if I had to guess I would say that the company has asked the MMs to buy as many shares of their company back because they have a major deal going through, I really believe that this is the case.

I dont know what specifically is up now, but the information balma posted just referred to posting a quote, it didnt say anything about them (the MMs) being required to purchased shares. this should be interesting to say the least.

but why would they be buying stock and not selling it? why should the MMs take a loss? let's say they are declaring bankruptcy, why would they want to shoulder that burden? I dont understand what you are saying at all. Let's say the whole thing is a fraud and it is going under, why would the MMs want to be a part of that? they dont have to buy shares do they? I was told by etrade that the MMs were buying not selling, in other words, we could sell but not buy.

why wouldnt they accept buy orders? they arent in business to protect the public they are in business to make money. you could very well be right, I just would have to assume the opposite. if the market makers are buying only and not selling, with the belief that a company is failing, wouldnt they be setting themselves up to take a loss? are they in business to make money or not?

I called up etrade and they told me the market makers are not accepting buy orders at this time, only sell orders. This is a very good sign in my opinion, they must know something we dont. In my opinion they signed a major deal and are trying to absorb as many shares as possible. I expect a major announcement in two months, I am not exaggerating in the least when I say this. Hold on tight!!!

Im not sure if the investors have soured on this stock or not, but we should at least see somewhat of a run when that pillboll comes in. we shall see

tempestous times in the oil market, were down to around $41 dollars a barrel it may rise a bit, but opec is scared of the prices getting too high, for reasons I have stated earlier. if we can get to fifty dollars a barrel and sustain it for awile, we could reach a half penny with this stock, easily imo

I wont take the time to fully educate you on the exact nature of social security, as you are a grown adult and havent taken the time to do it yourself yet, but the money that is collected by social security taxes is spent immediately to pay social security recipients or pay for other government programs. there is no trust fund, it only exists as a promise of one branch of government to another, and btw, the federal government is in record debt.....
Even social security literature says it is not a piggybank program.....
Perhaps you should take the time to learn how the program really works before you compare me to euthanizing old people, your mean calumny is amusing to say the least.

opec fears the price getting too high because then oil owners will invest in technology (aka capital goods) which will eventually lower the price of oil... what I am saying is true. so keep the faith, you cant do anything about what you have already invested, dont throw good money after bad, but we could still have something here.. who knows?

hey the issue isnt where it will be in three weeks but rather six months, I dont know if the technology is viable or not but the economics of the oil industry dictate that it very well could be, oil prices are at an all time high and they dont seem to be going down anytime soon.....

no thats not how it works, you have to own stock three days before the payout date, I remember owning cmkx and getting a stock dividend earlier in the year, and that is how it works. they havent even had their paperwork approved by the sec, so it is a question of whether or not the stock will even be paid out(they could refuse the paperwork for whatever reason, Im not saying it is going to happen Im illustrating my point>) I contacted etrade and there were several other references that I had on this point.

I increased my position recently for the second time in the last month, we have the three stock dividends and I think a couple of patents pending, the next six months look very nice imo

yeah that is what I concluded although everybody was saying that they had to file during this period, IM not sure that is possible. you are probably right, what is probably going to happen imo is that they will be in contact with the sec during this penalty time and they will be put on notice with some type of timetable that they have to get this done correctly. if you trade otcbb this is a good thing as otcbb will be put on notice.

Here's the current status. There is no definite timetable, but the
registration statements for the distributions are pending approval by
the
SEC. Once that is done it will proceed onwards. Hopefully it will
happen
soon.

I know this is pure conjecture at this point, but does anyone have a guess as to the rate of stock dividend? lets say I have a million shares of ivoc right now, what could possibly be the stock dividend, any guess(and I know it would be little more than a guess at this point)..........
