The market is pricing MMPIQ at the buyout price, not at the lower values in the other plans. Can you explain?
What's worse? The insider management team.
For every dollar spent trying to find a way to save the company, about 52 cents impacts the wealth of M&M. These guys should have focused on finding ways to speed up the process, not slow it down, to enhance their own wealth and us shareholders.
Can you provide a chart connecting the LT tops?
Would it be possible to just tell us what you expect in the short term? I will understand if you decline.
Doesn't the market price now put Charlestown/Heartland in third place? Do you think the others will counter?
Looks like you and EI had a late night. It's strange to watch all this happen - a Q with three plans and other potential investors wanting a piece of the action selling at a discount while other investors are chasing dreams that are not likely to come true?
I suggest everyone take a few minutes to read the work of EI and 56Chevy.
If you do not have a great deal of time, this message might help:

You got to wonder? Did Meruelo or the lawyer Maddux have their legal team review the press release prior to submission?
The $20 mark has now been hit. Is it still a "hold"?
If a "sell", where would you reinvest the proceeds? MMPIQ?
You say the lawsuit and OTS are not related. Can you please explain the following:
6. A key aspect of the Settlement is that it addresses outstanding OTS concerns and allows for lifting of many of the restrictions under which FSB currently operates. This change will allow FSB to more efficiently conduct its business operations, originate mortgage loans and, subject to certain limitations, issue brokered certificates of deposit to refund maturing deposits. This will allow LBHI to sell FSB as a going concern, which LBHI believes will provide it with the best opportunity to realize the fair value of its equity interest in FSB.
Looks like EI really did get this one right after all. The day chart also does not look pretty.
Looks like a blown tire to me!
Looking for answers? I suggest you take a few minutes and read recent postings by EI and 56Chevy. These guys had the answers before the crisis. Well, actually told us how to make money AND how not to lose money.
Looks like you really did your homework? You expect PCBC decline further, right? Why did you not hold on to your puts until the price got lower?
EI really has PCBC figured out!

Did you actually buy puts or sell short in anticipation of the decline? It looks like the price has found a range of $.90 to $1.10.
Is there any legal restriction keeping management from buying shares in the open market? I was thinking they could attempt to derail any other plan by owning 67 percent?
However, these guys own too much stock not to screw everyone else!
MMPIQ - Legendary/EWB files plan.
The value has been increased to $.227. Just the start!

How does Ford get institutions to invest in PCBC?
I thought EI had left something out. I was wrong! It turns out that EI had already provided his theory nearly 11 weeks ago.

It often pays to review his old posts.
MMPIQ - Judge Thompson terminates exclusivity for Legendary/EWB. Plan is due Friday.

EI is not on the list. Am I missing something?
Is there really "unanimous support" for the Legendary/EWB Plan?
The call only lasted about 15 minutes. I was expecting more information on the recapitalization. You?
I would like to know how this deal plays out.
Sorry. I found it on the link:
Not for us. I am sure Meruelo, Maddux and the Danning Gill team won't be relaxing by the shore or pool anytime soon. Got to come up with a new plan pretty fast, correct?
When EI talks, people (should) listen - borrowing a line from the old E F Hutton tag line.
MMPIQ heating up. Legendary and East West Bank want to file a competing plan.
Thanks EI for the PM. I fully understand now what you are saying. I will be adding a few more shares at these discounted levels.
Why hasn't there been a positive reaction to the OCC restructuring. Based on SK billing postings by EI, it would seem that there are several parties in doing a deal with creditors? Am I missing something?
The letter campaign must have played a role the appointment of the OEC. Has a large shareholder or third party contacted you directly?
"A leopard cannot change its spots."
You posted commentary, day in, day out, that appeared, at least to me, designed to discredit the work of EI. We may never know the impact of his letter campaign on the formation of the EC.
The man earned my respect much earlier than today. I will now thank EI publically for all MMPIQ shareholders including you.
One question, did you ever send him a copy of your letter?
Do you remember making this statement, "the first person that offers me a dime for MMPI can have my shares"? I think it was EI who said that June 11 (today) would be the day
There are several now. Are you leaving us?
EI is not only good at "copying and pasting" court filings, he has obviously spent a great deal of his time and money keeping us informed on what is going on here and other companies. We all benefit from a "free lunch". What else could anyone ask for? I have probably read most of his iHub posts. He does not appear to be afraid to admit a mistake. I am confident he would do it here, if needed.
You are doing a great job of challenging him (I can't think of a better word). Not sure if this your goal.
Only time will provide us with the answers we are seeking.
MMPIQ is starting heat up on legal front.
