I've not had any contact with Mr. Moaning. I sent Mr. Tim Williamson of FreedomWorks, LLC a note when we took the tower down in May 2010, but I never got a response back.

As to Blue Diamond, I never spoke to anyone there. I went back through my emails and discovered only one reference to Blue Diamond. There was a time from about November 2008 through June 2009 when FreedomWorks was having difficulty paying the invoices of the firm that installed the tower. That was back when the economy really hit rock-bottom. I got an email from Mr. Williamson in June 2009 that Blue Diamond Ventures would be paying the installers. The only name mentioned was a Mr. Quincy Moaning. The only contact information was the email address [e-mail].

On your company's website you stated that the Colorado Public Utility Commission gave the green light to the San Luis Valley transmission upgrade project to carry solar and wind energy from San Luis Valley over La Veta Pass to the Front Range. This transmission line will help support a 198 MW power plant is scheduled for commercial operations in 2012.
