Becoming Positive Net Profitability doesn’t happen magically. It certainly doesn’t happen when failing at just about everything single venture.

Literally every single one has failed; except for the cafes and shoveling/Hardscape. Hardscape is a minuscule part of this PubCo

Which begs the question as to what their plans are to increase revenues, reduce Payroll, and plans for raising cash without causing dilution .

Also, why don’t they break down numbers by site? Is it because they don’t want Minority SH to know which sites will NEVER be positive net profitable?

As mentioned before, the biggest money losers should be closed for good. Likely to be Provo, Chicago, VA Beach.

They should close at least 1-2 of the Toronto cafes….to create higher demand for the other two Toronto cafes. The goal is to have greater demand vs supply.

The only other way to drive revenues higher is to raise prices, turn over tables more quickly - from 2 to 1.5 hours or both

Until Flat River Group is paid the judgement of $1,050.000 plus attorney fees of $82,000 from
Michigan filed judgement. Amfil motion was denied as of March 31 2020.

We aren’t going to hear anything.

Now here comes another pending court case in Arizona as of April 11, 2022 for the same motion sought in Michigan that they won.
