53,173,287 shares ...................what happened to 9 billion short?
OT: Mugsy...................
One of your best posts.
FWIW....I'm impressed.
Zack.............Thanks for the mention in your post.
Btw...Proof is how you read what is posted. Some here claim buyback yet the OS has gone up. That, as I read it would be proof that no buyback is happening. I guess you see it different.
Some think Dan and crew have money to advance this company, yet I see taxes that are well over due. I see a problem with that yet some don't see it as a bad thing.
Its all in the way you read it.
Wouldn't Dan buying back 1 share be seen as an even larger buyback?
OT> Gee Hustla.........I didn't want the ones I had last year. I have no reason to want or need any now. A few to many questions concerning things like the audit and buyback need to be answered. I can not see one single reason why I would want shares in this. If one did exist and the stock ran....well, thats a good reason not to be short on a .0001 stock.
Tripple eh....thats 3000 - 1
Hustla.....You should know by know that I'm not short on this, and to be honest.....I don't think many are.
2 Million........It might crack the bank, but I have lots of glue and a wife with a bigger bank.
Your right about one thing...this is " the wrong stock ".
Zack....................Be realistic. A PPS of .10 would require SMMW to have a 1000 to 1 reverse split.
dcjr4107............Thats easy to figure out. When he made the announcement of a share buyback there was aprox
72 billion OS. There is now aprox 78 billion OS.
72 - 78 = Oops...nevermind.
Truly sorry to hear about your blood pressure but you should realize that most of us that you call bashers are really just stating facts and responding to the garbage attempts at a pump that are being seen here. Most pumps are typical in the pinkies.....
promises of reducing the OS, divi's and the short squeeze are put up on most of these penny pigs. Statements like it will run when the CEO is ready and their building a real company with real revenues and profits are also common.
Most end in mergers or reverse splits and IMHO, the only ones who make money are the ones being compensated to pump the stock and the company its self while dumping.
Dans tried to create excitement and that has resulted in a bloated OS. IMHO, that was his plan.
As always...good luck.
OT : You do realize that if you get the ones who post the so called " insider rumors " to keep it to themselves.......
There would be little to talk about.
Nothings happened with any of the facual info.
No buy back....no Summus centers....no DVD.....no aquiring Skiers shop......no nothing.
JMHO......but one that is based on facts....not insider rumors.
you agree........Based on what?
He's said many thing to investors that were false and to date all the PR's that looked good only helped increase the OS.
I guess he's sitting on the best PR's and only sharing that info with a select few.
Can you give an example of why you think Dan knows the market.
Personally I think everything he knows about it is in the manual he received when he bought PRRM. Asstrom is a good teacher.
BTW.........it feels good when you manage to exit a position and a week later you read it just executed a large reverse split.
"I am sure Dan will never RS the stock, and he sure has some "blockbusters" ready to serve us. Don't forget, he knows how the market is played as no one else. I am confident Dan will make us money. "
A few questions.............
Why are you so sure Dan will never RS this stock?
How do you know that blockbuster PR;s are to be served up?
What makes you so sure Dan knows how the market is played like no one else?
Thats old and incorrect.
The restricted has been dropping, and that leads me to guess that insiders hold very few common shares.
56% of what....The prefered, the restricted or the OS....
When the PR hit about the Divi from AHDG, I believe they were at about .175 PPS.
They are now worth .11 .
Is that a good thing?
WOW.............It's traded from .15 down to .11
I thought " good volume " would make the price go up.
Thats not good volume.
And a true one. eom
56% of the restricted....sounds about right.
IMHO
Max..........Since when does a sales manager make those kinds of decisions and announcements?
I've never talked to him but based on his performance and the multiple law suits and personal issues, he seems like a dim whit with a drinking problem.
A CEO who is looking to develope a profitable public company should not behave in this fashion.
JMHO
Hey............It might involve ABC.
OT: I'd accept that as proof.
Will? You said =. Make up your mind.
Noooooooo.....2x SMMW = .0002
Oh....yes.....please do.
That would be the one that starts off with or ends with ...In the best interest of shareholders.
Gorbie............one more time!!!
SMMW owns a majority interest in "Lisker of France USA is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Lisker clothing."
Nothing more and nothing less if in fact the deal has been closed, and I belive it has.
April 19, 2006 -- Summus Works, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SMMW) announced today that the proposed majority acquisition of Lisker of France USA has been scheduled by the parties to close on Thursday April 20, 2006
Lisker is based in Grenoble, France, where it manufactures technical ski and snowboard wear and accessories. Lisker also manufactures the Stockli line of sportswear for the Swiss ski manufacturer, and the Company noted the horizontal advantage of the acquisition in line with its VVV growth strategy. Lisker of France USA is based in Winter Park, Colorado.
The acquisition is expected to add more than $600,000.00 to annual revenue and be accretive to Company earnings.
Summus Works, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SMMW) is a multi-media holding company with interests in outdoor sports, retail, e-tail, print, web, television and film. For more information on the company or its outdoor sports and media subsidiaries.
Gorb....here is the PR...............
April 19, 2006 -- Summus Works, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SMMW) announced today that the proposed majority acquisition of Lisker of France USA has been scheduled by the parties to close on Thursday April 20, 2006
They bought "Lisker of France USA ".
The distribution arm of the manufacturer.
I'm not twisting anything here..
If SMMW was the exclusive world wide distributor, you might be correct. As they arn't, those figures are not.
Um................That looks like the total sales for Lisker
and not just the US sales......SMMW would only see a small portion of those sales as their US distributor.
So....your all for a reverse split then.
I read it and yes....Thats all it is is a dream. He's behind in taxes, has multiple law suits outstanding and seems to be getting desperate to sell the ballance of the AS.
I'm dreaming of a reverse split. Soooooooooon.
The bigger question is 50% of what? Prefered, OS or restricted?
Thats kind of a strech when Dan said in an interview it was worth only a few million.
OT : The canary always chirps like crazy...........just before it croaks.
Its never too late...............
Fall flat on your Face Friday?
Here......Use this info.....pass it on.
No audit.............
No DVD .............
No filings with the State of Colorado for anything that has the name of Summus in it.
Summus owes large back taxes based on its share count. Will the state and the SEC delist the stock?
Yep.....and if you take 2 million as a gross revenue and figure in a 10% net profit,,,,,,,ah, what the heck.
Lets say 20%.
You have a $400,000.00 net profit. That means Dan can catch up on the taxes owed before the state and the SEC delist this stock.
Goobie.........I missed no point. That figure represents total revenue and as they are the distributor for 2 companies...Its total sales.
