We have not missed any filing deadlines for our funding agreement. The target of 90 days is just that, a target. Q3 was sent to the filing agent Friday afternoon. As soon as the auditors finish Q4 and year end which they think will be this week they will be filed.



Mr. Farr received no cash compensation in 2009. My receipt was $5,000 for 2009, a period when I was paying college and parochial school tuition for four kids. We have also received only $3,000 this year against our management fee obligations. Mr. Farr and I lent ARSC $8,000 in April to cover Company expenses. We also took stock as a partial compensation against unpaid fees. If you want to see where the money goes read the Annual reports on form 10-K which are audited and the Quarterly reports on form 10-Q which are reviewed by the Auditors.

lol..thats funny. As you are speaking over the phone with him the 3rd quarter 10Q comes out. So, maybe we should assume when they answer us on time frames we should give or a take a few days. Thanks and nice work.

I hope all is well. You recently replied to an email I sent and on April 22nd you stated that the 3rd and 4th quarter financials for 2009 would be filed next week and the annual report soon after.
As you can tell we are past that time frame. So now I ask:
1. What is the current share structure?

2. Again, now that we have misssed the filing date required for the additional financing, is it safe to assume that we will not be getting the next tranche of funding?

3. If the company is indeed raising the O/S for funding could you please provide proof on what this money is being used for, as a lot of shareholders are concerned it is being used to pay a handsome salary for youself and Mr. Farr.

All Im saying is before 11:00 am the ask was at .0002 and thats when we had near 500 million in volume. so all the .0002's that went out with all that volume were buys..people hitting the ask wich is why we moved up to .0003.

And what does it say for this morning?

This afternoon after the ask went to .0003 yes they are sells but this morning when the ask was at .0002 then they were buys.

Because when the sells went through 3's were on the ask. And if you look at where the majority of the volume came in, those 2's were all buys.

Because we already know about that. They wanted to spin off hydra last April. Funding fell through last year...seriously, ecomnomically we all know what last year was like. OK so funding has now resumed and we are picking up where we left off. Why is that so hard to understand?

Honestly...probably. It has been happening for awhile now only at .0001. The O/S does keep increasing sad to say. But everyone was saying this couldn't uptick because of that..and it has very quickly today. With everything in the pipeline and this being the bottom all will be ok. JMHO
