Copacetic, this is a good price right now. News could drop at any moment, and I would not want to be the guy who ends up telling everyone that you did own shares, but you flipped because you just couldn't believe what the company had going for it, and what the company was about to do.
Investment advisors nearly always say to look at the managers in charge of the company before investing. Doctor Dalton is a remarkable individual with worldwide recognition, and with contacts with everyone who is anyone. Based on that advice, Univec seems like a pretty good bet just based on Dalton alone. IMO However, a look at some of the other managers should also convince you.
You are so right Sam'd'Mil' we cannot be far from "Set Go" right now. I suspect any moment we will see the big reveal.
Thanks a lot MJplay. I appreciate the update.
MJplay, your post regarding Walmart appears to be spot on. A report on Fox Business this morning says Walmart is interested in selling CBD products and will be looking to add seven or eight CBD products right away. No indication in that report about who might be their supplier. Good job MJ and keep it coming.
Charliebee, I must say that is a very well written post. However, it does sound strangely familiar. They say mimicry is the best form of flattery, so I truly do thank you.
Happy Mother's day one and all. If you haven't called or visited your mom yet today, then please try to do so. You only live once, and regret is more common than you know.
MJplay, I am told our products will be sold everywhere. I assume this means our over-the-counter products such as CBD oil, and creams, and lotions and such but it certainly could mean other products as well since insurance coverage is stated. Good job my friend.
I have been giving a little thought as to why Doctor Dalton might be awarded by IFAH. Several ideas come to mind, but I suspect this could be the reason. IMO
IFAH (formerly Smart Health Conference) Las Vegas begins on 18th June 2019. IFAH is the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare.
”We firmly believe that the healthcare industry can benefit immensely, by bringing like-minded people on a common platform. We see ourselves as mere facilitators in that process, committed to doing our bit for an industry that we have learned and gained so much from.”
“Our promise is to enable healthcare professionals from across the world, to come together, deliberate and work on improving the impact healthcare has on today’s world.”
Making the Current Generation Aware of the New-age Change in Health and Technology
Significant progress in the field of advanced healthcare is subject to how broad is your spectrum of technologies, whether for computing genetics, brain technology, or study of new materials, energy, transportation and environmental tools and systems. It is clear that we need to follow a completely different healthcare approach to fulfill the health demands of the 21st century. We shouldn’t be wasting our resources defending 20th century systems and focus on the construction of new and radically different 21st century services.
Putting patients and individuals suffering themselves as the center of the new-age healthcare means putting them into the driver’s seat and helping them get accustomed to the radical changes around them, in an efficient manner. To harness this potential in every other household, there is a need to present the norms for future healthcare management on a different platform altogether. Also, it is necessary to raise awareness about the same via an open conference elaborating on the various new-day technologies, and the latest technological innovations and medical advances that have been synthesized in the 21st century.
IFAH 2019 is the year’s most awaited healthcare management conference focusing on the latest innovations.
When technology has taken over our planet – how can healthcare be far behind? Learn the holistic approach to assemble a new-age healthcare sector that is fast changing the face of America.

One possibility for Doctor Dalton being awarded the IFAH award is Telehealth. IMO
Telehealth applications are an emerging technology in a new era of health care system technologies. Many advancements have been made in recent years in telemedicine technologies including mobile stroke units, wireless wearable sensors, leadless pacemakers, and wound scanning devices. The World Health Organization (WHO) defined telemedicine as “delivering health care services from a distance by interactive, visual, and data communications for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease and injuries.”
I suggest Telehealth as the reason for the IFAH award because Doctor Dalton is deeply involved in this emerging industry.
I agree Wharfrat. Investors are thinking far too small. If only HRI and PPSI are pulled into Univec (PPSI is already a fully owned subsidiary), then the market cap for UNVC will be in the BILLIONS of dollars. I am estimating about 200 million in revs from HRI and at least the same for PPSI. This does not include any of the business Univec itself has. I see dollars my friend, and this is without big pharma deals and the V.A. Nor does it consider the products that I am told people will be able to buy EVERYWHERE. The future looks bright indeed.
Vinsterr, most cannabis investors do not realize that the old model of selling cannabis on a corner is obsolete. That model is a holdover from the drug pusher days. Doctor Dalton has the new model for selling products. 70,000 pharmacies located throughout the United States, Canada, and parts of Mexico will transform this industry. The revenues will be spectacular.
What we see this morning is a little shaking of the tree after a big run-up the day before. Normal is the only way to look at it.
What will matter now is the news, the financials, the partnerships, the products and all the assets. Imagine the share price in the next few days when all this information is released. Mind boggling. Buy and hold is the only way to play this stock. Flipping at a time when news could be released at any moment is the most dangerous game that anyone could play IMO.
Doctor Dalton (UNVC CEO) is a brilliant individual whose goal is to change and improve the world. He is invited to speak at the Hope Global forum and to receive an award for being one of the top 100 health care professionals in the entire world at the IFAH conference because of his efforts and achievements. Doctor Dalton is particularly interested in helping the poor and those left behind by current economic conditions. Specifically, Dalton is striving to create a more sustainable economy that improves the lives of all people everywhere around the globe.
When it comes to health care, Dalton is at the forefront when it comes to affordable medications. He is also deeply involved in cannabis research activities. Keep in mind Sterling Crockett brought this group of leaders together after cancer was diagnosed for a family member. Cancer for that family member now appears to be gone because of cannabis treatments (current traditional medicine failed to do so). Both Crockett and Dalton are also deeply involved in veterans and their care and treatment, as is Doctor Mitchell. Doctor Dalton and Doctor Mitchell are both pioneers in the development of telemedicine and teledoc --- this technology is said to be the future of personalized healthcare, and allows anyone with a computer to consult with a doctor via their own computer while in the comfort of their own home.
Doctor Dalton operates clinics that are CARF approved (this is the highest approval one can get for any clinic that treats patients with cannabis products). The CARF approved clinics treat opioid addiction, PTSD, brain trauma, depression, and many other ailments. Doctor Dalton has a close relationship with the CEO of Merck, and we appear to be working on some type of business deal with them. There are actually rumors of two or three big pharma companies interested in partnering with or doing business with Dalton.
On an international note, research is being done on or is already complete and approved for the treatment of major medical ailments with CBD. It is my understanding that it is these cannabis treatments that sparked the interest of big pharma. Imagine, the world’s biggest medical ailments treated with a common and every day herb. Univec will have these treatments, and they will set the standard by which all others will be judged by. In Israel they call this the Gold Standard, and that is exactly what we will have. Univec is also a medical supplier to the V.A., and our products will be covered by insurance. Did I mention that PPSI (a wholly owned subsidiary of Univec) handles billing and product ordering for 70,000 pharmacies throughout the United States, Canada, and parts of Mexico.

I made some inquiries about the method used to select the award recipients for the IFAH award.
Awards Committee IFAH <awardees@ifah.world> wrote:
We received a lot of incredible nominations this year, and choosing the top 100 awardees was a very difficult job for our judging committee. All nominees were adjudged on 5 parameters, namely:
1. Overall Reach
2. Industry Impact
3. Spirit of Innovation
4. Future Readiness
5. Market Demand
After careful consideration and extensive research our awards committee rated each applicant on every parameter to reach the final list of awardees.

Univec products will soon be arriving at a store near you. Obviously we all live in different parts of the country, and some live in sparsely populated rural areas where coverage is nearly non-existent. However, for most, Univec products will be readily available. I suggest you try these products as needed when you find them. I am told that regardless of how well your current CBD product might work for you, you will very likely experience an improvement with Doctor Dalton’s products. Exciting times my friends.
BREAKING NEWS - BREAKING NEWS - BREAKING NEWS
Doctor David L. Dalton has just been selected for the 'Top 100 Healthcare Leaders' award to be conferred at IFAH (formerly known as Smart Health Conference) on 18th-20th June, 2019 at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.
One of the greatest satisfactions that can come to any individual is peer recognition, and the IFAH conference does just that. The IFAH 3-day conference helps professionals gain insights about the healthcare technology industry worldwide and provides networking opportunities for attendees.

Doctor David Dalton’s selection as one of the top 100 healthcare professionals in the entire world speaks volumes about his character and abilities. Few honors are so cherished and so humbly bestowed.
This is a big deal, and it is a platform that allows a worldwide stage to promote current and future endeavors.
IFAH USA 2019 will bring together 1000+ healthcare professionals from across the world on a common platform.
About this Event
As a successful tech services firm, we have worked with hundreds of companies in healthcare, gaming, IoT, AI, ML, credit bureau, defense etc. Whilst working with them, we saw a need for a global platform to bring key stakeholders together, to share ideas, brainstorm and innovate for the betterment of mankind.
The need gave birth to our events firm, Prism Events, Inc. headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, headed by founders Faisal Abidi and Raghib Khan. We’ve successfully wrapped up two successful healthcare events in 2018 for International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare - IFAH (formerly called Smart Health Conference), one each in Las Vegas and Dubai. 2019 promises to be a key year in our quest to disrupt the conference space with 3 events for IFAH lined up in Las Vegas (18-20 June), London (27-29 August) and Dubai (17-19 December).
At IFAH, we’re looking forward to bring together some of the leading minds in the healthcare space on a common platform and help drive the new global economy by sharing ideas, innovation and things that help improve the impact technology has on healthcare. We are committed to taking this concept of organizing conferences across the globe to further our mission while increasing our presence within the industry, which in turn will contribute to our ongoing growth.

MJPLAY it's good to be Irish, and having a pot of gold because you have the luck of the Irish is even better. Univec is going to shock the world, and investors will stare in disbelief at their account totals. The only thing that might be better is the Midas touch, but this might even surpass that.
Thank you Wharfrat, you are welcome.
Good Morning Folks. I suspect some might wonder how Univec will unfold as news begins to flow. First, I expect to see the financials this month followed quickly by an 8k (perhaps several in rapid order) as UNVC moves to become a fully reporting company. From what I gather, the financials alone should blow people away. Why, because I suspect we will learn Univec is a worldwide corporation that manufactures product in at least five countries and supplies product to over 80 different countries spanning the entire globe. It appears the business model changed after the initial launch of its disposable syringes and now operates primarily overseas and the syringes seem to be all pre-filled and fully disposable safety syringes (by the way, Dalton bought and operates the company that safely disposes of the syringes after use). In addition, we have a wholly owned subsidiary called Physicians and Pharmaceutical Services Inc. (PPSI). PPSI appears to be a very large company, and indeed may be much larger than Health Resources Inc. which we learned earned 185 million in revenue last year. Exactly how big is PPSI? This is hard to estimate, but PPSI operates throughout the entire United States, Canada, and parts of Mexico and interacts with about 70,000 pharmacies --- this suggests it is a very large company indeed. Will RSI be folded into Univec as well? HRI could be folded into Univec because HRI operates clinics that seem to be a natural fit for the opioid treatments we soon expect to see (these clinics can and do treat PTSD as well).
So the question is “why is UNVC trading at just a quarter of one penny if the company is so large and producing so much revenue.”
The answer is because no one knows about this company --- YET. Doctor Dalton filed to become a dark and non-reporting company after he was muscled out of the syringe business as it was initially formulated.
This makes UNVC perhaps the best kept secret and investment one could make in the OTC penny stock market place --- an undiscovered gem with products that will very likely change the world as we know it.
I could write more because there simply is so much more to write, but that might require a book just to give the possibilities justice.

Killer Whale, Harvest is located in Florida and many other states as is MariMed. We could be supplying product by way of Sativeo or HCI as well. The close partnership between Rite-Aid and GNC is mutually beneficial for both parties. SCAM.
We now have a full line of CBD products at GNC.
https://www.gnc.com/herbs-natural-solutions/cbd-products/
I wonder where they are getting their products from.
Why is CBD on Shelf at Big Box Stores?
April 30, 2019 by Mike Luce
With GNC joining the ranks of mainstream big box stores carrying some type of CBD product (along with other major players in the drug channel like CVS and Walgreens), as if you needed any further evidence to believe, the rush is officially ‘on’ for products containing CBD in the mass market.
Where CBD shoppers are buying – for now: online and dispensaries
The data below – drawn from our recent CBD Consumer Experience report – may look quite different in the near future as the FDA clarifies its position on hemp-derived CBD products appearing outside dispensaries. For now, most CBD consumers are buying online or at a dispensary. The online channel isn’t – for a host of reasons – yet dominated by Amazon (represented by ‘Other Online Retailer’ below) but we should all assume that the 800lb elephant is eyeing CBD carefully.
Purchase Channels for CBD Consumers
Are consumers receptive to CBD from big brands, at big box stores?
This may seem like a rhetorical question. After all, the moves by GNC et al. show that there is sufficient belief by those with deep pockets that the answer is a definitive “yes” or at least a “yes, for now.”
But what are consumers actually saying?
• 43% of current CBD consumers are seeking “easier access” to CBD products
• 65% of current CBD consumers are open to cannabis products from well-known companies (such as OTC brands)
• 37% of current CBD consumers are excited about the prospect of big brands launching CBD products, and finally,
• Only 21% of current CBD consumers express fear of the market becoming “too corporate”
What does that look like? The data paints a picture of a receptive consumer base comfortable with CBD products appearing on shelf at mainstream stores, where accessibility – be it more convenient locations or an easier shopping experience – is a non-issue. Further, the majority (65%) open to big brands in CBD holds across all age ranges – this is not a Millennial thing. Nor do long-time users feel much differently – the data is nearly the same regardless how many years experience consumers have with CBD. People feel pretty much the same nationwide as well, as this statistic varies little state by state. Consumers living in adult use states, medical states, or even more limited locales all seem OK with the idea.
Not only that, but a substantial portion of CBD consumers are downright excited by the prospect. And only 21% of CBD consumers worry about The Man, despite a fierce independent streak in the cannabis community. Finally, CBD consumers are likely to welcome these entrants especially as new consumers – over 50% of current CBD consumers have been using CBD for less than 12 months – seek the perceived safeguards and consistency typical to mass-produced medications.

Killer Whale, this just keeps getting bigger all the time. Not only is Univec International Inc. active and manufacturing product in five different countries, they also were selected by the United States government to supply pre-filled smallpox vaccination syringes to defend this country in the event of a terrorist biological attach.
Founded in 1992, Univec is considered one of the leading innovators in the design and production of safe medical products. The Company has production facilities in Portugal, South Korea, China, India, Belgium and the U.S., and has licensed its syringe technology to Terumo Europe N.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Terumo Japan, the leading producer of syringes outside the U.S.
Univec distributes its products in 80 countries.

Thank you for the due diligence Vinsterr. I agree with what you posted, but take issue with HRI being Doctor Dalton's biggest success (I know that is how it is listed). I actually suspect PPSI is a much larger company operating throughout the United States, Canada, and parts of Mexico. PPSI lists hundreds of employees and according to Google Maps, the street view indicates a four story high building and the bird's eye view shows a foot print roughly about half the size of the Rite-Aid corporate headquarters. Since Rite-Aid is a 20 plus billion dollar company, I find the comparison rather impressive. HRI revenue is roughly 200 million dollars a year, and does some of what PPSI does, but PPSI has a much greater reach and market area. I suspect the bio does not list PPSI because it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Univec and operates as a private company.
Good news for Univec shareholders. Public opinion is moving strongly in favor of allowing medical and adult recreational cannabis use. Millions of Americans realize cannabis and its derivatives are life-changing medicines for folks afflicted by debilitating diseases and ailments. Hundreds of millions of people already have or soon will have access to the health-protecting and health-improving properties of cannabis --- particularly CBD.
The good news is that Congress is listening.
Congress is gearing up for a major vote on legal pot — one that could make cannabis legal at a federal level once and for all.
Jim McGovern, who chairs the House Rules Committee that decides how legislation moves on the House floor, said that the House of Representatives is getting ready to vote on the federal legalization of cannabis “within the next several weeks.”
Research studies are gearing up aimed at proving the medical benefits of cannabis, and I suspect the medical trials for Univec’s products are nearly complete, or very soon will be.
Easter and Passover weekend is a special time of year. Besides a religious holiday, it is also considered the beginning of spring for many. However, what some may have forgotten is that April 19 was the day “the shot was fired heard around the world.” In 1775 The American Revolutionary War began with the battles of Lexington and Concord. On that eventful day, an ill-prepared and ill-equipped army of American colonists met British troops at Lexington, Massachusetts and shots were exchanged. At that time in history Britain was a world power considered second to none, and America was simply no match for such a formidable military.
For Univec investors, the shot heard round the world will be the completion of medical trials proving the efficacy of medical cannabis in the treatment of specific medical ailments. I suspect the first trails will only address a couple of serious issues (perhaps two, three, or maybe four), but more will certainly follow. The future looks bright my friends, and it’s good to see so many supporters of this effort.
You are welcome jrt03. We know what we own.
Thank you Mikeyt. I believe Doctor Dalton is a man of his word, and I trust that he will not fail.
Good Morning All. I have commented that I have been in Univec longer than nearly all those who post, and I have not sold a single share. Dalton says he has not sold either. I believe the float is very small and the accumulation is very high. I must wonder why that might be. Unlike some who sit on their hands and complain, I have busied myself with getting answers. About eight or nine months ago I had my own personal doubts --- again. This was not the first time I had them. However, my research indicates all is on the up and up with this company and our group of companies. I did wonder why the syringe business did not take off, and I wondered why the nicotine patch did not take off. I found the answers, and I now am satisfied with what I found. I have bought, I continue to buy, and I am holding. I do not care what others do. If you are unhappy with the information flow, then sell. No one is stopping you, and I am certain others will very quickly scoop up all you decide to sell. The decision to buy, sell, or hold is completely up to you. If some are waiting for someone to hand them their answers on a silver platter, then they are investing in the wrong end of the market. In the pink sheets, answers do not come easy and sometimes they do not come at all.
Very soon everything will come together and news will be released. I expect it to be a blockbuster. Dalton devised a plan, he worked that plan, and while it has taken time it is most certainly coming together. Most here think far too small. Dalton’s efforts are taking place on an international stage. Hence the recent post on LinkedIn. The bottom line is, our time is coming. Lotto says one has to be in it to win it, and this investment is much the same. Good luck to all who bought and continue to hold. The rewards just might be spectacular.
Kgem
Yes Mikeyt, Doctor Dalton worked his plan methodically and now everything is coming together. We will have the best of the best of the best. The GOLD STANDARD by witch all others will be measured. Buckle up and enjoy the ride, the train is leaving soon.
You are welcome Wharfrat. We are on course and the big reveal will happen shortly.
Killer Whale we are on our way. Everything ties together nicely and if you read my posts one can see how everything fits. I suspect news will come shortly and it will blow nearly everyone away. Just keep this one phase in mind when thinking about Univec. We will be the GOLD STANDARD. We will have what all others hope to have. Our time is nearly at hand my friend.
Okay all, it’s time for me to do a little preaching in the way of an observation as well as a prediction.
Univec is part of a group of companies bent on changing the world. Our group of companies operates in the cannabis industry, and while our immediate group is primarily hemp centric, our affiliated companies (i.e., MariMed and Harvest) grow both hemp and marijuana. The point is, the future of this industry is in “tailoring” products to meet specific needs. In the case of hemp, different varieties produce differing and specific treatments for specific ailments. Also, a small percentage of THC added to a CBD product can act like a booster rocket for treating certain medical conditions. So the number of potential products just seems infinite.
Another observation is that consumers are becoming increasingly distrustful of big pharma, and there is a growing mistrust of the FDA and DEA. This distrust is causing consumers to increasingly take control of their own medical treatments, and they are not afraid to try plant based medicines (a trend that big pharma is absolutely terrified about). Sativeo grows at least four different varieties of hemp with one variety closely linked to treating cancer. AGRiMED set up its hydroponic grow facility to grow various varieties of marijuana, and Hemp Commodity Industries grows different varieties in different geographic areas with some geared toward CBD and others geared toward fiber production and/or food. Both humans as well as livestock benefit from cannabis products.
Thus, our group of companies grows a large enough variety of cannabis plants to treat nearly every category of ailment, and more varieties are being discovered and added all the time. So once these companies start releasing news, I expect news will keep right on coming. And big pharma is not immune. Big pharma will actually partner with the best positioned cannabis companies so as not to lose out on market share. At this point, any cannabis company with high quality products and a solid relationship with the managers at big pharma companies will have the advantage. In our case, we have an ace in the hole with a man we know as Doctor David Dalton, the CEO of Univec. Yes, the future looks bright indeed.
Kgem
Sooth Sayer, I own this stock and will continue to add. MRMD has been spending money hand over fist to gain market share. This spending spree will allow MRMD to develop a national brand. I expect their spending to begin paying off in the months ahead. The current price is a bargain, but if you can get shares even cheaper then by all means do so. Buy low when others panic then sit back and watch your account grow.
Doctor Dalton might consider a skin care product or product line as part of his line up.
The American Academy of Dermatology reports that 50 million Americans are affected by acne annually. Although the majority of sufferers are under the age of 24, approximately 15% of those afflicted are adults. Additionally, reported costs of treating acne are said to collectively exceed over $3 billion.
https://www.leafly.com/news/health/cannabis-cbd-skin-care
When one considers how prevalent skin conditions are, it becomes clear that a safe, effective treatment is not only necessary but will be largely embraced by a huge subset of the population. I certainly could see Rite-Aid carrying such a product or products.
And that’s just acne alone. Combine those statistics with the approximately 7.5 million U.S. citizens who have psoriasis, 28 million who have (specifically) atopic dermatitis, and the billion dollar anti-aging market, and a very clear picture develops. Skin care remedies are a deeply sought after and much-needed treatment. Rite-Aid, and nearly every other pharmacy and health and wellness store could boost their bottom lines by adopting and supplying such products.
Oh my God Wharfrat, I am pretty certain you CAN NOT feel good when posting about Univec. That is just not done. UNVC will soon be changing lives and taking names for all invested.
BTW, that testimonial is absolutely a true and honest telling of a real world medical problem that CBD seems to have corrected. I will let you know for certain after a month or so.
Killer Whale, I expect to hear about this product very soon. I can provide a personal testimonial for those who are not certain of the power and capabilities of CBD products.
Fifteen or so years ago I was diagnosed with a medical condition that was treated with a very expensive big pharma medicine. The price of this drug increased every single year, and the side effects were terrible (the drug is actually on the high risk pharmaceutical list). Two weeks ago I sent for CBD capsules after a conversation with Eric Mitchell about the benefits of this product. Since the very first day I started taking CBD capsules (25mg per capsule) I have not taken the expensive medication, and my condition is no long present. My wife considers this result nothing less than a miracle. CBD products do work if one buys from a good company with proven third party testing results.

In my 40 plus years in medical, I have been on the cutting edge multiple times for medical advances. The new cutting-edge is Vitamin CBD and what it means for bone health and our generals health for the worlds‘s 21st century population.
Osteoporosis will be one of the major public health problems facing our aging population in the years to come. It will be a lifestyle change which will be needed in order to avail this major demineralization of our bones which will fill our hospital beds with fractured hips if we don’t.
Researchers from around the world are showing positive bone regeneration results from having a CBD, lifestyle. HCI’s objective is to get that same research done here in the USA at one of our finest medical School and university hospital, for validation.
My ground breaking fellowship in Orthopaedic Research now dates back some of those 40 plus years in medicine, where I was a prime investor on bone healing with electricity. The question is the same today as in the past, how do we maintain our bone health during our lifetime. By 2030 the life span in the USA is predicted to be 90.3 years with 1 in 3 children born today living to 100 years of age!
I have a top rated medical school with a NIH approved osteoporosis model which can answer many of the above questions posed. All I need is research money to prove what has already been done around the world while the USA has been in prohibition because of a few self- centered individuals dating back to the 1930’s,up to the 1970 when the Controlled Substance Act which made Hemp a CRIME!
Let’s go for the greater good and prove that the CBD lifestyle is in our best interests and that of our country and the world.

Wharfrat, it appears everything is starting to come together right now. I suggest this will be exciting. Grab your popcorn and buckle up, the entertainment is about to begin.
Wrenchman this is a huge development. If the FDA is now going to allow CBD in products (for ingestion) that opens the entire market. The only restriction appears to be that a company must not indicate on their label that CBD is a cure or a medical treatment. Fantastic.
Now Rite-Aid, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and even grocery stores can stock a full line of CBD products on their shelves. Health supplements can also be sold with CBD --- I wonder what pharmacy has GNC located in nearly very single pharmacy they own.
Vinsterr, you have been a great researcher, and I presume you too have figured out the timeline. We are close, sooooo close. May you be rewarded for the wonderful due diligence you have given so freely to all.
Killer Whale, I agree. We certainly can book it.
