Positive fundamental news perfectly aligned with a strong technical breakout. We may see a big run if the market can hold up and NG prices stay down. GLTA!
PS: $10M in revs at 8% net margin should do it, and I think they are capable of a higher net margin.
IMO, Virtra management will remain quiet until they have the fundamentals (revs and eps) to sustain pps above .10. This is a critical price for them to execute an uplist. Revenue growth appears to be coming along and eps should follow. Again IMO, once it is apperant that they will have $800K+ earnings in a 12 month period, the pps will move to .10+.
IMO, if CLNE finds it's way through 13.14 with some strength it will generate a strong buy signal technically. GLTA!
Maybe Beretta is ready to try capitalizing on what GM failed to execute??
You could be right regarding buyers waiting at .04, which would explain the apparent floor at that level. But I'm guessing that is more likely one big buyer versus multiple small buyers. Based on history I would have expected a precipitous drop with 2M shares being sold. It still feels like someone did some pre-sale orchestration/coordination, or we would have seen more volatility during the selloff.
2M shares in two days and the price is essentially flat. With this stock, that doesn't feel real to me.
In my assessment Virtra remains on the right track. I would have loved to see a positive eps quarter and 2-3M in revs, but the reality is it will cost and take time to grow this co. to the levels we all want to see. They appear to be executing and controlling the growth costs. Most other companies with same recent history and forward guidance would be rewarded with share appreciation. I guess we will see. GLTA!
Q1 was prior to market open at 7:05 AM.
Thanks for sharing. Virtra starting to get some visibility in the big cities on both coasts. Has to pay off sooner or later. GLTA!
Managed to get a 200K at a dollar cost ave of .043; will find out if that was mistake in the next few days.
I have plenty of bids out there and they are not getting hit. Obviously isn't much stock available below .046, but I did get a 25K fill at .042.
I've had success with AONs in the past but it has been a while since one has hit. I did just get 25K hit at .042. Now I'm trying smaller increments.
Yep, I'm looking at L2 and you can trust me, the orders are there, they just aren't showing them. I'm getting ready to move one up to .043. I do have them both at AON, and in the past there have been other times where I didn't see the orders show up on L2. With the current activity I don't want them sluffing off a 100 shares on me for a $10 commish.
MM manipulation. I've got orders in for 100K at .04 and .042 and not a nibble. What ever is happening it is a fabrication or I would own 200K more shares.

Looks like they have a few V-100s based on pricing for 5+ shooters at $10/hr each.
I don't recall where I saw it, maybe last annual report, I will look on the weekend; but I'm pretty sure the exercise price on the majority of the outstanding warrants is well above the current share price. That would account for the outstanding share balance remaining relatively constant the last several months. With regards to no Form 4s, Virtra is not obligated to submit Form 4s as a non-reporting company. I suspect BF did acquire the additional shares on the open market and/or through a stock transfer.
and then 70K goes through below the 500K bid... weird.
Nice Day! Looks like we may have finally broke through the .05 resistance. GLTA!
Welcome Back! Maybe your excitement will rub off.
With 100K share day, you can't get excited, but I am happy to see the change in pattern. Hopefully it continues and more shares start moving; then I can get excited
2nd day of steady buying. Volume remains anemic, but the steady buying is a definite change in the VTSI norm. Maybe something getting ready to hit the wire, or someone just trying to lock in on a few shares ahead of the share-holder meeting? Regardless, it's a welcome anomaly
Got his fill of 250K shares; bid back to .043 and he joins the patient crowd
Looks like one of the shipping companies did their DD Nice jump on the bid.

I don't think $3 is possible unless PM prices drop well below cost to deliver (IMO $17-$18), plus I think PM would have to stay at those levels for a while. I do believe $4 EXK is possible. I'm under water on my EXK currently, but will add around 4.5. Bought $5K of physical last night and another $5k early this morning. Intend to buy more physical if we dip to $20 and again at $18. IMO, I don't think silver trades much below $17. Anticpate a dead cat bounce today, and then some more pressure on PM prices. GLTA!
Agreed; I'm anxious to get the details behind the mechanical engineer need.
Didn't expect the bonanza sale we got this morning. Missed the bottom as usual but did get some low 5.60s and 5.50s. Even with the lousy silver prices, I think EXK is a great buy at current prices. Based on their record 1st qtr silver and gold production rate, I think they still show earnings growth. The revenue growth will be there for sure. At today's prices, I believe we are pushing $63M versus 1Q 2012 at $49M. GLTA!
Buying below 6. Starting to look attractive and this market is going to have to let a little steam off soon. GLTA!
I believe we are experiencing the reverse of "buy the rumor, sell the news". Not surprising considering how oversold SWHC was/is.
Thank you, and I will give Arcam a look. Best of luck to you.
squashjohn,
I think you've got it right. My only addition; if the weapons vote goes bad, I believe the downside risk is limited to the 8 area. Plus, I wouldn't anticipate the stock to remain at that level long. The fundamentals for SWHC are very good and there is a strong earnings report on the horizon. I assess the overall risk to reward ratio as 3-4 times upside versus downside. Pretty good odds in my book. GLTY!
Proxy available on Virtra website:

Summary of business for consideration:
Item 1. Election of Directors
"The Board of Directors recommends a vote “FOR” the selection of Mr.
Ferris, Mr. Burlend and Mr. Brown for election to the Board of Directors"
Doesn't look like RS, uplist, etc. will be on the table.
Item 2. Other Business
"As of the date of this Proxy Statement, the Board of Directors does not intend to present any matter for action at the Annual Meeting other than as set forth in this Notice and Proxy
Statement for the Annual Meeting. If any other matters properly come before the Annual Meeting, it is intended that the holders of the proxies will act in accordance with their best judgment."
Added another 2k shares yesterday in the lower 8.30s and just picked up another 1k at 8.45. Now I'm done and will sit and wait. Probably some wishful thinking, but I do believe SWHC is ready to start moving the other direction if the market doesn't fall apart. GLTA!
Added a 1000 shares at 8.14. Was holding out till 8 or lower, but had an open GTC order I forgot about Stupid to have left that order open after I lowered my target. Still holding dry powder and did place another order at 7.98. GLTA!
Scratch that, the All Phase Security Training Academy system is the competitions; LaserShot. Sorry for the spam.

Feeling like JNJ is way extended here and market correction more likely than not. Bought Jan14 82.50 puts at $4.85. GLTA!
No question about it, there is risk in AA. IMO it all hinges on the global economy and I don't believe there is much more efficiency Alcoa can squeeze out of their operations. If aluminum demand picks up, maybe 2nd half, AA could have a good run. I've played AA successfully 2 or 3 times in the last year off the 8 level. Will likely try again. What I'm wrestling with is where the bottom is at. I am anticipating a market correction, and if that were to kick in near-term AA could dip well below 8. Was targeting 8-8.20 for accumulation, but will likely drop that to upper 7s to 8 range. GLTY!
You, me and a whole lot of others didn't see this coming. Despite disappointment in the pps action the last month, I'm sleeping fine because the fundamentals are solid. I wouldn't be surprised to see it bounce back as fast as it dropped. I'm sitting on 6K shares as of today and if it gets to 8.50 I will likely add 2K more on margin. I rarely buy on margin, but this getting too good to pass up. GLTU!
