I spoke to Xcel & PUC today.

PUC said:
The Public Utilities Commission does not enter into purchased power agreements.  The agreements are between the utility and the independent power producer.

Xcel mentioned that 2 companies are under PPA negotiations in Huerfano County. Xcel said it's confidential while under negotiation, but will be made available to the public once agreement is reached. Xcel also said that they're close to reaching the States renewable energy goal before it original plans.

If you connect the dots BLDV/Freedomworks LLC conducted and had favorable wind results in Huerfano County for a wind farm. Now, what other companies are in the same position???

A post says that BLDV & FreedomWorks LLC were separated and they were not working on this Wind Farm together but I posted a LINK with an Email confirming the joint venture is still on. Now they want say that governor office hasn't heard of the two.

I've not had any contact with Mr. Moaning. I sent Mr. Tim Williamson of FreedomWorks, LLC a note when we took the tower down in May 2010, but I never got a response back.

As to Blue Diamond, I never spoke to anyone there. I went back through my emails and discovered only one reference to Blue Diamond. There was a time from about November 2008 through June 2009 when FreedomWorks was having difficulty paying the invoices of the firm that installed the tower. That was back when the economy really hit rock-bottom. I got an email from Mr. Williamson in June 2009 that Blue Diamond Ventures would be paying the installers. The only name mentioned was a Mr. Quincy Moaning. The only contact information was the email address johnmoaning@yahoo.com.
