Good morning Suetta915, Whats happening is that yesterday's buyers are now sitting on a 30% gain. This is all before the "APP release" set for later in July. Looking for bigger gains yet and think those selling at 5.5 will be sorry they left the party early. That said. 5.5 represents easy gains to others.
Nice action right out of the gate this morning. Pre-market orders included.
Actually, the news announcement stating that an audit firm was hired in order to bring the accounting into an audited state, which will allow them to file for the up-listing was announced on May 31, 2012 and so its only be ONE month and not TWO.
Out of the way huggums, Those cheap shares belong to me. LOL
Thanks for the post. I too am looking forward to a series of announcements over the coming weeks. I expect to see several more names as big or bigger than Michelle Kwan. Clearly Steven Tyler, even at age 60 something, generates a large following. I don't dance much to music anymore but I do dance when I'm making money. Go IAGM. OH PS: To the lone seller, you cheap Son of a @#$@, I'm still waiting and ready to catch - would you pitch already!
Actually, healthy employees means less absenteeism, employees that socialize together in ways that can involve their families are happy employees which means less absenteeism. Our app can do that in the hands of a marketing based PR department. Studies of large employers (100 employees or more) show that average sick days per year are about 9. That is huge. Could you reduce this rate by engaging employees in family orient social activity organized by the employer. Studies say yes according to my buddy and in fact the sick time decrease can easily be 20% or greater. Loads of psychology behind this idea but 20% of 9X100 = 6 man months of paid labor regained.
In an earlier PR it was stated that one of the distribution venues being hunted was "employee benefit plans". A few years back I placed a couple of dollars into a finance management co. It was a privately held deal - one of the few times I have considered a triple "f" opportunity. It didn't work out as planned but I did meet a couple of people one of whom I called. I mentioned our app and asked about the idea of distributing it via employee benefit plans and he thought it was a great idea. Insurance companies as well as companies that aggregate non insurance benefits are always on the look out for benefits that are free or cheap on a per person basis but add real value for the PR Department running the plan. These departments don't get a lot of pats on the back for the work they do and this type of app gives them internal marketing material on a regular basis. SoFit would be right up their alley. Go IAGM
I must say that seeing only 45K in shares and a drop to 3 cents is a bit of a stunner based on last weeks PR that reaffirmed the connection to the Walk a Mile program, the Olympics, an endorsement by a major sports star, etc. I wasn't looking to see an explosion in volume or price appreciation this morning but I was not expecting a drop. One would have thought that with the last PR in hand that there would have been a lot of table talk over the weekend by the Company and the PR Team. Thanks for the cheap shares...I guess
Well, you know what they say. Buy on rumor and sell on news. That is right isn't it... then why is no one selling. I have this stink bid out there and need it filled. I am a greedy type and want to buy cheap and sell real high. So those of you that are fence sitting have a look at the volume as compared to the news. Clearly, this is not great news so might as well sell now huh. I'll thank you later - honest.
Lucky, I took a second look at the PR and nowhere do I see the word endorsement specifically stated. The quote by Michelle is very clear in that she thinks that "...SoFit will engage users to live healthier while connecting millions to make the world a better place." Her quote not ours. Marc, our president for those who don't know, is quoted as saying "The partnership with The President's Challenge Physical Activity and Fitness Awards Program will further enhance the visibility and reach of Walk A Mile powered by SoFit Mobile, and we are very proud to be a part of this amazing integration of fitness advocacy and steps toward global tolerance." but this use of the word "advocacy" is in context to the tie between the President's Challenge and Walk a Mile which is indeed powered by SoFit's social app.
Lucky, what is it about this PR that you don't like. Our company is mentioned by a mega star in the field of fitness, skating, and Olympic movements who is heard on an international basis via several major social media systems. How can being mentioned by Michelle be bad in any way. She brings 100's of 1,000's of followers (likely more) with her mention. Certainly no assurance that any of these people take her words as a cue to look up SoFit but they will have at least heard what she said and that's never a bad thing.
Michelle Kwan is the most decorated figure skater of all time and a huge star. I met her at an event a few years ago and she was the quintessential spokes person being not only an highly accomplished skater she was also a captivating and knowledgeable speaker. Nice going IAGM.
The SoFit application looks fabulous huh. I love the screen that shows where one user stands in the event as compared to others they are tracking or competing against. Exactly the kind of thing that will bring in teams and team events. What a great idea.
Huggums, thanks a million. I have registered which is great but what is really great is that our company is the center of a huge fitness launch that is about to happen globally. Massive and epic.
Plin5 go have another look as I got filled this am because I was at 4.5 but this afternoon I was ignored until 15:59 and got a part fill but it was a fraction of the order and not all of that last posted fill. Brokerage fees and hidden MM's fees.
Good news - bad news
The good news is that we have a definite floor at 4 cents but then that's not really news to most of us here. The bad news is that those dang'd MM's will gladly take my money at 4.5 cents but won't when I'm looking for the same 4.0's they keep taking and rolling over at 4.5 or better. Its like running into a wall. Boys, is the game rigged? lol
Huggums, there remains a huge base of those old "wow all mine does is make phone calls - if I want coffee I have to actually drive around looking like my grandpa to find a Starbucks" user. There is loads of growth room for smart phones yet. Don't even get me started on the whole "useful & relevant" apps conversation. PS> Thanks for the effort D theG.
Lesson learned. IAGM is a great stock.
Pardon me
This is a direct quote from yesterdays PR...
Mr. Marc Askenasi, President & CEO of IAG, stated, "I am pleased we were able to close our second public company equity financing. Strong investor interest has allowed us to focus on creating the best possible product and to continue to position our company for sustainable long-term success. We plan on raising additional capital at higher valuations as SoFit products begin to be introduced into the market this summer."
Everything else I have seen suggests that the launch will happen prior to the Olympics. Now perhaps I am just trying to support my own original take on the situation but when I read in PR's about our deal with the Walk a Mile and London Olympics I just assumed (perhaps there is something to that old saying) that this relationship meant it would be released just prior to the Olympics and that around that release we would see some big names endorse the product and life style app.
That is precisely my point. Everything I have seen suggested a launch of the app prior to the Olympics but in the past couple of days I have seen specific references to "summer". While technically JUly 27th is in the summer, this feels like a soft pre-sell on "later" this summer. Its easy for software developers to fall behind schedule as they are sometimes driven by marketing types who need, want, desire more and more features as opposed to being driven by money guys who love schedules and meeting assigned deadlines - a deliverable.
when did we go from a july pre-olympic launch to sometime this summer. This is the second time I have seen the "summer" quote in the past couple of days.
My sincere aolopgies, 2.0 can be a reference to the second or later versions of a software program. Microsoft likely did not start the practice of the naming convention by naming a major software upgrade or new release with a new whole number and subsequent "fixes" with fractional numbers hence 1.0 is first whole release and 1.1 to 1.9 are fixes (joke) meaning that by the time they get to 2.0 they have worked out all the little problems and have included a major new feature which will produce many new smaller conflicts requiring several small "fixes" only to start all over. It got so embarrassing at Microsoft (its amazing that they remain in business) that they changed from 2.0, 3.0 etc to using the "Year" as in their "Office" products and names as in their operating systems like "Windows". In any event, most companies don't get past 1.9 because they have caused so much trouble for their users and there is so much product out there that they loose the crowd and momentum.
"Doom", was the first truly huge mega hit and sold a lot of PC's to main stream households. It was built using "friends, family, and fools" money in a basement and sold just prior to its launch to a German outfit for several 100K (I think). The Doom was so wildly successful that the buyer gave the two developers 5 million and a room full of bean bag chairs, all the computer equipment you could imagine and a standing daily delivery of Cheese Doodles and Pepsi (specifically not Coke). The sequel was named Riven and was so popular that many such games came to life. The most successful one, Halo, which so cemented the "first person shooter" game as a staple, has been re-issued 4 or 5 times and is a multi-billion dollar franchise. It was the peak of the dot.com paper napkin millionaire era which I totally missed despite being in the middle of some of the best developers of the day.
Agreed. Some think that 2.0 is a right of passage but that only seems to apply to Halo and MS. The rest merely fade away.
Was hoping to see news about a beta release of the app but as long as we build broader base at 5 cents it suggests that such news must be on the way. Now if we could get our seller to hold out for 6 cents they'd get a 20% premium and we'd all be happy (for a while - 20 cents will come)
Excellent gains here on good technology
MM's dancing around buy orders. frustrating
Is it just me or does it look to anyone else that IAGM is being treated like someones personal ATM. 100 shares posted to show 5 cents but any real trade goes through like crap through a goose at 3.5 cents. WTH
I see that we made the May 31st edition of "Pumps and Dumps". Not sure who ORB is but here is to wishing they're a massive player. With less than $25K trading including that trade for 232,000 shares its not much of a pump... yet
I think there is a small crowd of buyers here that have nibbled their way to 5K-10K investments and are on the wait and see plan pecking at it here and there. I certainly fall into that group and have no problem adding to my position at 10-12 cents as I see 20-25 cents assuming public launch of the first product goes well, they bring in those high profile entertainment types alluded to, and they show us the market-industry partners that mean revenue and then spell out to us non-business types how that revenue will be built. So JoePenny, thats why the volume is zero some days.
Don't they have to audit back to a date before their own start of operations. I mean as a shell and presumably some operations before IAGM isn't that part of the audit as well.
Fabulous news. Its unfortunate that a specific filing date for the up-listing can't be published but then getting an accountant or a lawyer to make an actual commitment to a completion date is to them yanking the year end bonus money right our of the back pocket. I wish these guys good luck to a speedy and on budget conclusion.
When does bid support kick in or is it on previous shareholders to look after our own
sure am glad there is bid support:)
Hey did anyone think to remind the Canadians that the market is OPEN today? Picked up few more. Lets see 20
Isn't the insider rule that IF they want to sell they need to register those shares and then they are limited to a regitration of 1% of the issued and outstanding. For Facebook that means none of the insiders are able to register more than 214 million shares per quarter. Hmmm even at 20 bucks thats a bucket full huh!
Gees, I hate it when the brokers don't listen. They were supposed to float the stock not sink it - right?
excellent news
Good post Chicago, I think your math might be a tad on the aggressive side but I love the way you think. This dog will eat and eat large it just needs a little time to build the appetite. 1.3 million shares in a day is a good start and built huge onto the 20=25 cent base.
Excellent PR. 115 million dollars worth of gold based on $1,600 gold. Its higher than that but lets not get overly enthusiastic for fear of being called a pumper. GO GYST... Opps, I meant go GYST
