Not sure that Joe has done anything illegal...yet

You may not like what he says, but planning a massive dilution of stock to acquire funds to pay off debt is common practice in the pink world. Dean, on the other hand, committed fraud and misused company funds, imo. He and "Thanksforthememories" pumped this stock when they knew there was nothing to back it up but hot air. I, too, would not be disappointed to see Dean wearing orange coveralls, picking up trash on the freeway.

Since Joe took over, I don't think there have been enough assets in the company to even comprise a misdemeanor if he stole them all!

You may be right, though. None of the responsible parties are likely to see jail time. Too bad...
