That's very true. That IP is gonna be a real game changer. SVFC
I've been wondering that, too. I thought that there might be something really good come from that.
And about 80% of trades are done by computers. I have often wondered how the MM's are able to keep up with the high speed trading. Perhaps they don't even involve themselves with the high speed trading? I don't know.
Yes, usually, but not always.
The MM is there to provide liquidity. Without the MM's there would not be a market for us to trade in. Thus, the term "Market Maker."
Then you don't have it set to show the after hours trading. This is not a conspiracy.
It went down after four PM.
It would really be nice to see them do something...hell, anything on time
Well, you were right about that.
No kidding, after opening up 11.11% @ .003, it is now down 14.81% @ .0023. We definitely need some positive news. Perhaps some of those left coast traders will log on soon and see the buying opportunity this morning. So far the volume has been really low.
Amen.
I'd prefer the announcement that the international patent has been granted/awarded to Intellicell Biosciences, inc.
And then the 10Q.
Hopefully this short trading week will bring some long awaited announcements.
Right now the technicals are looking fairly good, but without volume it doesn't move.
That was posted on Yahoo finance as though it was a new story. And it had a date of May 20, 2014.

I agree LJ, the FDA may hamper this technology for awhile, but it is that international patent that will cause this company to soar to its rightful position. And perhaps after a few years when things change sufficiently, perhaps it will also be allowed here at home as well.
Yep. This one deserves to be stickied. I never knew that LJ was a real, honest to goodness Knute Rockne. That post will be copied and saved by everybody here.
Gotcha. That makes sense. Thank you.
I think that what someone else mentioned here awhile ago, selling to Cytori and the shareholders each getting .04 per share would certainly be preferable to being a paying customer on the Titanic. This is just really sad to see what this company has come to. And despite what anyone says, I do NOT see it as a great and wonderful sign that they did not file on the extension date. I see that and wonder if the thinking was "Oh well, it does't matter anyways, this ship is going to the bottom, why bother?"
I hope they sell while they can. Sell to Cytori, sell to Chaum. But sell while you still have something worth selling. And of course, this is just my opinion.
Not that I am aware of. I have seen it as low as .0012.
Sage7243,
The only date I saw was:
"Source: George S. Mack of The Life Sciences Report (3/14/13)"
I have no idea, but what I find equally bothersome is what it will actually say. There were several things in that 10K that were...well, we all know what they were.
I used to work in a hospital. I made friends with a medical doctor who worked there and I was amazed at some of the things that he told me. One was that most physicians have the absolute worst credit. And he was very serious. So, no, I don't think that doctors have the deepest pockets of all. I have no idea as to which profession or occupation can lay claim to that honor.
I certainly hope that there is a steady stream of news, and hopefully it will include the awarding of the international patent.
20yearinvestor, Thank you for the advice. I promise to keep that in mind. I hope you have a nice evening.
majorconcerns, you wrote: "The technology has promise but still has to be further developed and still has not been proven through independent third party labs..."
I would agree with you that this technology needs further testing, but isn't that exactly what is happening with people like Dr. James Andrews and Dr. Kalphey? Their work is being done outside and there has been some tremendous results achieved. In my opinion, you can criticize Dr. Victor's skills at running a company, but I believe that the technology that they have discovered/created and the results that they have demonstrated speak for themselves.
We have a golden cross.
I 100% agree. The silence is deafening!
Hell, talk about something...anything. At this point I'd be happy if the doc would just theorize about the possibility of stem cells infused with the active ingredient in marijuana. Or vice versa. Either one would at least generate something. To quote a very good friend, the only thing that is going to turn this around right now is for a company like Merc to put out a solid press release where they mention a partnership or a buyout of SVFC. I'm sorry to say this, but I believe that he is probably correct. And I realize that I am rehashing something that has already been mentioned here, by me, but it was brought to my attention again this morning, and that is WHY is Michael Hershman no longer the chairman of the board? Yeah, it is probably a good thing that he is still there, as LJ pointed out, but I am tired of the head in the sand approach here... why is he no longer in that position? If his being in that position was such a positive to me and quite a few others here, then it is a big deal as to why he is no longer in that position.
All right Boo Boo, sounds like a plan to me. Those first five candlesticks...are those referring to an hourly chart?
At this point any plan sounds better than my idea, which is basically an endless loop of "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me..."
Me too, friend.
Over what time frame are you referring to?
I would certainly like to know why he is no longer the chairman of the board. Like most others here, I was terribly impressed with his business background and reputation, and seeing him as the chairman made me feel quite a bit better about owning this stock.
That is an excellent question. I hope they have an excellent solution. I was surprised to see that there were only something like 280 investors. That group has to mostly be made up of the people here on iHub.
Who, Hershman? I don't know. I took it as a very good sign that he was the Chairman of the Board. It bothers me that he is no longer in that position...I have not read all of this yet, but so far I have not seen or read anything that seems really great, or even good.
I just don't know what to make of all of this at the moment. I certainly hope that the rumor of that pharmaceutical company is true, but at this point I am wondering if that rumor was not put out in an attempt to give shareholders some hope after seeing this 10K. Do we really know for certain that that pharmaceutical company was thinking of investing in SVFC before the whole iron ridge legal mess happened?
Maybe that is why the 10K was so late, they were all napping : )
Has anyone else noticed that Michael Hershman is no longer the chairman of the board or directors. Here is the current layout:
Steven A. Victor, M.D. Age 62 Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Leonard Mazur, Age 68 Interim Chief Operating Officer and Director.
Michael Hershman, Age 69, Director.
Myron Holubiak, Age 67, Director.
Sam Khashman, Age 45, Director.
InforichIH, that is what I am doing as well. I believe that after this lawsuit, two weeks should be sufficient to show us what, if anything, SVFC has waiting in the wings. I am here until at least that point. GLTA.
I disagree. I believe that it had everything to do with the patent/patents held by SVFC. They wanted those patents because they knew that they were or will be worth hundreds of millions and perhaps even billions.
