Not sure what you mean by "Read what you pasted." I typed my post. But if you read what you posted in the quotes, it is a clear indication that the company will be issuing more shares, hence dilution. If the company has to issue more shares to raise capital, then that means they are not looking to buyback shares.
Stock buyback? Why would the company do that when the latest information states they will be diluting?
He was in the Air Force and spent most of his time in Alaska.
Might as well since the company can't seem to use a news service that actually distributes the information.
What good is a PR if nobody can see it? Really frustrates me when these companies broadcast their PR via a service that might as well be a tin can with a string on the end.
Someone call Orkin. They just keep coming out of the woodwork.
What you're seeing is typical of switching over to new hosting. I've seen it many times having run multiple websites. It's not the typical cpanel/apache screen I'm used to, but it does look like they changed over to a new host or server.
Commonly occurs with a DNS change. I suspect a server change. It would be easy to find out on DNS tools if someone had the old data for comparison.
Expecting a good week for UNGS. Let's see some merger news.
Expecting a good week for UNGS. Let's see some merger news.
Down day. It is what it is. Expecting great things next week. Hoping for a PR prior to market open on Monday.
If the company is no longer going to be in a certain line of business, then there is no reason to hold onto the assets.
Nope. No updates yet. You should go ahead and sell.
Very true.
I think anything at these prices is a bargain. When the merger news comes out, then bargain prices will be a constantly moving target.
I suspect the websites can't really go up until the merger is complete since they have to list investor's relation information. I suspect they can't really reflect themselves as a public company until the deal is done.
All the indications that we're seeing is that the merger is going to happen. Let's hope for timeliness on the part of the company. At some point in the future, I'm sure you'll be just fine with your 35's.
$UNGS Can't wait. This should be a great week.
Most people hating the "pumping" are not long on the stock. And since they're not long, for the most part, there is no reason to even bother reading any of the posts on the stock board. I'm not long on the stock, but I am continuing to follow it out of curiosity.
I agree that all the negativity gets old very quickly. I'm curious why you believe no more reverse splits.
I agree. I prefer to see a steady rise in price prior to the anticipated PR on the closing of the merger. If we see a dramatic price rise prior to the merger news, then it is too likely to see a corresponding drop in price in the time period in between. Everyone wants to see an explosive run, but I'd rather see that on the merger news at a share price higher than where it is today.
Don't be fooled by the 10k on the bid. Somebody wants your shares cheap.
But it is also interesting that, instead of seeing infinite 10k shares on the ask, we're seeing an infinite 10k bidder.
I'd rather see that ask taken out by a large number of people than just one buyer.
I'm sorry to hear of your loss in your 401k. I hope you can somehow recover.
Yeah, last thing he needs is to be bombarded by calls from people wanting to see if the lights are on...
But they didn't. So show the same compassion you'd like to be shown if you were in the same situation.
The O/S will be 6.5 million post-R/S, but there are more shares that IR requested but were not yet issued. If issued, they'll be adjusted to the post-R/S amounts and the O/S will go up (81.5 million off the top of my head which would be 1.63 million post-R/S). NEWL may be dragging their feet on the share requests from IR hence why there are shares requested but not issued yet.
It's not funny what's happening. Remember, there are people here that are losing lots of money. I've heard of some people losing a devastating amount of money. Show some compassion. The real bad guy here is Ironridge in what they do to the real victims of this stock. NEWL made a major mistake making a deal with Ironridge and are also a victim.
It doesn't say that. Read it again. It says they were requested but not issued. It does not say they are no longer issuing shares to IR.
I can read. I don't think you have seen the last of the 6k's.
If that were true, NEWL would have mentioned it in a press release. You see those 6k's? That's IR getting shares. NEWL failed to stop the printing of shares and until the 6k's stop, it's safer to assume NEWL is not done with IR.
Last time, it was 15 days between the R/S and the 6k on May 30th. No reason to assume dilution won't continue on its steady pace post-R/S.
Yes, but that's because the 6k's didn't start on May 30th. Don't expect a repeat of that performance if the 6k's continue right after the R/S.
NEWL has not done anything illegal. The guilty party here is Ironridge, although technically they have also probably done nothing illegal. What is needed is SEC rules that prevent the ability of a toxic financiers to be able to obtain shares at a discount, shorting the stock while they sell, and then giving the proceeds back to the company as a loan. How this can even be legal is beyond comprehension. It's like me giving you a loan of your own money, all while making additional money by shorting your stock and artifically driving the stock price down through dilution. I'm sure Ironridge is shorting the stock through other, non-transparent means such as through a separate entity.
That's not going to happen. It will continue to drop post-R/S and will continue to do so until the 6k's stop. Hence why I'm surprised they are only doing a 50-1 R/S. At around $2.50/share it won't take long to get back under $1.00/share and they'll be right back to where they are now.
I agree. I'm surprised they are only doing a 50-1 split. It should have been much higher.
Things never happen in "our time" as much as we wish they did. I bought weeks ago at .0018 and just holding patiently. The rise to .003 was certainly not run I'm waiting for. I think it will have a run well north of the previous highs that occurred recently.
