Mr. Frank Neukomm,
I hope all is well. You recently replied to an email I sent and on April 22nd you stated that the 3rd and 4th quarter financials for 2009 would be filed next week and the annual report soon after.
As you can tell we are past that time frame. So now I ask:
1. What is the current share structure?

2. Again, now that we have misssed the filing date required for the additional financing, is it safe to assume that we will not be getting the next tranche of funding?

3. If the company is indeed raising the O/S for funding could you please provide proof on what this money is being used for, as a lot of shareholders are concerned it is being used to pay a handsome salary for youself and Mr. Farr.


Thank you in advance for your timely response to my email.There were heavy volume and interest in this stock that is now all but dried up, I would appreciate knowing is the O/S increased or the shorters are having their way with the stock. We desperately need a substantial PR this week to get the momentum going again.
