Has anyone else noticed that Michael Hershman is no longer the chairman of the board or directors. Here is the current layout:

Steven A. Victor, M.D. Age 62 Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer.

Leonard Mazur, Age 68 Interim Chief Operating Officer and Director.

Michael Hershman, Age 69, Director.

Myron Holubiak, Age 67, Director.

Sam Khashman, Age 45, Director.
