That base is broken. Look at the chart, lower highs ever since that big tank.
Wouldn't be surprised to see it below 2 in a few weeks. The lower highs are all the warrant shareholders waiting for it to rebound a bit so they can dump even more shares onto the market, adding to and therefore diluting the share structure.
And just because shorts "have" to buy does not mean the price will go up. Smart shorts cover on the bid, taking advantage of the people hitting the bid, aka the "investors" aka bagholders. Covering on the bid obviously won't drive the price up.
Don't chase and be realistic. Don't shoot for the moon, take your profits when you have them. Nothing wrong with taking small profits and seeing it go up huge, it just as well could have tanked right after you sold.
