I think it most likely that Walgreens may play its last card and that is the standard bluff of "I will take it to court and outspend you as I have deeper pockets". Little MMRF will stand up and say "Bring it On". Walgreens may well fold in the interim as they know full well that a straight royal flush beats their 3 of a kind anytime. Then there will be a decent settlement made and hopefully before jury time which Walgreens will surly avoid...JMO...Tiffer
