So you think that you know me from the yahoo message boards, eh. Well why don't you go over there and bother him. I mean me, yeah, that's right, I dare you to bother me over there on the yahoo message boards.
SVFC!
As a proud native american, I do resent being referred to as "the cavalry." And, yes, it is very telling how you never answered the question that LJ Silver asked you!
Miamifl, Thank you. And good luck to you as well.
SVFC
Howdy LJ Silver, Great post, as usual. I noticed that he/she didn't answer your question...very telling, that.
With the rest of this post, (I am limited to one per day on this website) I would like to just make a general statement.
I commented that someone did not answer LJ's question. I noticed a long time ago that he/she registered on iHub and instantly (within mere minutes) began attacking Dr. Victor and SVFC . It seems quite obvious to me that he/she registered here for that very specific purpose. I would suggest to you and to anyone else that the only reason for he/she would spend that much time, that much energy, and that much hatred, doing nothing but one thing...has either a financial reason for doing so, or he/she is someone with a very specific and very personal axe to grind...like an ex-employee, a jilted lover, or perhaps even a direct competitor? Either way, he/she (in my personal opinion) cannot be taken too seriously.
Don't get me wrong, I do believe in keeping an open mind and I am willing to listen to almost anyone regardless the subject. But if that person has nothing but mind numbing, cruel and bitter hatred coming out of their mouths, (or keyboards) well, then I cannot take that person or anything that they say with any kind of seriousness.
Now, there is no doubt that this stock has hit rock bottom. And we all know why, it was (and maybe still is) the toxic financing. And as has been said here many times; medical doctors generally do not make very good CEO's. And there is absolutely no reason why this company has not gone belly up by now. But for some reason, it is still alive. I (like most everyone else here) am long in this stock. And none of us knows for certain what the future holds for this company. Personally, I could have sold at .0003 and gotten most of my money back. But something tells me that there is more positive news coming for SVFC. I predicted that there would be some news from the company before the end of September, and there was. I also feel that there will be more positive news before the end of February. That is why I am hanging in there. I bought a bunch more at .0001. I would like to buy more, but I am waiting to see. I would suggest that others do the same.
I think that this company is going to rebound, I do not think that this is going to happen soon. I fully expect to not sell any of my SVFC stock for another two years. I believe that good things are coming, not quickly, but coming. I know that there are people here who invested more money in this sub-penny stock than they could afford to lose. And we ALL know not to do that. So either take a tax write off and move forward, wiser than before this investment, or, use those tools at your broker's website to send you a notice when the share price reaches a certain number, but there is no sense at all in coming here everyday and complaining. Remember that old adage about a watched pot never boils? Coming here every day and reading all the negativity will just make you very unhappy and probably a little crazy.
GLTA. SVFC.
LJ, Thank you. I did not know that.
I agree with you LJ. I can guess who that might be. Stay safe everybody. SVFC
I am glad to see an update (finally) to the EU patent application:
08.01.2016 New entry: Renewal fee paid
28.01.2015 Amendment by applicant <-----this was where it has been since January 2015.
This is the web address if anyone else is interested: https://register.epo.org/application?number=EP11854049&lng=en&tab=event
I cannot reply to any comments or questions. I am limited to one post per day.
Brakeman, It is difficult to understand what you are attempting to say. Why do you insist on putting a $ sign in front of the number of shares? You do this on every post that I see. There is a helluva big difference between thirty-nine million dollars worth of shares and thirty-nine million shares.
HAE12, You wrote: "do we honestly think there is some major deals or good news 'round the bend..."
Well, yes, actually, I do think that. And I think that we will hear something about it before the end of February. Possibly sooner. IMO. GLTA and have a nice day. SVFC
Bid: .0001 X 137,802,034
Ask: .0002 X 45,726,216
All that is showing on L2 at .0003
CDEL .0003 1,548,752
CANT .0003 700,000
That's not much. The first bit of positive and substantial news, and that is quickly gone.
I cannot reply to any comments or questions. I am limited to one post per day. SVFC and GLTA.
I used to have those, but my ex-wife got them in the separation agreement.
LJ Silver, LJ, check your inbox.
Envirogym, I certainly agree with you. I have a feeling that when that announcement is made, there will be more than one announcement released. And when this does begin to move, (my guess is before the end of February) it will move quickly.
SVFC GLTA. Happy Thanksgiving, everybody. Even you, mb.
Something new:
"Dear Shareholders and Strategic Partners-
Intellicell welcomes Mr. Polansky as COO and feels that his experience in the health care sector will make an invaluable contribution to the future growth of Intellicell's business plan.
Here is a summary of Mr. Polansky's Qualifications:
Glenn Polansky brings over 22 years of varied experience in many aspects of health care focused on impacting financial and operational performance and strategic development. Glenn's major strengths are fiscal improvement, strategic planning and implementation as well as the development and improvement of health plans and Accountable Care Organizations. Mr. Polansky's specific areas of strength are: working with Federally Qualified Health Centers, managed care operations, business development, contract negotiation, physician practice management, care management, hospital/physician relations, and maintenance/improvement of fiscal activities."
Change is good.
LJ Silver,
Very interesting find. Thank you for sharing that discovery. I still feel that some very positive change in the stock price will be seen before the end of February. Perhaps that old expression; "Good things come to those who wait," will soon apply to SVFC shareholders. And hopefully, we will have the EU patents by that same time. SVFC GLTA.
Hello Roller, What I wrote is just an intuitive thing, that is what I sense or feel...the same as when I said that I felt that we would hear something from them before the end of September. As far as the EU patents are concerned, LJ Silver recently posted something that included something like four links to patent activity. As far as the link that I have been watching: https://register.epo.org/application?number=EP11854049&lng=en&tab=legal I think that SVFC may have delayed that result because they amended the application to include the new hardware? Or at least that is how I understand it, I may be wrong about that. But LJ's post included other patents, patents that I was not aware of. So, as far as I understand it, there is activity going on in the background. I am just glad to know that there is some life and activity going on with SVFC, there were quite a few people on this board that were saying that the company was dead and that it was all over. I can see why they felt that way at the time, and I am thankful that they were wrong about that. I have always felt that this company has such a great potential to do such an amazing amount of good for so many people out there that are needlessly suffering. I am hoping to be able to be a patient there myself some day. I do realize that since I have a personal investment (besides the monetary one) in this company succeeding, that it can, and has, at times, clouded my judgment. I do realize that many mistakes have been made, but I honestly think that this company can, and will, succeed despite those early errors. Have a great weekend everyone, and GLTA.
I can see a very positive January and February for owners of this stock. I believe that there are some big things going on that we do not know about yet. I have a feeling that when the EU patent is approved, things will happen very quickly. GLTA. SVFC.
Gonia, I agree with you. This is not a time to be waiting on .0001. If they are available at .0002, take them. I think that we will see a very real (and positive) shift in the share price, beginning in early January. Certainly before the end of February. GLTA.
Sorry is this has already been posted.

I agree with you, 1st predict, Trebeg, Cosmin Chi, and LJ Silver, just to name a few. Mistakes have been made, really BIG mistakes, but apparently the company has managed to survive those mistakes and they are appearing to be taking what looks like positive steps to put the company back on the correct path. I have always thought that this company, with their technology, can help so many people who are suffering...myself included. And as others have already said, the money has already been spent. And if anyone is in a position of being able to wait ~two years, it could be life changing for investors, too.
I am not going to spend my time arguing with the more vocal and much more negating naysayers. They have a right to their opinions as much as anyone. But I am going to ignore them. I DO NOT CARE what they say, think or do. GLTA.
1.6 Billion shares outstanding. That is a lot, but it is a LOT better than what I was imagining. Thanks for posting that link. And I agree with Shivas regarding the lawsuit suggestion. Since we (collectively) own the company, we would, in effect, be suing ourselves. In my opinion. GLTA.
Probably for as long as he is paid to do so.
As other people on this board have said repeatedly, medical doctors usually do not make great CEO's.
A member of this board who calls themselves biglued1, posted a comment that was directed at me yesterday. I am afraid that you have misunderstood what I said/tried to say. I called the number that someone else posted here. I left my name and telephone number and they told me that Frank Lorenzo would call me back. The next day, I was away from home, I had a doctors appointment. When I returned home, I had two messages on my answering machine. They were both from Intellicell Biosciences. I did not say that I personally spoke with Mr. Lorenzo. If my post was not clear, then I apologize for that. I am not withholding information.
I am in the same boat as most everyone else here. The only difference is that I do not own as many shares as many others here apparently do.
And as I have mentioned before, I am limited to one post per day on this website. Apparently I broke the rules by responding to another member directly. Just as I have done just now. But in my opinion, it seems that this rule does not apply equally to all the members. Which is why I will not be giving this website any more of my money.
I hope that this clears up any misconception. Thank you and good luck to you all.
I still hope and pray that this company is not a scam and that they will be able to continue to help people with their technology. The reason that I invested in this stock to begin with is because I have a genetically inherited spinal disease. I was excited about the reports that were mentioned here about the different types of illnesses that this technology was able to help. I had hoped that this was something that could also help me. I assumed that this type of treatment would be something that would be pretty expensive, and probably beyond my ability to afford. So I gambled that if I bought some stock in this company, which sounded really remarkable, that their share price would increase and that I would hopefully make enough money to be able to afford to be a patient one day.
I while I am admittedly not as excited about the prospects of this company and its share price as I used to be, I have not stopped hoping for their eventual success. I still check the status of the EU patent, several times a week. And I honestly think that the success of this company, likely hinges on whether or not the company is able to attain that EU patent. I am also hopeful that something good can come from Dr. Victor's work with the people of Dubai. I do not trust, nor do I have any faith in the people who run and who control the FDA...which I believe to be totally controlled by the pharmaceutical companies. Those companies make many billions of dollars per year to maintain the status quo. And stem-cells are healing people. People who are no longer giving ALL their money to the pharmaceutical companies. Which is why I am of the opinion that the success or the failure of this and other stem cell companies, lies outside of the united States.
Edited to add: I no longer have the ability to reply to private messages.
Patience is key here. In my opinion, of course. SVFC. GLTA. Oh, and I forgot to mention that I had a doctors appointment today...and when I got home just now, there were two messages from Intellicell biosciences. One was from a lady, I did not catch her name, and the second message was from Frank Lorenzo. I called the number that someone posted here yesterday and they did call me back. Which is a lot better than in the past.
Cazual, Thank you for posting these. I am glad to see that there is activity and that progress is being made during this time of silence from the company. Exactly as Trebeg and Cosmic Chi have mentioned. I know that everybody is frustrated by/with the company, but it is good to know that there is activity that is going on in the background, and while we do not know what the reasons are, there might actually be a reason or reasons why this period of silence has been necessary. We just do not know. And because we do not know, I will reserve any judgement about Dr. Victor or anyone else until we actually know more. Good luck to all.
MiamiFL,
I respectfully disagree. We don't need the other people on this board to think the same thing. We just need to ignore those who are always so negative about anything to do with this company. Some of them are moderators of this page. In my opinion, most of us know that there are those people who are paid to pump a stock, I believe that there are also people who gain financially by bashing a stock at every opportunity. All we need to do is to ignore them, and to be patient. Personally, I do not think that the U.S. market is where the immediate future is for this company. The FDA is too controlled by the big pharmaceutical giants. SVFC will eventually (perhaps soon) get their EU patent. And then this company can begin its real growth. Places such as Europe, Asia, and the Middle East are where SVFC will grow and prosper. Perhaps one day, this type of technology can be used to help the many millions of people who are suffering here in the States, but that does not appear to be anytime soon. Patience is the key. In my opinion. Good luck everyone.
Then why are you still here? Is it to whine like a little dog, or is it to earn your pay by influencing all those who are weak minded enough to be influenced by you?
You are looking at a mirror again. Before the end of September, things will change here.
Thank you, Miamifl, you too.
I completely agree with that. I think that we will have news before the end of September.
Hello there, I have not heard from you in a while. I hope that all is going well for you.
We are no longer at no-bid. A seller @ .0001 yesterday is a buyer @ the same price today. NITE. Any ideas? I am curious how many panic sellers will sell today.
Who was it who said to buy when everyone else is selling and to sell when everyone else is buying?
The ask begins @ .0002 now. What's up?
Congratulations, Trebeg. I do not know, but I have a feeling that you will be rewarded for your risk and your patience. I keep feeling that as soon as this first EU patent is achieved, it will trigger a great deal of very positive activity.
I can only post on this page, one time per day. So I cannot comment or reply to questions. God Bless, and good luck to everyone.
No, I do not. But I would like to hear an educated guess, if anybody has one. I am very glad that the SEC is looking into the practices of IR and other companies like them. I hope that they are able to bring about positive change.
Yes! If we were to receive positive news on the European patent, and positive FDA news, of course it could get back to the multiple penny level. And anyone who says that it isn't possible, is only here every day to encourage, or perhaps I should say to discourage. And to convince everyone here to sell all their shares at .0001 or .0002 and to just give up. Hold firm. And do not be swayed. And know that it may take a good bit of time. DO NOT invest more than you can lose, as with any investment. Be of good faith and do not let this den of vipers, liars, and thieves scare you away and steal from you.

Well, at least he admits to his posts being what they really are, just rhetoric. He is constantly trying to persuade people to his way of thinking. He has shown himself to be both manipulative and dishonest.

Bingo. You are, in my opinion, absolutely correct.
My sincerest apologies everyone. My mistake. Thank you, Canitocano73, for seeing that error and letting me, and everyone else know.
Once again, Sierra is predicting that Roche Pharmaceutical will be doing business with IntelliCell Biosciences. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Who knows.
"Maximizing Leverage Roche Set For The Negotiating Table As IntelliCell BioSciences (SVFC) Await Initial Ball Park Figure Predicts Sierra World Equity Review
Latest Projections: Maximizing Leverage Roche Set For The Negotiating Table As IntelliCell BioSciences (SVFC) Await Initial Ball Park Figure Predicts Sierra World Equity Review. When the big news breaks, Sierra called it first!"
I cannot reply to comments. I can only post to this page once a day.
If that is how you really feel about this stock, then why don't you sell your shares and leave. After all, .0002 is better than nothing at all. On the main page here, it says that you just added SVFC, unless I am reading that incorrectly. And my original question can really apply to anyone here who does nothing but bash this stock day after day. And attack and criticize any poster who says that they feel that this stock will survive. I'm just curious...and I am limited to one post per day on this board, so, if there are any questions, I cannot reply until tomorrow. Thank you. And just so that there is no doubt where I stand, I think that there is life in this stock. I don't see it reaching the dollar level, but I do think that it might get to the five cent level within two years. Have a great day everyone.
