supposed to represent the psychological mood of the buyers/sellers, and do so on a basis that includes historic perspective. So, while the price is low, and the company is fledgling, a chart still reflects the attitudes of those who follow it and who will, ultimately, be the buyers and sellers as things mature.
So, while it's probably too early to give RSHN's chart as much due as more established stocks, it is still a picture of the attitute of the investors.
FWIW & IMHO
Quiet. Too quiet. Is something about to break?
