We do not know the trade off until the release of the 8-k. I will correct my view if I consider it a bum deal...
I am gearing up for this company. As is the case with most subs, there is little to base my theory...but come next week with release of the 8-k detailing recent negotiations - I am willing to gamble a bit more due to my belief that the company has improved its base.
If the 8-k lends itself to this speculation - those who REALLY understand the workings of an oil exploration company will jump on board in a big way. The gamble will be that increased interest will boost the PPS to a higher sustainable level than now.
.001 is not out of the picture if my gamble proves right. IMO, there is little to be loss for increasing my holding at these levels...at a pps that will inevitably rise sooner than later.
You are on!!! I stand on the side of multiple spikes before then with highs even into the .001s. I have a core of shares which stay for the long term. All those shares I have or will accumulate over the amount of my core holdings will be traded. I expect to profit long before drilling date. GL
ysung. what about the 8-k on Monday? What is 'too long'? Active trade in these sub-penny stocks bank on speculation NOT actuality. Spikes in trading volume will occur on the least bit of information if it spurs speculation on a future event. Sure, with each spike comes the valley...ups and downs common.
Speculation could run deep in this recent PR if the 8-k would give the slightest indication of this deal giving an edge to GRPR. I would just be ready to jump to trade mode if the potential for a spike exits...a later valley move back to the current PPS levels would then offer buy-back at less cost/more shares... on and on. GL
I am not surprised...but the pps will just about level off here and NOT retreat to past lows, IMO.
I would agree...but profitability on the side of trading its shares are entirely different. Speculation as well as the philosophy that "the early bird gets the worm" makes many decide to bet on the come. This alone will drive the pps up long before GRPR, the company, attains profitability....at that time, the pps will be no where near what it is now.
Prospective investors are weighing the contents of this msg. May need the clarification provided on Monday. Not really that risky to wait since the current pps allows significant leeway on profiting on GRPR's success in the near future.
Ahhhhh, consolidation. Trade-off seems to reflect an order of prospects...that is, I would think that their management considers the consolidation at this site better for the company's chances of reaching significant deposits. I would NOT think they are dummies at this point in time. Therefore, I believe this is a VERY good omen for company,s profitability in the not-too-distant future. GL
This is a belch from Congress. Taxes, Taxes, Taxes...have little to do with rationale and logic. Republicans think they can stay the tide dwindling their pool of voters by lowering taxes and expenditures. Democrats don't want to cut any of their "help the needy" programs that have been such a great asset for getting votes as well. No thought is given to "wasteful expenditures"...just cuts...thus the military AND Federal civilian retirement benefits...always the "easy" way.
The hard way would be to tighten the belt on expenditures for profiteering by big business and free handouts. Paid for by the tax-paying, hard working and striving middle class. Wasteful expenditures through the guise of 'make work or make them better' is the American way. There is TOTAL disregard for how our tax dollar is spent or for that matter how our society suffers for it.
Any benefits to Society is just happenstance...getting reelected is of the utmost importance. Filling pockets and buying votes through gift giving - right now there is the belief that both the Republicans and Democrats can acquire more votes or retain the votes they have by cutting military and civilian benefits.
They know what they are doing AND we will let them do it...again and again...because the problems only happen to the other guy...Right!!
Well!! There IS sustainable momentum to stay in the 2s by EOD. Nice. But staying there needs help come tomorrow. I just do not see any coming, so I see the pps floating just under the 2 until the next PR run...of course, seeing the "bottom" rise each time. Could be painful to endure for the long haul to $.01 again...
Such a PR/news would, IMO, do justice to the tech behind SNDY.
Don't know who is on the ground making such tech strides but their insight on enabling procedures with potential to save lives, improve recovery and raise standards of medical expertise NEED to be available to the medical world as a whole. THAT takes expertise unavailable to SNDY as it stands...and of course matters to investors and the company's ability to survive and prosper.
I see it happening in the not too distant future. Hang on.
There is PLENTY of interest. The current PR is not a 'humdinger' but it does raise the bar as far as prospects. Speculation grows stronger with every PR like this one. Reminds us that BMSN remains on the cutting edge of this new medical science. And we all know cell tech is the wave of the future...but future it still is. This PR today simply brings that future closer.
Never soon enough but it is coming...the day when cures beyond our dreams become reality. Along with those dreams will be wealth beyond reality as well...for those staying close at hand. Be there with BMSN.
SNDY is still a long term hold. December is a lousy month for pps gains. Too many dumping 'losers' for capital gains offset. SNDY, I am sure, qualifies as a dumpee for capital gain purposes this year. Still, it would also qualify as a 'rebuy' or hold for its potential...and it DOES still have potential to soar from these levels.
I do not expect much action here (without getting the CE of course) until Feb/Mar....look for significant sales of its products in 2014.
SNDY is not a SCAM but it has been poorly managed....
other sub penny stocks trading...even ENTB
Same with Schwab
i track trades through 10:43
And it is hard to believe there are no trades out there...probably a few here who have orders in to buy or sell...????
Like kind?
sweet
Peter ???? Opposite of ours? Gains and losses here are in same year...unless you have carry over - not available for use in the current year. Not good because limited in how much you can write off in following years.
Downer. You should recall why you invested here in the first place. Quick buck or science? My DD points me to each company I invest in. Learned hard and fast that the quick buck is slim pickings. There has to be a beating heart in each company I have shares in. I settle in on a core of how many shares I want to hold "for a very long time".
Any shares picked up after that level are for play. Having just a core is boring (being sick and tired of being sick and tired). I have also found that ups and downs occur somewhat regular but the span is narrow and quickly reverses. This fluctuation is what many refer to as "manipulation" by MMs. You have to pretty much stay glued to the tube. The MMs make money at this - you can too.
The process of play is nerve wracking....goes against everything a long term investor has learned about charting and fundamentals. You create the core share holding to break this hold on conviction on tradition. Trading is nothing more than a crap shoot with the table banked in favor of the MMs. But you can win...small gains and pps fluctuation allow you to build your trade shares, lower your overall pps and possibly to skim off a few bucks to use elsewhere.
This process has become my stead over the last few years and it is beginning to pay off...I must assure you I am still a learner at it. Yet now I do not get impatient with having my core set idle or lose in value. If my past DD was sufficient to steer me to this company...I remain content to hold. Obviously as more recent DD shakes my foundation of faith, I may disengage entirely... but at this stage...I remain strong on BMSN.
Not a presenter or speaker. BMSN rep probably there. Behind the scenes.
"wannabe" is part of the American Dream and Capitalism at heart.
Such a large % of start-ups with dreams drop off on the wayside. To succeed you have to have a lot of things going for you...a great product, service or resource...and money/backers.
Investors, as well are just a small portion to successful financing...most often on the forefront for company abuse. Rules are NOT in the investor's favor. But we do have are rewards.
I have had some and expect to get some here as well. I am not playing in the penny land just for fun. Of course I do a fair share of DD...too much only bogs decision making down. The decision I am making now is to stay with GRPR in spite of it's large list of negatives. What penny stock doesn't have a lot of negatives?
The odds seem, IMO, to favor its success...and ours. I intend to stay (and accumulate) for now. GL
great wrap. great thought. now, is GRPR still a realistic bet with such unknowns? Just remember, being in penny land holds risk...and a LOT of speculation on IFs.... I would not want to be any where else. I am a gambler at heart...unfortunately, I have no ability to make my own "luck".
So, I am willing to feed the GRPR slots. Just 'feels' like a good seat. No matter how much DD you do, no one can be sure... and we also have learned that higher risk = bigger payoff if you happen to be at the right place at the right time. Location, location.
I have done sufficient DD to conclude to park my butt on this GRPR seat. A choice of my own that CAN NOT be transferred to anyone else. You must make your own choice. How is your gut? My gut says "stay on board". If I am a fool, I simply do not know it yet....but I will in time one way or another. Stay tuned?
Thanks for further clarification Nistel. That is where my earlier estimate of .04 comes in to play. From an estimate of $2.20 when they had 65M OS...now .04 with a B+ outstanding. Also 'more OS = less confidence'...thus .04 rather than the .10 the 21 fold would indicate.
Still, from the current pps to .04 is some climb if no more OS and positive PRs prevail. I see it coming down that way AND in the not too distant future. 2014 looks real good for us "confidence holders of GRPR shares".... GL
All of 2013 was spent rolling an ever decreasing small snowball up hill. But the crest is in sight. 2014 will begin to show growth in size as the push to the crest continues...by end of first quarter 2014 and definite improvement in sales, 50% gain is likely. After that, momentum will do the rest. By April, shares are going to be a lot more expensive and much harder to build a strong core.
That is right... I am building a core holding. These are not shares I intend to trade any time soon. I expect steady appreciation going forward into 2014. A small company with growth in its blood.
and how many more OS are there now?
I am not THAT optimistic. This will not see a $1 as it stands. Way too many shares and more to come before it reaches production. By then, could be years out, a R/S would happen AT LEAST ONCE as they use the share structure to obtain working capital....and capital they will need...big time.
Our only hope to realize early $$ stands to be at most $.04 and a 100 banger or 10000% from these levels. That would be fantastic but no where near a dollar per share.
One other factor to consider for short term gain would be the "buy out" factor. If the big boy oil companies see potential here, I think management would be willing to sell for the right price/share swap ratio and selling bonus. That scenario could also yield a 10000% gain for early share holders...
Who knows. But I am convinced that there is plenty of room to make a sizable gain here short term...in 2014. GL
I enjoy playing in penny land but for the past 18 months it has been a bear in hibernation. Nothing but delays, delays and wait, wait. So true in BMSN's case.
I blame most of it on government. Government (FED, State and local) hold the reigns on "approvals" affecting what ever business you are in. Cut backs are rampant due to insufficient funding or simply mismanagement of the funds available for staff that perform the tasks associated with providing such approvals.
That across-the-board governmental trend is tantamount to s t r e t c h i n g out timelines established by companies banking on prompt approval to move forward on their business plan.
Only now do I see such trends leveling off and again government taking action to push start the system to reduce "back orders"...thus my optimism in attaining action here...especially in this area of affecting cures in an ever increasing older population.
2014 WILL see approvals/trials take hold and BMSN will prosper as well as the investors who hold shares in a company that exist on the cutting edge of medical science. We will do well by being here.
I am with you. I enjoy playing in penny land but for the past 18 months it has been a bear in hibernation. Nothing but delays, delays and wait, wait.

I expect GRPR to be my Santa Claus this year. Action could be taking place as I type this out...numerous actions that can move the pps are on the plate and could be served as a PR at any time...my position is that green making news will arrive before Xmas in preparation of one heck of a new year celebration. 2014 is going to HUMMMMMM. Inexpensive shares will be no more...get them while you can....lots of them.
Just an opinion for sure but it sure sits well with me for some reason outside of fact. This time I am letting the 'gut' have its way....I am a gambling man!!!
BMSN, RGEN and ENTB are brothers. There is no real separation here. What goes on in Vegas stays in Vegas...success of one supports the others. They DO NOT STAND ALONE.
So why is there so little interest here? Do you realize that these bottom share prices will not remain depressed for long if there is any success by its brothers? Those that trade in the pennyland zone learn very quickly that "what goes around comes around"...in and out trading is a must.
These share prices are beckoning ... IN, IN, IN. You should be buying these shares at these prices NOW.
We are going to see 5s today. By weeks end, 5s will be the base from which to operate. Too much going on in the 'potential' arena and with the strong belief that these 'bottom fishing prices' will be sucked up in no time.
Advised to get as many of these shares as possible. By years end the prospect that even one PR will be issued is significant...all it will take to bust through the .001 price line.
The odds are just too good here to pass up for us pennyland gamblers. Go for it. GL.
BMSN did just fine yesterday. Nothing to indicate the 'run' is dead...today would be the day to watch. So far, so good. I do not think it is over.....002 is still attainable this week. A lot of interest and speculation is still stirring up the emotions. PR(s) remain probable. Hold or buy is the way to fly today.
The volume is good. Speculation is still running high as yesterday. Like what I see...prone to see a higher base. Would not be a bit surprised if we see .002 today but the base may settle at .0018 by EOD. Nice active trade with optimism galore...still in the up mode. Enjoy.
As the volume approaches 50M, 15s will show...and hold
I think that would be a mistake. You can always disengage at this level of pps...unlikely to shed from this level until more is known concerning their prospects. Right now, it would, IMO, be more reasonable to stay put. Just too much going on at this moment that could swing this to a higher pps. Since you play the subs, you are a gambler. Hold 'em, don't fold 'em.
Yeah! Desire to own GRPR is rising with the spread of word on potential. Right now they want in on the cheap. No one is selling. Even the 4s are minimal now. IMO there is enough thought on potential to burst the bubble in the next two weeks. Of course the drilling permit is a MUST for anything of significance in terms of the pps rising to 'copper'.
I am very optimistic that the permit will be issued this month...it would be interesting to have some rule of thumb to determine the time span between the first permit and the permit to authorize drilling. I assume it is weeks rather than months....thus my optimism for December. That permit is the golden egg...IT WILL provide significant surge in pps.
13s will be bypassed today...too much positive speculation to keep it down.
