I think most of our posters really don't have a clue as to how difficult it is to surf thru all the requirements of being a public company. further more, I don't think they have any idea how difficult it is to fulfill requirements for resource stocks. there are lots of nefarious entities who don't want others to succeed(unless they can get a piece of the action).

I never funded the lawsuit; but I've put in other money at various times. I have contacted ate least two others who put in for the lawsuit, who have never got a dime back(I don't think they've even had a phone call). ok enough beating around the bush. how do we get JN out and get someone new in. we need an actionable plan. I say this under the following conditions or scenarios: 1. there is no reason for ANYONE to be against a change of leadership. esp. the one who owns the most shares of LEEP (JN). 2. there has been malfeasance and dereliction of duty for 10 years+ on this stock. would the threat of an SEC complaint make the CEO move a little quicker.
