I do not believe that a paltry sum would even be considered by MMRF. I also feel that the paltry sum has probably already been offered and perhaps MMRF replied; Lets have a jury decide damages and revenue for our patent(s) that have been infringed upon! So now perhaps they have reached a reasonable figure. We will soon see I think. JMO..
