Actually, healthy employees means less absenteeism, employees that socialize together in ways that can involve their families are happy employees which means less absenteeism. Our app can do that in the hands of a marketing based PR department. Studies of large employers (100 employees or more) show that average sick days per year are about 9. That is huge. Could you reduce this rate by engaging employees in family orient social activity organized by the employer. Studies say yes according to my buddy and in fact the sick time decrease can easily be 20% or greater. Loads of psychology behind this idea but 20% of 9X100 = 6 man months of paid labor regained.
