Until Flat River Group is paid the judgement of $1,050.000 plus attorney fees of $82,000 from
Michigan filed judgement. Amfil motion was denied as of March 31 2020.

We aren’t going to hear anything.

Now here comes another pending court case in Arizona as of April 11, 2022 for the same motion sought in Michigan that they won.

In my opinion they need to close this chapter and paid the judgement. Otherwise now it appears that they’ll go after all the Snakes & Lattes prior to April 2, 2019.

They need to accept fault and move on . They could have paid this off already in 4 years

This is going to be silent for quite some time due to the pending court cases .
