As long as this remains a Pinkie management can tell it or not tell it as they see fit. If they perceive that the investing public is getting restless and clamoring for love they will try to quiet them by putting out something that will give hope for the future. He is not necessarily in control of the timing of the events, but is in control of keeping things moving in the right directon, which he seems to be doing. He seems to be going in many directions, with personnel assisting on several fronts. When he tries to announce something as being close, he is interpreting, and is only going by what someone is telling him, i.e. the brewery deal is imminent or the web site is to be ready soon.

This is a small, under-capitalized company with a work ethic that seems to be the opposite of JPGetty's interpretation (no news means everyone is sleeping at their desks). They seemingly keep their noses to the grindstone, even if they don't detail their every move.
