Not so sure about that.
worse than anything Jeff has, can or will ever do....
A money pit?
Now that's the kind of advice I can REALLY use! LOL
Thanks for the very kind offer, but everyone who is in that (sinking) boat (including me) already has all the expertise in that arena that one could possibly need or want.
He used to "threaten"...
Haven't heard ANYTHING from him lately.
Is he still alive? Was he EVER?
Maybe Lanza is just a bad dream???

Wow!!! That's $1600!
BFD!
Thanks for WHAT???
Jeff deserves our thanks .... not our scorn.
Joe, Can you get for us the current A/S and O/S?
Let's get all this "dilution" talk into perspective.
I think QASP primarily tanked because it sucks, not because of external factors.
OOPS, that is all -JMHO...lol
At least I only have 10's of millions of shares, not hundreds of millions! Still, I do wish this had amounted to more than a (very small) hill of beans!
pack, QASP cannot sustain a HUGE drop...
very small drop from .0002 to zip!
the huge part was done long ago.
huge drop in price
Still no bid,volume, or news!
you can apply that lesson to about 99% of pink CEOs. You wouldn't want your sister dating one of them!
LOL That's a good one!
NO a GREAT one!
I'll vote for the ex-wife and the psychiatrist!
"Your doomed" what?
Did you mean "you're doomed"?
Well, this was just a flash-in-the-pan!
All fat and no meat!
Not sure that a merger would have left us any better off.
If QASP had merged, that "investment" would have gone down by 20 times, too. How is that any better than where we are now.
This ship is sinking and I can't see how anyone is going to be able to patch her up.
Joe is doing no worse here than Jeff is doing over there. (No better, either.) The responsibility for running QASP into the ground lies squarely with Dean (and to a lesser extent with "Thanksforthememories" for pumping it).
Qasp was already dead when Joe took the controls. He's trying to breathe some life back into it. His motives some claim to be selfish. (Isn't that the nature of the stock market?) But he also might recoup a bit of the shareholder's stake in the process. I'm not holding my breath, but it could happen.
yeah, but its a long way to $2. doubt this will ever see it. better plan to trade a lot before then!
You might be right, I have no way of knowing either.
It seems to be a common trait among pink CEO's....dishonesty, I mean. If I did some of the things they do, I know for sure I would be in jail, or at least out of a job.
Not sure that Joe has done anything illegal...yet
You may not like what he says, but planning a massive dilution of stock to acquire funds to pay off debt is common practice in the pink world. Dean, on the other hand, committed fraud and misused company funds, imo. He and "Thanksforthememories" pumped this stock when they knew there was nothing to back it up but hot air. I, too, would not be disappointed to see Dean wearing orange coveralls, picking up trash on the freeway.
Since Joe took over, I don't think there have been enough assets in the company to even comprise a misdemeanor if he stole them all!
You may be right, though. None of the responsible parties are likely to see jail time. Too bad...
$2.00?? Great!
That means that (after the reverse split) this will be worth almost 20% of it's former "value"
WHAT "looks good"
Not this POS
BOTH those guys should be in Jail!
I am beginning to think that is the very rare pink sheet CEO who has the slightest inkling of what the responsibility to shareholders is! If I ran my company like these guys do, I can guarantee that I would be wearing an orange jumpsuit, hoping that Bubba doesn't want a new "friend".
Yes but the Magic 8-Ball says:
"The future is fuzzy"
WTF
So there you have it all you "believers"
There will be no swap! No private placement! nada! zero! zilch! NOTHING!
You were led along by the nose and you followed and supported your savior. But the truth is: all of the CEO's of QASP are just out for their own personal interest. None of them understands even the most basic concept of fiduciary responsibility. To each, it seems, shareholders are just an ATM to be raped and pillaged.
The only hope that any of us has is that Joe (Yes, Joe!) will try to make what is left of this fiasco, profitable. By doing so, we might be able to recoup some of our losses (I hesitate to call them an "investment" any longer.) Probably not, but that is the last thread of hope to which shareholders can cling.
Not just my humble opinion...
Whoa! Personal responsibility, what a novel concept!
I can't blame Dean or Jeff for my faulty investment sense, either. I do think that the harm they did by pumping QASP the way they did is not something to be easily dismissed.
I do not believe the "swap" will ever happen. Just a ploy to redirect the wrath of the masses, IMO.
Jeff and Joe both took the helm to try to recoup their personal losses. I don't blame either one for doing so, but neither do I hold them in any great esteem for any purported altruistic motivation. I recognize the motivation of both for what it is: self-serving. The fallout from the actions of one or the other might actually benefit QASP stockholders, but I'll not hold my breath.
If you leave them out there at "market" long enough you might get lucky. I got rid of a couple of million like that back a few months ( they sold at .0001), so I got a couple of hundred back from my "investment". If I could repeat that about 20 times, I would only be down a few $K. Trouble is, I haven't had a bit of movement on any sell order since then. The trades we see every day must be at bids so low, they don't even hit my broker's radar. If BDGR were a limbo, we would have a real winner here: How Low Can You GO? Instead we have a REAL WEINER!
And I share your opinion!
Lanza should be in jail.
Lanza's pocket would be my guess... just a guess, though. I have no proof.
well said!
Gotta be some new account holder with a "free trial period". Why he would waste a penny is hard to figure, though.
There is no information, shared on iHUB that could be considered "insider", at least not to the point that prosecution would occur. Heck, some of the pinkey CEO's and friends are so guilty of blatant market manipulation that "insider" trading would seem angelic in comparison.
Those of us who have thrown money into QASP have to come to terms with the fact that we were shaken down by the dregs of investing society. We don't have a snowball's chance in hell of seeing any of the perpetrators prosecuted fro their crimes and even a slimmer chance for recouping any part of our "investment".
Thanks for the morning chuckle, gentlemen!
That's about all I'm going to get out of my "investment" in this POS, so I do appreciate the humor.
BTW, I was never a "true believer" in OOAG. I just followed Ben over here one day when my half-brain said: "That Ben, he seems like a smart guy! Let's see where he's staking a claim..." I'll never listen to that half of the ol' brain again!
just kidding Ben...
Only in my dreams!!!
This stock should be at $3.00 or more
Cough, cough... the dust and cobwebs in here are incredible.
I hope you gave him my "regards"! lol
bdgr had a good guy once...
Dr. Bailey's the reason I bought into this POS.
Didn't know he wasn't staying.
My guess is they are trying to stay out of jail?
BDGR management took an oath of silence, why ?
Seems to be haveing a bit of trouble getting there...
perhaps they need another reverse split?
Good question! Enquiring minds want to know! LOL
That post is speaks volumes about the true character of the person posting it. Thanks, Sputnik, for bringing this back into our collective consciousness.
Caveat Emptor has to be the byword for the day. One must be extremely careful as to whom is worthy of trust.
