There is absolutely one thing I am sure of and that is there are going to be a bunch of millionaires on this board by the end of the year based purely on E-Mail Frequency revenues coming in all the future quarters starting in the 2nd this year and all thru next year and beyond. I was told that the 20 million embedded PHR's looks like it may be exceeded and as that was a forecast for an 18 month period starting in 2012 until the end of January 2014 then I can well expect the embedded business to really soar during 2014 and of course beyond worldwide. I hope everybody knows that sales are not only in the U.S. but worldwide. We will be looking at dollars next year and a different exchange where we will be in multi-dollars. A 2 for 1 reverse split may or may not happen depending on short term influx of revenue. Of course a buyout is the most likely scenario as I totally agree with Investbernie on that matter who is really a believer as we all are who also has multi- million shares..JMO...Tif
Short term as you seem to be I would say the PPS may well languish until revenues come in! If you were long term then I would say by end of year more like 40 cents on up!..JMO..Tif
Quote from website; The MichaelBass Group always begins an engagement with a comprehensive analysis of a client's long-term objectives. We then apply our in-depth industry experience and broad technical skill to identify the creative solutions and financing options that will deliver long-term value and assist clients in effectively implementing their strategic business and capital plans. MBG also hosts two, annual Health Technology Investment Forum's with the Institute for Health Technology Transformation taking place in New York City and San Francisco.END....I think they are probably doing well with a bunch of clients if they are hosting these 2 annual events each year. They do have a phone number and perhaps calling them and telling them if they listed their past/present accounts on their website it would sure be positive input/references for their business. I might call them and ask "Why Not?"..JMO..Tif
Thank you for your insight and I really do not believe in luck but more like an educated "guess". I guess this company will do very well due to embedded PHR's, Australia, China, Patent infringement cases, Celgene pay out, possible more Bio non-exclusive contracts, Japan, England, Current U.S. contracts already signed, New UNIS/MMRF joint venture with a product that will talk to all EMR's in the world and bring in what I believe to be the whole package for any medical facility to want and need, Bob Lorsch's involvement with the Emir who wants medical records in his country, and on and on. So I guess I will just keep on my educated guessing!...and good guess to you too..later, Tif
Thanks and WOW is this Big....Perhaps we may still hit a dollar PPS this year..The Bass group values our Japanese patent between 800 million to over a billion for the Jampanese market that needs our PHR. A FIVE Billion revenue stream over the next 10 years for 130 million Japanese citizens! They are going to love our new MMRF/UNIS combination unit of the EMR/PHR...WOWSEERRRRR!..Thanks again...Tif..http://michaelbass.com/PDF/Patent_Valuation.pdf
Yes, and if we are both right then "WHAT A PRODUCT"..
It seems to me that MMRF's patented PHR that does all the talking is working in tandem with this new EMR that is forthcoming!
The way I read it the system is not only a EMR/PHR system but will evolve into a EMR that "talks" to any other EMR system in the marketplace! This is hugh and this technology tied with MMRF's PHR's capability of full communication will put UNIS/MMRF on the cusp of communication capabilities and I am sure in UNIS/MMRF's goal of TOTAL worldwide communication..That's the way I see it. Tif
TOTAL TURNKEY SYSTEM BEING SOLD BY MMRF AND UNIS (WITH 18,000 EMPLOYEES)! This will be worldwide which is HUGH for future revenues! END............The primary focus of meetings between Luo Jianhui, Unisoft Group/Unis-Tonghe Technology Vice President and Chairman, and Robert H. Lorsch, MMRGlobal CEO, taking place in Los Angeles Sunday through today, was to discuss offering the turnkey solution in the Asia Pacific region using MMR's patented technologies to integrate with the UNIS/MMR platform. This enables the venture to offer services in Asia Pacific countries where MMR holds existing patents on its medical records systems IP. According to Mr. Lorsch, "The Joint Venture was originally formed to only sell MMR's patented Personal Health Record technologies under license to the JV. The plan was for the JV to sell the UNIS/MMR products and services to hospitals, physician groups and consumers in China. However, at this time both sides see a benefit in delivering a total turnkey system which includes MMR PHRs integrated into the system. As the health Information technology market in China continues to evolve, we are preparing to offer a comprehensive solution to the market.
I am already and will always be riding free thru other sources and do not need any of my money in MMRF but thanks for your concern..Tif
You are absolutely right on being a "Happy Camper". Folks do not know how serious the CEO of EMF is in generating revenue today on a daily basis and most do not seem to know that as the 2nd largest shareholder in MMRF he has good reason for generating revenues thru his EMF company and other affiliations that he has generated. He has Signed, Sealed and delivered contracts generating money as I type this...Not to worry..We will all be very happy this year...JMO..Tif
General Custer (Bob Lorsch) has help coming! Captain Reno (Dave Loftus) is riding thru the 2nd quarter bringing re-inforcements (revenue)on a daily/yearly basis and will save the day with Hotschliss/Gatling guns spewing revenue! That's my story and the absolute truth and I am sticking to it! Besides China, Australia, Dental offices, Far East with Unis/MMRF new joint venture, and Lord knows what else I believe this company will do just fine! I believe the final result of that lawsuit will be a MMRF WIN and well worth waiting for! Other patent infringers will pay rather then play the waiting game like Walgreens. ..JMO..Tif..(Thank you Dave Loftus for all the hard work I know you are doing 24/7 to produce meaningful revenues)
""WALGREEN IS WITHOUT SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE OR INFORMATION TO FORM A BELIEF AS TO THE TRUTH OF THE ALLEGATION"". THIS IS REPEATED SIX TIMES! THEY ARE CULPABLE AND THEY AND THEIR PATENT ATTORNEYS/LEGAL ATTORNEYS KNOW IT..GUILTY AS CHARGED, AND PROBABLY CONTINUATIONS UNTIL JUDGE FORCES THE ISSUE!..Just my opinion of course and I feel I am right on the money..Tiffer END

Well Walgreens has put there bluff on the table and now its MMRF's turn to bark back; "We are ready to go to court". Then those Walgreen patent lawyers, if they are honest, will give Walgreens the right advice, rather to continue or settle! Going to be interesting footwork in the future. I, for one, am glad to see this transpire for it will decide once and for all if the U.S. Patent Office carry's any weight behind the patents it issues despite lawyers arguments for the dismissal and invalidity of MMRF's patents. We all might as well forget about justice if big money can sway patents and disregard the underdog. I hope a jury does not let big money lawyers sway justice for MMRF. If I were Walgreens I sure would think twice about a jury verdict and get a second opinion from unbiased patent lawyers on the strength of MMRF's claims! I would also advise Bob Lorsch to do the same thing! Get a second unbiased opinion, and if favorable, to go ahead!..JMO..Tif
Sure been a "Dinky Dow" week and certainly a good "#1" for us "Melican Soldiers" who live in the good old USA!..Tiffer (Vietnam Lingo)
I do not believe that a paltry sum would even be considered by MMRF. I also feel that the paltry sum has probably already been offered and perhaps MMRF replied; Lets have a jury decide damages and revenue for our patent(s) that have been infringed upon! So now perhaps they have reached a reasonable figure. We will soon see I think. JMO..
I look at all those sales and I wonder why folks did not wait for the Walgreen/MMRF negotiations to be finalized and announced! I think its a sure bet that something tangible will come out in MMRFs favor or Walgreens would not have been in discussions with MMRF in the first place if they did not feel they had to do something about MMRF's solid patents which bought them to the table. Whatever happens and whatever news comes forth I feel it is a sure bet that MMRF's patents will be verified and documented as being pure gold for MMRF...Just my opinion of course .. Tif
So many of us have multi-millions that I really do wonder what happens when the traders run out of the OS and no shares to sell especially when something really earth shaking happens on the revenue front? A forward 2 for 1 stock split? It is possible or Lorsch could put some of the AS on the open market and gather more cash in the treasury. Such a great situation for all of us to be in...Sure a fun trip Lorsch is taking us on ..and profitable..
The revenue stream is in place and for those buying this stock now and having the patience for the quarterly's reporting those revenues then we all will be very happy campers especially starting after the 2nd quarter financial report! Of course many day traders have done very well currently and I have no doubt that they will look back some day and say; "My God why did I sell that stock". I hope you invested also in this stock..JMO..Tiffer
When you absolutely KNOW substantial revenues are coming in this year then you hold until they come in and then make your decision to take profits. I am talking about E-Mail Frequency and the CEO's remarks that his company is on track with the 20 million embedded PHR's and let us not forget Celgene which can come thru any day with a multi-million payout, Walgreens of course, Australia, the really BIG boy China and a multitude of signed patent agreements (future agreements coming) already in place that MMRF will profit from. I refuse to watch the caboose pulling away and wonder why I sold any of my shares. I accept the ups and downs of the market but this PPS will ramp up quicky with the "irons in the fire" that MMRF has worked so hard to acquire..JMO...Tiffer
With a favorable scenario with Walgreens come Monday I would say your theory may fly out the window unless you look at a settling down PPS of 25-30 cents!..JMO of course...Tiffer
Just 3 and one half more months to the August 15th report on the 2nd quarter and watch E-Mail Frequency revenues blow this PPS right past the .36 cent high we had some years ago. Absolutely no doubt in my mind as EMF is on track pertaining to Dave Loftus's post on this board of 20 million embedded PHR's whose revenues will start on 2nd quarter report and ramping up substantially in following quarters. I am very excited about what these revenues are going to do for MMRF's "burn rate"..POOF..GONE...JMO...Tif
I think it most likely that Walgreens may play its last card and that is the standard bluff of "I will take it to court and outspend you as I have deeper pockets". Little MMRF will stand up and say "Bring it On". Walgreens may well fold in the interim as they know full well that a straight royal flush beats their 3 of a kind anytime. Then there will be a decent settlement made and hopefully before jury time which Walgreens will surly avoid...JMO...Tiffer
And forward you can look at green times 2, times 3 and onward and upward..
All these firm hands could potentially lead to a 2 for 1 stock split! That would be hilarious and mind blowing. Could also provoke one of the big boys to buy this company out in the dollars...JMO...Tif

Dave and Sherry Loftus are right up there with Bob Lorschs shares also! There shares sure keep Dave focused on generating revenue with the embedded PHR course he is on. Amazing man! as it seems he is always on a plane sending out e-mails on his destinations making new deals which of course he never reveals but just the fact that he is out there working his butt off makes me feel very confident on what his efforts will provide for MMRF's treasury which will show up in future quarterly's. China's potential for revenues is truly mind boggling and I am going to stay in for years if need be for that hugh revenue stream. JMO of course.

Foreign Patent Success in Chinese Courts
BEIJING, China, February 10, 2010 - The Beijing Intermediate People's Court orders two Chinese companies to pay damages as foreign patent infringement case is successful.
Strix, who were established in 1951 on the Isle of Man, successfully followed through a patent infringement order against Zhejiang Jiatai Electrical Appliance Manufacturing, and Leqing Fada Electrical Appliances, who were ordered by the court to pay damages amounting to 7.1 million RMB, and 2 million RMB respectively.
Strix's patented technology, which automatically turns off a kettle appliance after reaching a certain temperature, appeared to have been unlawfully used by the two Chinese corporations in question. The court's decision, finding in favour of Strix highlights the importance of protecting foreign IPR in China. As well as emphasising the third amendment Patent Law, the result also highlights adherence to the National IP Strategy.
Strix have their manufacturing headquarters in Guangzhou. The factory opened in 1997, and employs near on 700 people.
Edward Lehman, Managing Director of Lehman, Lee & Xu highlighted the significance of this case, "Beijing's judiciary have highlighted adherence to domestic PRC legislation and to international conventions the country is a binding signatory to. Such a case goes to show that China is taken IPR infringement very seriously."
PRC Lawyer Wang Donghui concurred with Mr Lehman, "Our strong litigation department here at Lehman, Lee & Xu has represented numerous clients in protecting their intellectual property rights in domestic Chinese courts. Our dedicated and professional team are made up of lawyers with a wealth of experience, ready to protect our clients IPR". He continues by adding "our departments strength is evident by numerous awards given to Lehman, Lee & Xu in recognition of our hard work and effective representation."
Lehman, Lee & Xu is one of the first five private law firms established in the People's Republic of China. After nearly twenty years of practice and development, Lehman, Lee & Xu now has more than two hundred patent, trademark and PRC-licensed attorneys working in numerous branch offices located in the most-developed cities in China. As one of the leading IP firms in China, Lehman, Lee & Xu provides high quality legal service to its clients and has been consistently rated among the top five IP law firms in China. Lehman, Lee & Xu is also a top-three commercial law firm, and has provided a variety of commercial legal services to hundreds of clients, many of them multinational corporations (MNCs) and Fortune 100 companies. The firm's diverse catalog of commercial services covers foreign direct investment (FDI), merger and acquisition (M&A), tax, employment and many other areas. When Dave Loftus says we will all be happy campers (including himself as he mentioned) this year then you can take that to the bank. In my many conversations with him I have found him to be a very honest man and when he said recently that EMF is on track then you can believe it. JMO..Tif
I think the worldwide patent coverage that Bob Lorsch has established will blunt the spear of these unwanted attacks on MMRF's patents(if any) from any quarter. I have always believed that just the embedded PHR's would make this company very successful and now with MMRF and Unis looking together even beyond China then this companys revenues will be a slam dunk for those with the patience of hold and wait! Australia is also a big factor and our vendor there is currently signing up revenue generating customers. It boggles my mind when I think of China and the MMRF's/Unis contract in Henan Province with 110 million folks that are currently in the process of the new electronic medical records and you can believe that Unis will be granted other provinces until the almost 2 billion folks in China are under total electronic coverage. China alone in the future can make this company a multi-billion market cap company in my opinion. The numbers do not lie and just patience will make many on this board multi-millionaires...Think of all the lives that this little company (so far) will save in the future. All of MMRF's employees and vendors are on a great humanitarian mission, whether they know it or not, besides of course making money...JMO..Tif
China has its own patent office which has issued a patent for MMRF and I believe the revenues coming in from China will be HUGH. Also E-Mail Frequency operates worldwide besides the U.S. with the embedded PHR in employees benefit packages and also operating in a large part under other country's patent agency's. I still have faith in the Patent Attorney's professionalism and conclusion about the validity of MMRF's patents otherwise they would not be taking anything on contingency!..we will see..Tif
I sure would have liked to see revenues signed, sealed and delivered instead of the word 'MIGHT SEE" on the CEO's latest PR this AM. It would have been nice to see a solid revenue flow disclosed like what is coming from E-Mail Frequency's efforts in the coming months! I guess BL will just have to wait for E-Mail Frequency to hand MMRF the revenues for deposit before he can give all the good news to us stockholders via the financial quarterly's or perhaps a beforehand PR. Those revenues are definitely coming and I am sure BL will let us all know how proud he is of his long time friend's efforts on generating revenues not only for E-Mail Frequency but for MMRF as well. I predict that MMRF's PPS will hit between .50 to .75 this year partly because of EMF's success on those 20,000,000 embedded PHR's. Of course Bob Lorsch could come thru mightily with a completion of significan patent settlements..we will see I guess but I see EMF as a for sure versus the unknowns of "Might See". CHINA??..HUGH..JMO..Tif
No mention of ongoing lawsuit with Walgreens and what progress on talks so I really think there will be no out of court settlement because of perhaps an offer by Walgreens that was too minimal for MMRF to consider. I believe this lawsuit will go on to a trial by jury which will be sympathetic to MMRF because of the solid patents MMRF has and of course the "David against Goliath" scenario where a jury is more often then not sympathetic to the underdog. I really hope this is where it is going because a very low revenue agreement with Walgreens at this time would set the stage for minimal revenue from all other future agreements with infringers of MMRF's valuable patents. Before the onset of said jury trial I believe Walgreens would come thru with a substantial settlement as they would know full well that they would lose and the damages aspect/award of that lawsuit by a jury would increase dramatically. Walgreens lawyers are not stupid and they know full well that they do not want their client (Walgreens) to go to a trial by jury. When the scenario I describe happens (hopefully) then we will be well on our way to a substantial revenue stream and of course a PPS far surpassing the past high of .36 cents. This process will not take years but only months in my opinion as a potential jury damage award will keep mounting up against Walgreens as they continue to increase their customer base..JMO..Tiffer
I will never let greed take over my sense of right and wrong and if others cannot, then deal with it. I will congratulate when due and condemn when due. This company will be fine and revenues are going to come in but be aware that everything is not lily white and shenanigans have occurred and it directly affects the way I feel a CEO should treat his stockholders and so I make it known whether anybody likes it or not..JMO..Tif
Unresolved ancient history that should have been resolved and never has. Life ins. policy for wife was so atrocious that I cannot believe that the CEO stuffed it down stockholders throats! Dave Loftus is right on track with what he is doing and no need to worry about this individual who overflows with integrity and honesty. It just bothers me that the Authorized Shares which I consider a money tree is being plucked on a daily basis by non-essential, non-company related expenses purely on the CEO's whim. I look at CEO's like Lee Iaccoca of Chrysler who got a 1 dollar salary and would not have got a dime unless he performed and did it in grand stye by something called austerity and not personal gluttony like our CEO practices. I have nothing against Bob Lorsch personally, I just do not like what he does with what little money that comes into MMRF's treasury. Nobody's posts will affect this stock .. ONLY REVENUES .. and they are coming despite the CEO's irresponsible plucking of the "money tree". Of course just my opinion and the truth as I see it...later..Tif
It bothered me somewhat when I did not see any mention of a diamond ring which is an asset of MMRF stockholders. Did this diamond ring end up in the CEO's wifes jewelry box? We all realize how self- serving Bob Lorsch can be with a multi-million life insurance policy for his wife that provides for half going to MMRF and half to his wife which MMRF's stockholders are paying for and his high living life style that stockholders pay for with his Bentley lease and most likely (not verified-but likely) using the corporate credit card for anything he can get away with which is pretty much all of his daily expenses which includes of all his/wifes/friends meals (discussing business at every meal of course). I think it is unfair for Bob Lorsch to not be forthcoming with what happens with an asset that simply seems to disappear and does not belong to him but to the asset side of MMRF. This is just me being fair and balanced on what is good and bad on the CEO's activitys. I continue to applaud him on his pursuit of patent revenue and hopefully his self-serving activitys can be forgiven in light of REAL future revenues (instead of innuendos hinting at revenues) thru his efforts. But until those revenues come in I question each and every dollar/asset that Bob Lorsch is not being transparent about. He owes that to all stockholders...JMO...Tif
I honestly believe that the only reason Luo Jianhui is coming here is that the recent communication capabilitys of MMRF's PHR (which is an ongoing upgrade/process) has made it a very valuable PHR and the Chinese now see that MMRF's patents will hold a lot of water in other countrys that Unis would like to do business in. I wonder if Unis will make an offer to buy the company...You just never know, but one thing is for sure, and that is MMRF's patents are pure gold as UNIS well knows!...JMO...Tif
"The two companies are also discussing a separate venture where they would jointly sell to the global Chinese market wherever MMR holds its patents. Mr. Luo will be staying at Mr. Lorsch's Beverly Hills residence during his visit". .END This means that China towns like San Francisco, L.A., worldwide chinese communitys will be targets for sales! I suspect the chinese already have strong sales forces in place in ALL worldwide chinese communitys and this could be HUGH for any country that MMRF has patents for. Like Singapore??? HUGH. The Tongs might even be enlisted to make an offer that can't be refused (THE GODFATHER)..LOL..I really liked Marlon Brando's acting...Tif
MMRF may have lucked out and find themselves doing business with a respectable, reputable chinese company unlike most in China who just steal all other countrys patents....I sure hope so..JMO..Tif
I do believe nice revenues will be on board on the August 15th report from E-Mail Frequency no matter who is telling you different! That "who" is not privy to what E-Mail Frequency is doing and neither am I. I just trust the statement from Dave Loftus that was made on this board many months ago. Of course it helps when he says "We are going to be happy campers this summer"....JMO..Tif
