Hi all...was sent here by the mod of my board "myth". I have been trying to use the android app and am looking to upgrade to the whole OTC deal...level 2, mobile, premium, etc.

My problem is that the app (installed on a samsung galaxy3 7.0 tablet will not let me log in - I have gone over and over the login credentials, but it keeps giving an error.

Any ideas? Without mobile, the deal is broke as my work does not allow java appliet to run on our computers (rendering the web version of level 2 inoperable)

Total take = $1050 a 70 bagger.

The last of my liquid capital went into a few k more shares.

I watched the tesla thing happen....people want a hero and especially if he is seen as an "underdog" beating the system. Musk has exactly that appeal. Just look at SpaceX - the grasshopper rocket thing is amazing. Something NASA never had the balls to tackle.

Obama will sign the bill and as you point out, most politicians (likely including the president) have no idea Hemp is in the bill...but it is about food stamps and farming and farm bills always have wild populist support. It is not a gamble to say he will sign it. Just fact.

I know less about the fundamental metrics at work on an OTC stock (though versed in FOREX) so I am just trying to learn and understand.

Thanks for the technical analysis risk on but that didn't address a single one of my questions (none of my questions were regarding holding or folding a position in HEMP). Full disclosure - I sold out half my stake at 100% profit. The other half (house money$$$ YA!) i'll ride our and see what happens when Obama signs this into law.

Of course it does... And I am sure it is self serving. I was in another position early this week...the price was .002 or something....bashers show up. Who in their right mind shorts a .002 stock? how much upside is there? blew my mind....

The bashers are funny. They crack me up. If you click on their profile then look at their posts you sill see that 100% of their posts are that all stocks everywhere no matter what sector are gonna come crashing down imminently....it isn't possible to take them serious. :)

So I am new to this all....I funded an account on 1/17 and have done ok (+175% after commissions)...but I need some advice. This account was set up to play momentum swing plays.

In 31 trades (buy and sell) I have racked up $515 (about 10% of my total earnings) in commissions - Scottrade. Is there a better broker? (pros - the trades happen fast...real fast...cons - the cost and 3 day settlement period)

There have been a few where I left substantial profit on the table by exiting too quick...how can you tell when momentum will continue vs crash down

last - this is real hopeful haha - I might need to shelter my earnings from the taxman....strategies and advice? This all will be short term capital gains.
