Flipping a penny stock is not due to inexperience. To the contrary. It's how money is made at this level. Inexperience is becoming emotionally invested in something that is, by nature, volatile. Experience is understanding that no matter how strong a company seems to be, when it resides in the OTC, it's going to have runs and dips. This is not a blame game TJG... it's the name of the game.
Been following MYEC since February. So far on this board I have seen a lot of people emotionally invested, waiting on news to propel the stock to the next level. That's fine... I admire the enthusiasm... but the way to make money here is to sell the runs, buy the dips, and pay the 40% taxes
Pennies and emotions do not pair well... Way too much manipulation. Hoping and believing an OTC stock is going to be the next big thing is setting oneself up for disappointment. I believe MYEC is a solid company, but as long as they remain in penny land, I'll make my money flipping them on every run.
Doc Greens is not the TAUG saviour - Pilus is. I personally don't think the deal will be enough to hold the SP @ .10
We might get a spike, and the price may hold a few pennies better than we do now, but until progress is announced on the pilus front, i feel a lot of people are being overly optimistic. We don't even know their revenue stream.
Now if other sources of revenue emerge, then we can make bolder predictions, but in the realistic world, Doc Greens really only gives us a foot in the door of an emerging market with a lot of potential, uncertainty, and risk. I'm looking forward to the growth, but at the moment, all it will do is take a bite from the cost of funding the (future) Pilus projects.
This just in: Tauriga finally rids it's balance sheet of notorious toxic debtors Asher Enterprises
Excellent information. Thank you for the update.
Long Run: If the pilus pilot is successful and contracted to other companies (namely, the beverage company), and the nuclear bot system is as effectuve as they predict, this could be worth several dollars per share (3-5 yrs).
Short Run: Depending on the Doc Greens financials, this could be worth a few more pennies per share (your .10-.12 prediction). Coupled with the Dr. May product line, perhaps the value doubles (just a guess).
But Dont Forget: The management team they've worked so hard to acquire includes a former USAF General with ties to NASA.
I like the future of TAUG, even if the stock price doesn't reflect the progress.
I believe the share increase will be used to complete the beverage company/ pilus deal. Stella (and many others) knows she has a gem, and sometimes a stock with this much potential has more bargaining power than monetary settlements. I think this beverage company would be willing to fund the pilot if they received a substantial stock payout, and perhaps that's why we haven't heard any updates on that front.
I get it.. all I'm saying is that for big banks to change their policies, they're going to want to ensure the company they change their entire system over to isn't going anywhere. I'm on the myec bandwagon, but i also know it's still a startup. Banks generally don't convert overnight. Definitely a long term play, and you're right, ed has the right vision.
It is, but I was speaking more from a contractual standpoint. Old systems die hard.
Very true. Wells Fargo (former employer) alone processes hundreds of millions of dollars worth of remittances each year with a decent fee. The only issue regarding myec is that these transfers are incredibly regulated and are done bank-to- bank with several safeguards in place to prevent/avoid fraud. It's not like western union... it's an actual account set up process, so unless myec can integrate with the bank systems as the processor for these international transactions, this is a bus we're likely to miss.

Shares retirement? Read the shareholder conference agenda for June 3... they're voting to increase share pool.
The next two weeks will be important: 2 conferences (Philadelphia, NY), and stock holder meeting in LA.

This is still a penny stock, so the only way to make money (due to price manipulation) is to play it like a penny stock. This is the land of volatility, so be smart and diversify. Otherwise, be patient. The company owes us nothing that they haven't already delivered. If people aren't complaining, they're making ridiculous predictions...
SEC warning on MJ stocks affected entire sector. Another blow to sp, but relatively meaningLess
Seems pretty accurate...a nice tool for shorts and day traders
Everyone here should read "The Unemotional Investor"... seems like this board is getting personal.

Yay more prototypes! Can't wait to seed these babies with our GalvaniBots and start cleaning some… http://t.co/x7FJJnbaHO
Yup.. and the one person who "liked" that photo is yours truly
Monestly, if you're looking at this based strictky off financials, you're right. Most penny stocks are speculative hopefuls that carry high debt. This share price is justified by the amount of money contributed by institutional investors, revenue potential backed by product line/innovative technology, and a respectable management team with proven track record.
This is a pretty dysfunctional stock...
That's a pretty bold prediction. As much as I would love to see it, I wouldn't make any claims until news is released. We all know how quickly things can turn around either direction.
This is a great article. Not that anyone here needs to be reminded, but TAUG is a sleeping giant.
So the shareholder meeting aims to increase pool of shares to 1.8B with currently 600M+ of 1B gobbled up by investors. Implications? I'm hoping this means there are some high rollers interested in some very big purchases...

Living under a rock?
Soooo... who's going to the shareholder meeting in Los Angeles?
Awesome interview. I don't know if Seth was just masking the beverage company cue, or hinting that a car manufacturing company has interest in Pilus, but either way, we know Stella is working aggressively for Budweiser, and Doc Greens should be acquired by June 11.
I have a feeling this spike has to do with good news. Look out for an after-hours PR of substance.
While the share holders and the company may not have expected the share price to retreat as it has, i believe there is much more value in assembling the cast of all- stars in management. These are the folks that will create credibility to the likes of AB, government entities, etc. These folks have connections and resources and Tauriga knows what they're doing in gathering commitments from these individuals. A company is only as strong as it's foundation, and we're looking rock solid in that regard. Its true that this steady walk down is confusing for those who see the full potential (including myself), but until actual updates on company progress is released, it's a waiting game. We're assembling the dream team, but they haven't played ball just yet. Excited for news, but waiting patiently... two cents
Thats what happens when a PR is released right after close, and everyone talks about it all night. A breath of fresh air so far, but like you said... not concerned with the tic-by-tic
Raising capital for the Anheuser-Busch pilot at the Budweiser factory in Fairfield, CA. That would be my best guess.
An opportunity in space. Good thing they've got the General:
Will nuclear-powered spaceships take us to the stars? http://www.bbc.com/future/story/20140423-return-of-the-nuclear-spaceship?ocid=global_future_rss
Are you guessing, hoping, or do you know for certain? Top 5 PR expectations (personally):
1) Pilus Pilot update
2) Anheuser-Busch pilot confirmation
3) Doc Greens merger complete
4) Doc Greens revenues
5) Some sort of Immunovative Breakthrough
Beat me to the punch
Right. Water supply in space is scarce (I imagine). Any way to maximize it's use opens up a lot of opportunities.
