Who are you again?
None of those compare to us not only being down 26% today, but having multiple days of high percentage down days.
That's not it. People are afraid now to even touch this ticker. SMVR is like the boy that cried wolf. Every PR drives it down further. Who would believe in SMVR after the last three PRs? A lack of buying interesting coupled with an increase in selling interest coupled with what appears to be dilution is not a good combination. I'm now a stuckholder waiting for this turd to turn around.
SMVR up 38%. .0175x.018. Look at the chart. Was .09 only a few weeks ago.
SMVR News Out. Look at the chart. A no-brainer here. Already upticking pre-market from where it closed on Friday.
NEWS: Smart Ventures Subsidiary to Launch Edibles Marijuana Franchise Distribution
http://www.otcmarkets.com/news/otc-market-headline?id=16015086
HOUSTON, TX, Apr 07, 2014 (eTeligis.com via COMTEX) Smart Ventures, Inc. (OTC Pink: SMVR) (PINKSHEETS: SMVR) is pleased to announce that it will launch a franchise program for edibles marijuana distribution with a marketing program geared toward licensed distributors in legalized marijuana states. Last month the company signed an agreement with Low Carb High, Inc. to help develop its healthy marijuana edibles brand. The company produces candy bars, and protein bars etc. for consumer consumption. We begin putting together a multi-level marketing program and franchise distribution network. The program would introduce aspiring entrepreneurs to the concept of franchise locations. The franchise program would require franchisees to pay a $25K-$50K franchise fee and plus 20% royalty on sales of its products and all franchisees would operate under the parent brand name. The franchises will also carry and distribute products which will feature a variety of candy bars manufactured by a leader in the edible cannabis candy industry.
Roger Smith, CEO of Smart Ventures states "We are aggressively pursuing our business plans in the medical marijuana industry, as we believe the revenue streams from this marketplace will yield significant shareholder value for our stakeholders."

Can't wait until Monday and watch the action. I'm expecting this to be a great week for SMVR.
Meh. I'll do what I do every weekend and play lots of World of Warcraft. Monday will come regardless.
SMVR .016x.017. Was over .09 on Mar. 24th. Expecting this thing to move seriously next week.
SMVR looks like a no brainer at the current share price. Should be huge next week.
I'm showing a market cap of $20.7M.
But the stock only experienced any volume on 6 days (looking at daily chart) for 2014. That is an average of 2 days per month that they have any volume, with the rest of the days being zero shares traded. No liquidity.
Because it's a dead stock. It rarely has any volume. The CEO passed away last year. Anyone buying it now will be stuck in it and will be forced to sell at a serious loss, if they can sell it, just to get it out of their portfolio.
I know you said low volume. But the thing has only traded 246k shares all day long. Hardly alert worthy.
This board probably owns more shares than the O/S.
$TALC Now up 77%. eom
$SELR Up 20% now. eom
TALC up again. And with an O/S of only 5.2M, the market cap is only $12k at current share price. Ridiculous bargain for even an empty shell.
SELR looking good. eom
TALC might be a candidate for this board. Appears to be an empty shell with an O/S of 5.2M. It closed up 280% yesterday on volume almost equal to the O/S. The MMs may be trading in air shares. Questionable history on this ticker, and is currently a shell, so buyer beware. Don't know why it suddenly woke up yesterday.
TALC - Only 5.1M O/S and $10.2k market cap? Anyone have a current share structure?
TALC - What's going on?
Cool story bro. Can you tell it again?
Because of the spontaneity of the buying activity on Friday without any information and given the large amount of volume, somebody knows something and is pre-positioning.
Current market cap is only $304k, which makes it very cheap at the current share price.
I think you're right on the money with regards to getting current.
That's a good question. I hopped on a couple of weeks ago when there was some movement. TBH, I jumped on for a short-term play, and didn't even expect to hold it this long. It was tempting to sell it today, but given the rise in volume and price, I have a gut feeling something else is going on. It was pretty dead for past two weeks, and today the volume just went through the roof, but there was no hype machine that I could find anywhere to indicated it was being pumped. I only saw posts from a handful of poeple on iHub after it started moving. So curious why the sudden spike.
Somebody put it in the ibox. Certainly not the company. I've seen such claims before on the internet. Much of the "cure cancer" stuff about cannabis oil started here:
http://www.cureyourowncancer.org/how-cannabis-oil-works.html
Something is amiss. Today's volume without any publicly viewable root cause (i.e. PR, pumping, etc) means somebody knows something. Or, it could be a random person that just decided to buy a bunch of shares out of the blue and it's just a random act of chaos. I'm thinking the first possibility is more probable.
Is this even the same Infinex? The information does not match the information in the NVSOS. Address, names, etc. Also, per company description, INFX is a mining/exploration company. Not a Financial Services company.
This is the Infinex the article was referring to:
http://www.infinexgroup.com/
Per Infinex's website:
Founded in 1993, Infinex Financial Group is an independent, full-service broker dealer that prides itself on an unwavering commitment to serve the interests of our clients. We work closely with Financial Institutions and advisors to leverage proven best practices and help them exceed their definition of success.
They appear to be a privately held company.
Am I missing something?
SELR up 181%. Very interesting. Normally lethargic and volume is through the roof. Somebody is gobbling up shares and it looks like nobody wants to sell.
SELR Volume has shot through the roof. No idea the reason for it, but seems like somebody knows something.
$SELR up 172%. eom
$SELR Something up. No idea what.
I'm also waiting to hear the results of your call.
Are you looking for anyone in particular? Since most people don't know who you mean by cheerleading squad, perhaps associating some actual names may help.
A lot of people only post with something positive is happening. Silence does not imply absence.
I don't get emotional about any penny stock. I'm in it for the short term. I think PIHN has plenty of play left. But you are right in taking your profits.
I know. What a joke, right? I've been following this for two weeks now since I first bought. I was first tipped off on BB's board based upon someone posting about future MMJ business plan. I watched the PIHN posts for those two weeks, and it did not receive the supposed hype he claims. It was just posted by people on a stock forum.
Not concerned with their website. Not the reason I bought. Bought on rumor. Will continue to hold.
