I took a position today after reviweing the DD. Overall, I like what Isee for possibilities. The fact that this new management is bringing an established client base of 3000 stores they work with already is big imo. They will piggy back the scrap recovery with their acquired oil recovery business and are planning to look at battery and tire recycling also. AS the new CEO says"1 stop shopping. ILike the new management style and game plan going forward. The icing on the cake for me was that fact that they were able to obtain a $10 mm line of credit and also floated a $1mm convertable bond. So now there is plenty of cash on hand so I do not see any need for any possible future company dilution. The finance group must have liked what they saw big time. That is what made me finally jump in and I will continue to accumulate at these levels while I can because I do not believe this subpenny PPS will be around much longer.
