Remember though, just because they HAVE to cover doesn't mean they will cover and push it up. That's like saying people who are long HAVE to sell at some time. And the smart shorts, which they are since they shorted at 40, are covering a little bit at a time on the bid on the way down. Every panic is covering some shares for them

Quit believing the kool-aid, the chart looks awful, wait for next fall when the pot stocks always start back up again, prob will be down at .50 by then.

What I don't understand is, why still hold long if many know the company is diluting? Just sell and buy back lower when they are done, jmo. GLTA, warned since 2.60s

Very likely the news will never come. Even if it does, very likely the company will use it to sell shares and dilute some more. Careful of a R/S on this one...

I estimate 3.4M at the least, assuming the warrant shares were sold at the max they could each day since they came into existence. Guess there is still some dilution left for VAPE..

Ok just please be careful, I'm warning for a reason. I started warning at 2.60-2.70, now we are down at 2. Have a plan if the stock goes against you as you ALWAYS should!

Not all stocks go up, but if you hold forever and keep adding on the way down you'll be out of the stock market FAST. To last long you need to cut off your losers. If you believe in VAPE, you should have sold back when it bounced back to $5, and wait for it to bottom out on the daily chart. Let the chart guide you, you would have saved yourself a loooot of money if you sold then and bought back even now, or at $1 in a few months.

I just did the math, read my last post below. There are still PLENTY of shares to dump into the market.

Last time you swung it was probably before all the pot stocks went huge. Right now all pot stocks and scams like this one are on the backside of the pump, fading away. It's pretty close to $2 now....yikes no way I would still be in this with insiders dumping shares and diluting the open market since April.

Good idea, SMART. It will probably run in a few months, maybe after it tanks to $1 or below, or maybe later this year. But right now I see no reason to be holding this, if it gets under $2 it could get ugly fast.

Still buying more on the dips? This $2 may be bottom for a while but that 2.60 break was key to it snapping to a new low.

VAPE had a nice LOW VOLUME squeeze this morning, but tiny...no reason for it to hold up as it wentup on less shares than it goes down on. And its right back down, longs just hope the 2.30 level doesn't break. Looks like the warrant shareholding diluters are back at the end of the day.

great post. go look at the SEC filings made late April re :warrants and adding huge amounts of shares to dilute the float. The people with the warrant shares don't care about anyone long ,they just want to get rid of those shares and sell them at any cost, aka on the bid and driving it down. Be very careful here on VAPE

Look at the chart, it just broke the 2.60 base it made. There is no reason to buy this right now, be very careful holding this overnight. Warrant shareholders can dump up to 15% of the daily volume every day.

TRTC downtrend like all pot stocks. It's AWESOME for day traders and scalpers, the trend is so obvious and easy to play. Most pot stock scams are doing it, just wait for the few red days, then whenever it flushes out and has the biggest red candle, that's probably the reversal day. Bounce for a few days, then fade fade fade away. I'd like to see it hold up around .30 and make some sign of reversal.

I see. Then my point still remains, the stock price would have shot up to at least .0011 because if people can get .0011 worth of their shares/sell them for .0011 later, they would buy ALL shares below .0011. Something is off, idk.

I'm surprised it ran so far, I sold all my shares at .03. Sweet for those who got out above .10. I personally doubt it will get back above there ever again without a R/S. It's just like the last pot stock hype, except all the pot stocks went WAY further than anyone could have guessed. This hype sure did make a lot of bagholders though, some people just have to learn the hard way.

These are only good for day trades and scalps now, not long holds...until the chart TELLS you its ready. I'm looking for a flush below .02, maybe .015-.02 for the next sweet bounce.

Doesn't make sense to me. If you could cash them in for .20, that's about .0011 per share right? .20/175 since you got them 1 for 175.

So that should be free money then, just buy all the shares you can below .0011 and cash in. If this was true, the stock would have instantly been trading at .0011, that's great though if you can. Just seems too good to be true

PVEC certs what exactly are they, and what do they entitle to?

I feel like if they were actually worth anything, the stock would be much higher than .0002. Maybe it was a way for the company to sell shares and dilute more in order to get people to think the shares will be worth a lot more.

Probably because the company released good numbers, who knows if they are real, and knew people would eat 'em right up. So they just sell paper into their news, just like all the pot stocks lately. The good news doesn't even move them, it just tricks newbies into buying the old news.

Looks like a classic pump and dump chart, helluva move the last few months but what more do you want? Take your 100% and run, quit aiming for 1.00 targets. Come on guys, get real. If making 100000000% was that easy everyone would be rich, wouldn't they?

That base is broken. Look at the chart, lower highs ever since that big tank.

Wouldn't be surprised to see it below 2 in a few weeks. The lower highs are all the warrant shareholders waiting for it to rebound a bit so they can dump even more shares onto the market, adding to and therefore diluting the share structure.

And just because shorts "have" to buy does not mean the price will go up. Smart shorts cover on the bid, taking advantage of the people hitting the bid, aka the "investors" aka bagholders. Covering on the bid obviously won't drive the price up.

Agreed, VAPE halt coming soon. All the other scam pot stocks halts sure don't help the cause, and for those saying you didn't do any DD and long...should be very careful. Go read the SEC filing the last month, starting April 21st I believe. The warrant shares are being dumped on the market slowly.

My prediction still has time left, we will see. By the time 4 months goes by, this will be nothing, garbage again just like the beginning of the run.

Well the technicals looked like garbage when it faded under the 50ma. Then I bet Money Runners sparked the move back over the 50, which was that first big day. Then, people started piling in based on the Momentum started by the pumpers.

Now, technicals look bad.

Perfect short setup/Terrible long setup. Gap up, red on the day, closed near LOD. These last two days were just Money Runners pre-loading it, alerting near close, now watch out. If this isn't one of their successful pumps then it will just be done, after they dump the shares they were compensated with. Don't get trapped if you aren't already in it.

Still have several weeks until Christmas. Wasn't expecting this but still plenty of time.
