i must have fallen off mine already cause i missed that last "green" day you speak of LOL...anyway i agree we could all use a little cheering up so glad you stepped up to the mic. why don't we all have a conversation on here about something completely random, get this thing back on the ihub top 15 most active, and then start talking about their upcoming marketing campaign lol
if you haven't seen this yet...you should.
i feel like im on a bar stool 16 beers deep and you just put your arm around me lol...thanks for the words of encouragement. I wont sell now because well i can't no one would even buy the shares...BUT after that pep talk i feel much better
im buying more today for one reason...it may not be a good reason...but none the less this is how i feel. Companies simply do not go to the ASCO and present bad news. one would have to think they have something to say and that it will be good (maybe not outstanding lock down slam dunk type info but at least positive)...also in the weeks and days leading up to the ASCO the day traders will come in and pump the "speculation play" and give you a chance to dump half at a gain even before they start the slide show...i thought it was a safe bet at .05 it's hard not to buy more as it dips even further.
wtf is going on here these days? I'm down 95% ($2,500) .... should i even bother checking back or this a done deal here?
alright... a guy named bill said we will get some very cool information pretty soon...i like it. go bill ... ummm anyone else got anything? haha...i shot them an email earlier today i will post any response i get.
Has anyone dropped a line to the company and had any luck getting a response? just curious...
all it is going to take is ONE deal...not even some earth shattering, multi-million dollar blockbuster either...just something remotely solid that can be easily confirmed. The o/s is so low that we could see double and triple digit returns here. the longer they go without an update the more time we have to accumulate...who knows maybe they have had something in the works all along and are just waiting for it to be finalized before annoucement..wouldn't that be a nice change from your typical penny pump and dump? we see it all the time down here...useless fluff PR's that promoters come in and speculate the snaught out of it then the next thing you know the share price crashes....real estate deals take time as we all know and for anyone that has dealt with the purchasing of foreclosed and distressed properties knows it can be a painful process. Those that hang on here could be very well rewarded...in the mean time find a pharma stock to play with if you're bored or go hump the "breakout" board to pass the time...i think we will do just fine here. good luck everyone
how so? if they pumped it, diluted it, and then did the r/s i would agree but so far everything they have done has been the exact opposite of a penny fraud....
patience
as of 12/31/10 - $4,422,000 of notes can be converted in 2011, $229,000 in 2012 and $25,130,000 in 2013.
The majority of the July 2009 and September 2009 notes state they have a conversion rate of $.16, but they also say the conversion price was reset on January 1, 2011.
i think the total number of shares that can be dumped on us to convert all these notes is somewhere around 311.4M i'm just not sure if these figures factor in the last r/s
"At December 31, 2010, the Company had 3.3 million shares of common stock outstanding, 0.2 million shares reserved for the conversion of convertible preferred stock and the exercise of outstanding RSUs, 42.4 million shares reserved for the conversion of outstanding warrants and debt warrants, 186.1 million shares reserved for the conversion of convertible notes and 82.7 million additional shares of common stock underlying convertible note purchase rights."
the scariest number out there right now is this now....
available for issuance - 100,005,000,000, consisting of 100,000,000,000 shares of common stock and 5,000,000 shares of preferred stock.
lol no...these two "characters" are our CEO/Chairman and President so no they will not be out of the picture....
and those are just the related party notes....im trying to follow all the others now to see who is left standing after all the r/s's and conversions since 2007...not easy to follow.
in the 10k it lists Warrell and Itri as the two note holders.
back in june of 2008 Warrel issued $2mil and Itri $.3mil which were set to mature in June 2010...but in March of 2010 they extended the maturity date to June 2011.
On June 9, 2008, Dr. Raymond Warrell, Jr., Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, participated in the initial closing of our sale of 2008 Notes by purchasing $2.0 million of such notes. Dr. Loretta Itri, President, Pharmaceutical Development and Chief Medical Officer, purchased $0.3 million of such notes. The remaining members of the Board independently discussed Dr. Warrell and Dr. Itri’s participation in the transaction and resolved that such participation would not interfere with Dr. Warrell or Dr. Itri’s exercise of independent judgment in carrying out their responsibilities in their respective positions. In connection with the 2008 Note financing and in accordance with the Audit Committee Charter, the Audit Committee reviewed and approved the 2008 Note financing with Dr. Warrell and Dr. Itri.
As part of the March 2010 financing, the Company issued March 2010 Warrants to holders of its outstanding 2008 Notes to extend the maturity of those notes from June 9, 2010 to June 9, 2011. The March 2010 Warrants allow the holder to purchase the same number of shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the 2008 Notes. In December 2010, the Company extended the maturity date of its outstanding 2008 Notes from June 9, 2011 to September 4, 2011 in exchange for December 2010 Warrants. The December 2010 Warrants allow the holder to purchase 10% of the number of shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the 2008 Notes and have the same expiration date as the March 2010 Warrants. Both the March 2010 Warrants and the December 2010 Warrants have anti-dilution protection. The remaining members of the Board independently discussed the issuance of the March 2010 Warrants and the December 2010 Warrants and determined that it was in the best interest of Genta and our stockholders to proceed with these transactions. In connection with the issuance of the March 2010 Warrants and the December 2010 Warrants and in accordance with the Audit Committee Charter, the Audit Committee reviewed and approved the issuance of the March 2010 Warrants and the December 2010 Warrants, including the issuance of both sets of warrants to Dr. Warrell and Dr. Itri. Dr. Warrell and Dr. Itri, as holders of outstanding 2008 Notes, received March 2010 Warrants and December 2010 Warrants.
what is the deal on the note conversion? how many shares left out there?
we are playing a game of homerun derby it's all or nothing...if things work out in our favor and we get good news on the 18th we will have a nice run up...BUT if we were to get full FDA green light with only 53.5mil o/s that's a lottery ticket right there. the market caps for companies with fda approved cancer drugs tend to be in the billions...leaving us in the $20/sh + range.
dendreon has a mkt cap of 5.91B...different drug all together i understand that....i'm just saying a $1 share price is not what will be looking at here.
i lost $12k over the last few years on gnta. i bought 50k shares today at .065.
has anyone posted any mkt cap expectations if Genasense gets the green light from the FDA? just curious....
i just jumped back in today...long time bag holder through all the r/s's .... figured this was their lost shot and my last chance to possibly get back all i had lost over the last two years.
one trade for $20 (20,000 @ .001) + 233.33% .... no bid or ask right now.
huh?
nice to at least see something...but a "fact" about their oil wells would have been good.
good luck
not calling what you are doing pumping...and i do appreciate the DD that's been delivered throughout. but at this point in time there is very little if anything we can hang our hat on...we were suckered in to believe things had completely changed, however now it appears as though this company is right back to its same old b.s.
that isn't your fault and i can see you are trying to keep hopes up around here which is fine...you have a very difficult job.
i hope the company does release all info necessary and it's good info and promising...at the first sign of anything going back up i will definitely get out when i can because all faith i had is completely lost here
my apologies...i was not specific. i was referring to the filing of an actual 8k that states something, not the one they filed on the 15th...that is useless....all it says is that they issued a press release and that they cannot be held liable under sec 18 of the securties exchange act an also goes on to say that this 8k is not an "admission as to the materiality of any information contained herein, including Exhibit 99.1."
that 8k said nothing...so i was referring to the issuing of an 8k that actually says something...but i did not say that in my post you are correct.
it's unbelievable isn't it? i took a gamble on this one when rainbolt was driving the bus and waited to late to dump it after he left...but seeing people still trying to pump this nonsense is laughable...
The information contained in Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed “filed” with the Securities and Exchange Commission for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act. This Current Report on Form 8-K shall not be deemed an admission as to the materiality of any information contained herein, including Exhibit 99.1.
Section 18 - Liability for Misleading Statements
So basically that 8k is not deemed filed for these purposes? great i guess we can believe all that is in it then....
i hold plenty of shares of this turd...i just cannot believe you guys do not see this for what it is...
DOUGLAS C. MEHLE of Bonita Springs, Fl. is the McDonalds owner and campaign contributer....
F. Douglas Mehle of Gulf Breeze, Fl. is who owns a small % of Pilgrim Petroleum Corp and he is a self employed business consultant out of his house...est annual revenue from his business is $69,000 per Manta and has one employee.
Different Doug sorry.

well let me clear things up for you.
"CoreStream Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ZLUS) announced that it has acquired 18 producing oil wells located primarily in Kentucky. A basic contract has been signed and an 8K is being filed."
they used the word "acquired" in a PR when they in fact had not and they also stated an 8k is being filed and it has not. The SEC frowns upon fraud so they haulted trading.
Here is how we win - ZLUS does in fact acquire the wells and files an 8k and the SEC takes the cuffs off. there is about 1% chance of this happening in my opinion.
Here is how we get crushed, ZLUS retracts the previous PR or issues a correcting one where we see that they haven't acquired anything. Massive sell off begins and share price bottoms out at .0001 in like 8.7 seconds. i'd say about 9% chance of this one.
Here is how we die a slow (3 days) death...SEC takes the cuffs off, trading resumes and absolutely nothing is said by the company. 90% chance this happens.
Next year we will read about what this clown was trying to finance using ZLUS shares. When Rainbolt walked away we all should have...HUGE red flag.
it wont take much to get this moving that's for sure .... im looking forward to an update as well. glta
someone just bought 600,000 shares? huh?
25k shares bought at the ask this morning....interesting.
it better be one fantastic PR...complete with PDF attachments showing signed agreements proving the validity of these oil well rights or something....no fluff
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2011/34-64155.pdf
the clock is definitely ticking here .... if we dont hear anything by days end this is not good at all....well it's already not good, but it would be game set match and done if we go another trading day without some detailed explination....the company remaining silent on this is just ridiculous.
"Milton C. Ault, III has transitioned to Interim CEO from CEO"
best part of that PR imo.
lmao in my short position? what would make you think i have a short position? i just said i'm down over 90% !! if i had a short position i'd be killing it right now!!! i wish i shorted this f'n turd!
keep up the pissing contest we are now on the top 15 most active boards haha ... maybe we could catch some interest
yes we all have....and we have also been on the avg down train as well...but you cant do that here when there are 600 mil shares being dumped on you...there cannot be a bounce with that b.s. going on. come out and clarify a whole bunch of stuff possibly starting with why they said they had a deal with rite aid, hired a pr firm, and then that pr firm pulled that deal off any press release...beyond shady! They have a lot of explaining to do and they are saying nothing...until that changes this will fall day after day. it sucks but it's true and everyone here knows that.
not down here .... not in penny land. that might be true if you were investing in Exxon or GE but here if you fall in love with a position you will end up burnt...I didnt even have time to fall in love with this one though lol down 94% in a just a few short weeks.
down 91% .... wtf! rite aid? walmart? infomercials? anything at all!!!? something for god sakes.
good morning all...
bid .10 ask .19 hope someone slaps the ask at open :)
i was in at .0001 then bought more at .05 post r/s and sold that at .09 I'm riding on house money and will buy more if it drops below .10 again.
o/s not a/s ... i have no idea where the share price will be in a few months and neither do you...but that doesn't change anything right now you are still wrong lol so 2.6 mil x .14 = $364,000 so do you think the company is worth that? id say its worth about $500,000 or $0.19 per share right now....one good deal away from $.50 - $1.00.
