Yes, it is in the realm of possibility.
A personal rule forbids me to hold through earnings.
You are almost too funny. How crudely informative your posts are. HAMMERRRR OUT.
The EOD price movement typically points at investor sentiment heading into next week, not early morning trading.
Maybe 'Friday' is holding it down. Holding the stock overnight is one ordeal, over a weekend, another. Profit-taking and trading on Friday (EOW) tend to go hand-in-hand.
BPZ Resources, Inc. $BPZ Bottom Reversal Chart
A bottom-fishing technique previously led to a successful daytrade of shares of BPZ Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BPZ) (link back to view our video break down of the trade). Now the price is trending to the upside after consolidating for several trading sessions. $BPZ was alerted in real-time trading on Thursday via http://twitter.com/TimelessWealth

That is a relative concept...suppose the price were to spike to $0.50, pull back to $0.35, consolidate for a few sessions, and then only jump to ".40 before the R/S".
It's all a matter of perspective. For instance, the weekly chart nor the monthly chart will show the share price to be "overbought [...]If it gets to .40"
I think they're pushing for a higher close this week. Your thoughts?
My understanding is that the company is reversing the stock in August? to satisfy NASDAQ listing requirements. Truthfully, I tell you the share price will not reach $0.80, prior to that event taking place.
If the company manages a 'turnaround' or at least convinces the market of it, naturally, investors will flock to YRCW. Depending on the magnitude of the reverse stock split, the price may falter and show significant downside. A higher share price may also yield interest from financiers. Again, that is a significant factor in this market, one that may lead to further price decline.
The only other alternative that comes to mind is, as some have rumored, a buyout or takeover of the company. That however, I will leave up to others to speculate about.
Why's that swami?
BPZ pivot point reversal?
Next test?

I scanned through several time frames and here are the 'relevant' levels of resistance that I found:
$0.234
$0.269
$0.323
$0.36
I understand there are others in between (which may or may not be less significant) and those which will pose resistance intraday on any given session, but these are the 'key' ones that should have bearing on the stock price.
They key is for the price to 'break' above resistance. That should mean one of two things, either the price trades above it during the session, or, closes above the pivotal mark this session.
Good Morning to all.
Excellent, and how are things on your end?
If the price does manage to break above that mark it may very well test $0.269
$.2289

$0.234 would be a great level to capture as support. The only way that will happen is if the price were to close above it. Not once has that occured this month - yet.
The trend intraday is certainly to the upside, favoring market 'longs'.
Yes, congratulations to you on your holding here.
Maybe so, jayree, maybe so.
Anyone else get spam touting FROI?
You too? Cypress made my trade of the day, Friday:
Yahoo reports 1.05B shares floating, 79M short.
Agreed, some 'good news' could be a major catalyst next week.
I assure you the 'Dow' has no bearing on OTC stocks. The mechanics of OTC and listed stocks are quite different.
I would agree that the lack of news on Friday, those which traders expected, led to a lackadaisical trading session (note the volume on Friday).
Shook out the weak hands today.
Sometimes the Dow effects pinks sometimes it doesn't.
Poppi is half right. The Dow doesn't always effect pinks.
I know of other pinks that showed nicely in the green today.
But guess what poppi, they didn't release any news either...lol.

$0.234 is posing some problems in the market. However, a good shot of volume EOD will help the price past that barrier. Wishful thinking on my part...
It would not surprise me the least should trading volume pick up later in the session. Traders are speculating that we are approaching closer to an important news announcement. That knowledge could 'inspire' greater volume towards the EOD.
Will do chief.
