Geez, who cares if there was dilution.
As previously stated, at this point they don't have any money. Revenues are just starting to come... maybe, as marketing has just begun. They are looking to break into other markets for more revenue streams. Seems that they have a game plan and are aggressive in implimenting. They need cash to continue to market I'm sure also, administrative costs, salaries and maybe some production costs.
Like Smit Dog said, they could go up to the A/S of 250mm and I still think this will play out fine. Now if they reauthorize for a bunch more than there would be some red flags in my eyes. But the revenue should hit the books shortly then all this dilution talk should disappear and co. will have no need to dilute as revenue will support operating costs. In the end, it's a sub-penny stock now. If you want, wait for the absolute bottom whatever you think it will be. My thinking is as long as it stays sub-penny I will keep adding. When this finally pops it won't matter if the float is 250mm(actually you need it if you want liquidity for moving up to eventual bigger markets)If you like than buy, if not then don't. MM99 pumping and Gonzo trashing is getting boring.
