There are a number of deals in the works that could completely change the dynamics of BBDA.
I believe we will see a few surprises by the end of the year.
Just my opinion.
Got any links to court docs? Could get interesting here if the judgement goes their way.

I've read a-lot more than I've posted here, but have never seen discussion on this company. Anybody familiar with them?
PR released earlier today.

15:37 EDT - Electronics contractor Jabil (JBL) drops as Raymond James trims its estimates for the just-concluded F4Q "to reflect an aggressive iPhone 5 ramp that could result in yield issues and margin volatility." The issues are similar to those seen 2 years amid iPhone 4's launch, and the investment bank contends that any impacts this go-around should be "short-lived" for JBL, a provider of the phone's metal enclosure. Raymond James adds investors should buy on any weakness resulting from iPhone impacts on results. JBL is down 5.4% at $21.55. Meanwhile, CFO Forbes Alexander said this afternoon at the Citi Technology Conference that macroeconomic trends are "lackluster." (anna.prior@dowjones.com)

I took your advice and called BBDA investor relations. IR confirmed that your assumption of DLR recieveing 70% of the Potencia revenue is wrong. ALL contracts are with Bebida Beverage Co. including the Potencia brands, just as Weber stated in the letter the shareholders. Bebida (BBDA) receives ALL revenue, DLR receives nothing other than the $1 a year.
IR also confirmed the structure below.
1.DLR owns the trademarks and makes only $1 a year.
2.DLR has licensed all products to Bebida Beverage Co.
3.All contracts are with Bebida Beverage Co.
4.Bebida Beverage Co. holds 100% equity in Bebevco Holdings.
5.Bebevco Holdings owns the facility and means of transportation.
This information is all directly from the BBDA CEO and confirmed by IR.
The MACD has NOT pinched.
A bearish engulfing candlestick was formed today. RSI down to 59.72. MACD curling downward.
RSI 60.17
Sorry I meant 70%.
You're not answering the question I'm asking, so I'll ask again.
If DLR owns 30% of Potencia sales, then why do they only make $1 a year?
Weber clearly stated DLR only makes $1 a year. That's what I want clarified.
It looks like we are in agreement since you reiterated most of my post, with the exception of the DLR owns 70% of Potencia statement.
How can DLR own 70% of Potencia, and DLR only make $1 a year?
Webers statement also says DLR only makes $1 a year. I am assuming this is the fee payed by BBDA to license the products.
According to Weber all contracts are with BBDA, not DLR, which is food for the shareholders IMO.
I agree that BBDA does not own any assets, but as Weber stated yesterday, they own 100% equity in BeBevCo Holdings, which owns the facility and trucks.
With all due respect, I don't think I misread it at all. Here's what I got out of it.
1. DLR owns all trademarks.
2. DLR has licensed all products to Bebida Beverage Co. including the Potencia brands.
3. Every contract is with Bebida Beverage Co.
I'm not trying to argue. I'm pro BBDA and holding a couple million shares. I'm just trying to get the correct info out to everybody.
Weber's quote from 8-23....
"As far as DLR, it has been public info forever. DLR owns all the marks, DLR is a private company with 30% of its equity owned by Bebida Beverage. IT MAKES $1.00 per year and has licensed all the products, including the long established and profitable Potencia Brands to Bebida Beverage. (I could easily have kept it separate). EVERY contract is with Bebida Beverage Company; including manufacturing, raw materials, production, distribution, shipping, marketing, etc."
I would recommend you read the CEOs letter to the shareholders again. It clearly states that BeBevCo Holdings owns the facility and trucks, not DLR, and further states that Bebida Beverage Co. owns 100% equity of BeBevCo Holdings.
Weber's quote from 8-23...
"Bebida Beverage Co owns 100% equity of BeBevCo Holdings, which owns our facility & transportation (trucks)…"
According to Weber in yesterday's message from the CEO, DLR owns all Trademarks, DLR has licensed all products to Bebida Beverage Co. including Potencia, and every contract is with Bebida Beverage Co.
Weber's quote -
"As far as DLR, it has been public info forever.
Bebida holds the licenses to the products, and as the CEO stated, every contract is with Bebida, DLR only makes $1 a year.
If all contracts are with Bebida, the money should go to Bebida. Maybe soon they will start the audited financials and expose all of this to the shareholders. Until then, we have to take it for what its worth.
Go back and read the message from the CEO yesterday.
The following are points of interest to answer your questions.
1. 30% of DLR is owned by Bebida Beverage.
2. DLR only makes a dollar a year.
3. DLR owned the marks.
4. All products are licensed to Bebida Beverage.
5. Every contract is with Bebida Beverage Co.
It is very important IMO that Bebida Beverage Co. holds the licenses to the products, and most important IMO that every contract is with Bebida Beverage Co. not DLR.
BBDA current share structure
AS 2,500,000,000
OS 2,249,111,020
Float 1,457,111,020
Nice prediction.…
This is ridiculous! I just saw a bid of .0465 as the ask and the pps was driven down to .0440.
Bid .0465 x Ask .0440?
Buying pressure picking up, but somebody just put 1.2 mill shares for sale at .0166
I never thought I would say this but I can't wait till MMs are involved with the stock. MJNA is rock solid and very undervalued right now.
I think we just saw another 5 in his post. Lol.
He does have a point. This is a post from Twitter @KOMAUNWINDnews earlier today.

Would love to see a new chart. Thanks for all hard work and keeping us informed.
Gross profit of almost $1.5 mill on $2.4 mill in revenue for 2Q is amazing!
We have a solid growth company here.
Typically the stock has had about a 30% pullback, then back up.
Huge buy! Up to $.0128
I think it's a good idea to repost this every hour.
Is this just a 5 day extension?
Listen to the latest interview on 6/28 SST Radio, the day of the Walmart news.
Methodical buyback of shares starting in about 6 months. Will buy back 500 million over six months and continue to 1 billion over a 12 month period.
Anyone catch the "Alaska announcement" stated by Weber in the 6/28 SST radio interview? It's around 53:40 into the interview.
Knocking out the .0099s. 5 million to go.
About 4 mill in support at .0095 right now.
It's gonna take about $170,000 in buys at the ask to get us to a penny.
Boom! Hit that .0099 wall hard! Coming back down now.
15 million on the ask now
Over 8 million wall on the ask now
7.5 million share wall at .0099
Would apple possibly use Liquidmetal for EMI shielding?
http://dlvr.it/2078m9
EMI/RFI Shielding - The Liquidmetal die casting process produces parts with excellent EMI/RFI shielding characteristics, allowing the Liquidmetal die casting to act as an electrical ground for internal circuits.
Liquidmetal die castings are stronger than plastic parts with similar dimensions.
Liquidmetal die castings do not consist of separate parts welded or fastened together: therefore the strength is that of the alloy, NOT the joining process.
AS = 2.495 billion shares
OS = 2.4 billion shares
Approximate figures that were reported and confirmed by the TA last week.
