Video made by a Belgian ; extremely interesting to see the interest for mining growing in Europe; It shows indirectly how lucky the Americans are to have this deposit in Nebraska
but you are correct. Reading Peter's messages is not bringing up the best Walterc
happy to see you at the groundbreaking Matt.
very confident it will happen..
I have no doubt this team will bring this to the finnish line.
Thank you for the advice in 2011.
so you are telling me you pump and dump and let your earlier friends in the cold.
It are your earlier Excelsior friends who you convinced to invest in Excelsior that write me you
keep putting a knife in their back.
And now the story about NTE? I like to hear that one too? you promoted that also.
BTW. i bought a huge amount of Exelsior shares at these reduced prices. I want to repeat what I did with Largo.
we will see who will be right in the end with niocorp and Excelsior.
got this message just a few minutes ago
Thanks Walter, finally also got around watching the talks from the recent conference. So many good indications, my nerves would be better off with some announcements here in the near term. Listened to an interview with Rick Rule today on the odds of projects in general and makes me think how amazing of a job you folks have done to find NB and LWLG that are so close to delivering generational wealth returns. Fantastic. That’s what I try to think of when doubts of not selling more back in 2021 creep in my head. The same Rick Rule also says you usually have to stomach two 50% drops in these types of speculations to get the extreme multi-baggers

i will be all over the place here when certain events happen..No use to repeat myself everyday..
you think it is normal to post 4 messages a day when you have no shares?
look at his other companies he posted on and notice how everything changes in the course of the years
in the beginning the CEO's are top and then they are all criminals (lol
especially Excelsior
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profileb.aspx?user=478318
and this was my last post on him; I think he likes it when I write about him.
have you checked his predictions on the other stocks he was promoting?
Be my guest.
Here on Niocorp he will only be right until he is proven wrong.
Find me the Ihub messages where Peter is not insulting the poster he is replying to or management who cannot defend themselves here.
And this for shares of a company he sold 10 years ago.
It is time that somebody explains what his problem is.
He is very clever no dispute about that. but he has a mental problem and has no integrity and he is completely dishonest.
Hi peter
Referring to one of the mails you sent me years ago in which you made a confession on your problem.
only 2 percent recover and I see in your daily posts that you are not in the 2 percent;
I am holding on my shares ; Stellantis and Exim will happen and your will regret your hundreds posts of slander.
I am sure haywood Securities is ashamed of you.
Niobium Pentoxide 99.99%min FOB China USD/kg (mid range) up to 58 USD per kg. This is a 10% increase in just 3 months since Jan 2024.
very clever
very clever

send me an email
yes. you missed something.
one of them signed a contract for 160 million dollarsof revenue.
for you to find out.
watch their shareprice later this year now that they will start to see the profits coming out of that contract.
I did not ask for the deletion.
My posts were also deleted .
I am for free expression but if you read indeed my updates as you posted you should know that I ask regularly not to quote me on social networks.
I find this an abuse of trust.
Why do you not send me an email and we talk this out over the phone or if you live close to me we can talk this out over a coffee.
And note 19 April in the Crown Plaza in Antwerp at 6.30 pm
presentation by Michael Lebby ; Mark Smith , Sean Krakiwsky , Steve Cordovano and Guido Cloetens organized by Walter Caers.
I expect you there. I have nothing to hide; have you?
I think social netwerks should use real names instead of aliases; The world would be a nicer place.
yes Putz , you should know if you read this messageboard everyday
and i forgot LWLG with Michael lebby.
How can i forget
For the Germans that asked sometime ago. Yes there will be a( free) presentation in Antwerp on the evening April 19 where the CEO's of some of the companies I invest in will present.Amongst them will be Niocorp , IBC , Nanalysis and Elysee but also Bioaegis and Azure
Advocate I expect you also there . The chance of your life to confront the CEO's with your questions. But I defend my investments; It is my passion.
I am more friendly in life than when I write on message boards; (lol)
Please send me a mail and I will send you the programme.
natuurlijk
il moet wel je mailadres
i suffer from all these weaknesses; I confess
Just to reply to one of your comments as I want to stop your nonsense here ; This is my last reply . It is always of course easier to criticize than to build. yes When you invest in start ups you sometimes fail. But not with Bioaegis sorry your mistake.
I never said Bioaegis was going to the Nasdaq in 2021 ;; Just find me the text where I said or wrote that; Everybody knows that biotec requires FDA approval and that this takes a lot of time and money. I would very much oppose to a listing at this moment as the shorters will short the hell out of Bioaegis at this moment; We would be a penny stock whereas the real value at the moment is several hundreds of millions; ( if you want to participate in the capital increases be my guest.
Just for your info though .
Bioaegis saved the life of the wife of a friend . Plasmagelsoline of Bioaegis ( not approved ) was given in Jan Palfijn clinic in Ghent , The woman was given up by the doctors with severe Covid and doctors had stopped all treatment.as there was no further or better treatment available. In other words she was given up.So my friend who is also a shareholder in Bioaegis asked my American friends ( management of Bioaegis ) to use their product. They sent a taxi to Tarragona in Spain where they were doing clinical trials ; The next day they applied the product ( after signing hundreds of pages to avoid claims) and the doctors after 24 hours said; A miracle is happening.
She is now still alive and kicking and even better; She was suffering from leukemia and also this situation improved considerably.
It was published in a medical magazine https://www.bioaegistherapeutics.com/news/august-2021-bioaegis-therapeutics-announces-publication-of-a-compassionate-use-case-study-of-a-critical-covid-19-patient/
this ends my discussion here; Investing in non revenue companies is not for everybody; I love it. It is my passion. ( at 80)
your posts prove that you are a poor investor..
Even at these low shareprice if you would be smarter you could be sitting on a profit of a few million with cost basis zero. so no risk annymore.
That is why you never made it to partner as CPA in one of the big 4..
you are also in it Putz.
correct assesment.
thank you
based on last quarter results the company is heavily undervalued.
IBC has to prove now that they can continue to show the same results.
We heard that this and next quarter will probably be good.
you may find rare earths in your brains
you strike me as being a person that is bitter because you never made it to partner with PWC.
to give you some more colour . i started in an office with 7 people in in 1967 and at the end of my career in 1997 we were occupying a complete building with hundreds of persons.
some of my personnel made it to CEO of Google Belgium and Jansen Belgium . look in my contact base on Linkedin. They are there.
Three of my personnel became later CEO of PWC Belgium of which one of them had later a worldwide top position at PWC and another one at PWC Europe .
So I am very proud of what we accomplished in Antwerp.
coulfd you give me some info on your accomplishments senior manager?
I
i am very proud having been a partner of c&l. later becoming PWC. and having lead the Antwerp office for many years .
I ran the Antwerp office and there are about 2650 people in Belgium working at PWC at that time that can testify that.
Look at my linkedin. Walter Caers
Nothing to hide.
clients in my personal portfolio were Ford , Johnson &Johnson , Tabacofina , Upjohn ( now Pfizer; etc..)
I am telling you we were excellent for large companies but too expensive for medium companies. I tried to set up a service for smaller companies but was unsuccesful.
2 of my partners ( which I recruited when they were young) started a consulting service that a few years later had 600 employees . They were sold to IBM but I was already gone then.
..
Lurker
I was a partner at PWC in charge of an office. I know how big 4 auditors work . They are better in auditing larger companies by using big audit teams with a lot of junior staff. I
You are talking BS.
When LWLG is large enough they may benefit from a big 4; AT the moment they are better served by a medium firm .
I confirm
2 mails from MZ sent to me by friends
The deal(s) we are negotiating are with much larger companies than the first deal.
ik zag juist je post.
Ik denk inderdaad dat jij nu moet verkopen en terugkopen wanneer LWLG 100 staat.
Translation in English
I indeed think you should sell now and buy back at 100.
It is the uncercainty of EMC that is playing here. Nothing else; What will happen there after 1 July?
Will it be sold , liquidated or will there be new contracts? That uncertainty is playing now.
Copper is doing very well and could do very well on its own.
about 90 whatsapp messages when I got up this morning with extensive analysis of the 10k.
I am asking that on all my (15) startups
biut I do not think you are really interested in my reasons given your history of extremely positive messaging.

I do not think there was a press release on the financing ; We never had the other ( financing )party confirming in a press release that they were in firm negotaitions with us;
here we had a press releases by both Niocorp and Stellantis;
If Stellantis would back off that would be a material event and would have to be disclosed immediately by both parties.
I did it for you T&T as you are too lazy doing good DD.
Niocorp (ticker NB) was recommended years ago at C$0.23, but you have to keep in mind that a reverse split has gradually taken place, so that 10 old shares now correspond to one share.
C$0.23 in the past actually corresponds to C$2.30.
The stock rose to just above C$20.00 at one point, making Niocorp a huge winner for Macrotrends for a long time.
But just like with most mining shares, this also failed and the share fell deeper and deeper.
The current rate is only C$3.16 more, which means there is not much left of our monster profit.
Investors would like to know why the share is falling so much and there are a number of good reasons for this.
The main reason is of course the general malaise in the sector. All mining stocks suffer from this, especially those that are not yet producing, as they have to raise capital at increasingly lower prices.
Niocorp currently finances itself through a Standby Equity Purchase Agreement with Yorkville whereby new shares are continuously issued to cover capital needs. These shares are then dumped into an almost empty market, which puts considerable pressure on the price.
In the meantime, Niocorp is diligently seeking financing for the construction of Elk Creek and negotiations are currently underway with Stellantis. However, these negotiations take a lot of time and investors are starting to doubt whether an effective deal will be reached.
We currently see no indications that there is actually a hair in the butter here. Negotiations are still ongoing (otherwise we would have seen a press release) and anyone who has ever dealt with multinationals knows that these types of deals can take an enormous amount of time.
Once the deal is complete, Niocorp will no longer have to work via the Standby Equity Purchase Agreement and the price pressure from that angle will also disappear.
Niocorp remains worth buying!
